My contact representative was Vince. He took excellent care of me. He listened to all the problems that I had with my car. All of the repairs were explained to me in detail before I gave my okay to have them done. I was also given a loaner to drive for 3 days while the repairs were done. The repairs were costly but done right. I feel as if I have a new car!

The speed of the entry into service and speed of completing the work was outstanding. I also appreciated the phone call letting me know the car was ready early I cannot tell you how many times other dealerships would not do that. I am disappointed that the dealership was going to charge me $200 to put my car on the computer to see why the Check Engine light was on after I just spent $600 on rear brakes that is really amazing to me. What if there is something seriously wrong with the car I just spent $600 so it should be a non issue for BMW to find out why the light is on I am very disappointed in that part of the experience.

Customer service & service rep were great, and repairs seem fine. Only downside was that when I got it back, it had grease on back seat door area & back hatch area (although they supposedly washed it.) They did welding recall for car seats as part of the visit, & I assume that the grease came from that. Just a pain on our part to get clean.
