Dave Elwell who was the service maintenance department adviser was the most gracious guy ever. Had me in and out of there on time. They could not fix my car that day but gave me a new loner until the part came in. Called me the next morning and said my car was ready and offered to bring it to me but I was in the area so there was no need. Love the people at Watertown Honda
