I had a great experience at Executive Honda. After my 2016 Honda CR-V was totaled in a car accident I scouted several dealerships for a replacement. The prices at Executive Honda could not be beat. Xavier, our sales associate went above and beyond to help me find my new car. After finding my car my work schedule did not allow me to come in during normal business hours to fill out the final paperwork. Xavier, Melissa and the staff at Executive stayed open late on several occasions to accommodate me. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I heard mixed reviews about Executive Honda, but decided to give them a chance - and I am so happy I did. I sent an internet inquiry in on a specific vehicle and Amber Oliver was so helpful in contacting me after my internet inquiry and setting up my appointment. It was confirmed by Danielle who was also very friendly and helpful throughout my experience. Khaled was my Sales Consultant and it was a perfect match. From the test drive to walking out to my new car he answered every question and went above and beyond. He is funny, easy to work with and made the process not as stressful as it could have been. The vehicle I ended up purchasing had an excessive amount of scratches when I first looked at it and I was not happy with it and would have walked away; but Khaled and the Used Car Sales Manager asked me to give them a chance to wet sand the vehicle and get the scratches out. I gave them that chance, and they worked a miracle - the car is gorgeous. Steve went above and beyond to get the car financed at a reasonable rate for something I could realistically afford. He even called me after business hours to go over some stuff. I cant say enough about how happy I am with Executive Honda and my CR-V buying experience. There was only one negative, my gas light turned on within driving a few miles from the dealership, with all the excitement I forgot to check the gas level and it was on empty. Regardless, I would highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire team!

My wife and I bought a new 2017 CRV from Executive Honda. We are very happy with the car so far and expect to use the car for many years. Eddy our salesperson was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. He explained all the features and benefits very well. I very much like the lifetime drive train warrantee. The price for the CRV was fair and the the trade in allowance was better than I expected. Overall Executive Honda is a great place to buy a Honda if you are in the Wallingford, CT area.

MY wife and I just leased a Honda HR-V from Executive. Had delayed for a few months because we were not thrilled about dealing with another dealership. Have in the past felt like we got the short end of the deal. BUT NOT IN THIS CASE. From the time we contacted Stephanie via Internet, along with Danielle, to Reg, our salesman it was a great, stress free experience. Right off the bat, Rej gave use a deal on the price of the new car and a very generous deal for our trade-in. Reg was very nice, attentive and knew his stuff. Steve our Finance guy was also very nice and got us thru all the paper work pretty fast. I will definitely be back to buy or lease and will tell any of my friends and family to give Executive a chance. I should also note that the reason we went to Executive in the first place was because my wifes previous car, a Honda CR-V, was serviced at Executive and was so impressed with the honesty and quality of the work that my Hyundai Sonata is serviced there too. 10 out of 10
"Odyssey Purchase"
After having my car serviced at Executive Honda, I wanted to test drive their bigger vehicles. Rej was assigned to work with me. Over the course of several days, I drove the Pilot and Odyssey, as did my wife. Rej was knowledgeable about the vehicles and great to work with. I did not expect to be purchasing a vehicle just a week later, but everything went very smooth and we drove a pre-owned Odyssey we liked that was at the right price point. This was an excellent car buying experience.
"100,000 Mile Maintenance On My 2008 Honda Civic"
The service department may be good, I dont really know. All they did for me was adjust the valves, change 4 spark plugs and the serpentine belt. The problem was that they charged me $31.88 each for the plugs. thats $127.52 for 4 spark plugs. $135.00 to put a fan belt on and the total charge with tax was $735.00. I think they over charged just a bit for their service and I will never go to that dealership again. That was an expensive lesson.

I am absolutely amazed at Executive Honda of Wallingfords professionalism and timeliness in simplifying the car buying process for me and my family! Khaled, our salesman, was beyond gracious and patient as well as humorous! Chris, the business manager, was without ego and never once faltered in his patience despite my dads near tantrum (he is just grumpy - not Hondas fault in the least!). I made the mistake of going to a wholesale auto dealership the weekend before and did not have a good experience. Khaled and his staff made the car buying experience not only manageable but enjoyable again. I cant wait to go back. Khaled had a brand new set of tires put on the car (goodyears) as well as filled up the car with a fresh tank of gas. He wasnt letting us leave without making sure everything was safe and as it should be. Did I mention we left with a car the same day we visited!! And I have a faulty credit history...not proud to say but they made everything work out without judgement. One last thing...we bought a Dodge from them not a Honda..before you go anywhere else please check their inventory. The service alone is worth the effort!

