"Worst Service Ever!"
I made an appointment for an oil change and set up to drop my car off. I got there at 8 am. Service tech and I agreed I should come black at 2 pm to pick up my car. I arrived at 2 and was told it would be 30 minutes or so longer. Wait....they had my car for 6 hours and didnt even start the oil change yet. I demanded my car back. I am more than willing to pay more for an oil change if it means better customer service.

"The Real Deal!"
Purchased a certified 2013 Sienna Limited from this dealer 14 months ago. I was an out of state buyer so was a little worried the price we agreed on email and for which I left a credit card deposit for before even seeing the car in person would suddenly increase once I made the 2.5 hour drive from NY. The dealer even gave me a trade in price for my very old Toyota over the phone before even seeing it which was great. They did make a pitch for me to buy the extended warranty when I was filling out the paperwork- they were not pushy by any means. I purchased the warranty and have no regrets. The headsets and remote control were in really bad shape and they said they would ship a new one to my house. I didnt even ask for new headsets and remote- when they took a close look at it they decided to buy me a new one- now that is great customer service. They also said they would replace a DVD volume knob in the third row - I never did get this but it is all my fault as I never followed up but have no doubt they would have sent it to my home if I called. THIS REVIEW IS WRITTEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUT OF STATE BUYERS - trust this dealer, there is no funny business going on here.

Local auto merchants highly recommended Greentree Toyota sales Dept so I went and I met with Rick Ried just to look at the new 2016 Tacoma. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and mechanics of modern trucks. Armed only with Ricks information and the test drive I was offered I bought a new 2016 Tacoma TRD sport double cab with manual transmission within an hour. No sales push just help and information. Ricky then became my salesman and actually procured my Tacoma and walked me through the entire purchase. Keith, inventory specialist, explained all the new advantages todays Tacoma has. Also incredibly knowledgeable. Finally Jose gave me the best financing deal I could get. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We laughed more than worked on the deal. I had a trade in and they did not try to undercut me with a value - they sensed how much I love the car that I traded in; however it was time for a bigger car. I wanted a truck and we had previously owned a Tacoma. So I decided to pop over to Greentree Toyota. Upon arriving my sister and I were treated by a lovely young receptionist who promptly phoned for a sales person.