Executives customer satisfaction policy was amply demonstrated when they replaced that car with another when I realized that I had made the wrong interior color choice. I recently leased a car through Executive Honda & had a surprisingly easy experience. My last car purchase was 11 years ago & the thought of car shopping conjured up memories of pushy car salesmen and uncomfortable hard-selling and bargaining. I set out to visit 4 dealerships to discuss lease options (1st time leasing) and my experience at Executive was far superior to the others. Khalid, the car salesmen, was knowledgable about every vehicle I test-drove and patient with me. From initially taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and figuring out which car fit my driving and financial needs every person who worked with me was helpful and not pushy. I would say their approach is knowledge-based, not "sales-based". Just giving me the info and letting me make my own comfortable decision. I cant say enough about Khalid though, he did an excellent job setting me up in my car syncing my phone & showing me how to use all the features. Well done guys! This rating is for the service department. Unfortunately, I experienced rude service; not once, but repeatedly from several people, including the service manager. Seems as they are so busy that are fed up with their clients. I never expected from a Honda dealership. A while back I called this dealer to set up an appointment for a Honda recall service. The answer was: "we dont have parts and we wont for a long time; call us back". You would think they would follow up. Nope. Ok, called back 3 weeks ago. Was told "No parts in stock; we will place an order and we will contact you when we get the parts". The Agent was super dry, no ETA of any kind, or any follow up. Waiting, waiting and driving unsafe car. 2+ weeks later I called again and speaking to one of the reps. Basically, she is telling "why you bother calling us; we told you we will call you when parts arrive". I say: “I want to know the ETAâ€, so now speaking to a Service manager. Now, all of the sudden he is looking for my vehicle ID# to verify which parts I needed. I dont believe they dont have that information in the system and why would they not ask that question before. So, I figure no one even checked or ordered part in the first place. Go figure, parts are in stock and probably were there from day one. He asked me: “who did I speak toâ€; I say "I didnt take the name" and his reply: "Well, we have so many people here, how am I supposed to check". Honda of Watertown it is!

"Best Car Buying Experience Of My Life"
My wife and I have loved Hondas for a long time. Our previous contact was a family friend that had retired to Florida. so we had to find someone new to trust when it came time for a new vehicle. After much research we settled on a 2014 CR-V that was listed on Executives website. Having no desire to decide on a vehicle that day, I have to say that if it werent for Rej, we probably would not have. But every question we asked was answered immediately and truthfully. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. He left us alone when he sensed we needed to talk to each other, and waited for a signal before coming back. They way he talked us through the features of the vehicle made us very comfortable with our choice. It was by far the most pleasurable car purchase Ive ever made. He even gave us he personal Cell # to text if we had any other questions before deciding. We decided that night we would go with him. Rej has become my new contact for any future Hondas that we purchase.

Dont really know where to begin, so here goes my summary. (If I could Id post no stars!; less than poor)! Tried upon numerous times to obtain info regarding a used car; No phone calls returned; No emails returned; No Communication at All! I cant recall ever being treated this way from any company. Youd think this was there opening day! Inept so-called customer service. I am truly upset and totally disappointed. Dont know what else to say!!

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L from Executive Honda, and it was a great experience. Our last purchase at Executive Honda was in 2004, for our first Pilot, which we still have (235,000 miles). We took our time deciding on our purchase, our salesperson, Rej, was very patient and helpful, getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressured "sales" tactics, they offered their best price first, and after visiting one or two other dealers, it worked out to be the best offer we received, in conjunction with our trade-in, a 2008 Acura MDX. We have also been servicing our 2004 Pilot at Executive, and that has always been a good experience, as well. The new Pilot has been great, a solid car with tons of safety features, and the ability to carry a lot of kids and equipment - a real pleasure to drive! Overall, a great experience!
