When we arrived at Falveys the Sales Agents were all busy with customers, we waited about 20 minutes and then Tim Malzahn came over to see if he could help us. I worked in Retail Management for many years and my one and only complaint about Falveys was no one even acknowledged our presence until Tim. Some actually walking by us and ignored us...Please take note......In the future just a brief "Well be with you as soon as possible", can go a long way, as my husband wanted to leave but I said lets wait a few more minutes. Glad we did as Tim was wonderful. He has a genuine kindness you dont find to much these days, and its refreshing as opposed to the usual sales pitches weve heard in the past. Also even though we had 3 other cars at other dealerships we had planned to look at, he closed the deal with us within an hour. Charlie (I believe thats the correct name) who did all our paperwork was a hot ticket and the Manager (Flavlak?) was very professional in all aspects. After shopping at my local dealer they found the car I wanted but were unable to work the trade out with the other dealer. After a little research I found the dealer my self and contacted them. I spoke to Greg the sales manager and he was very helpful. We did most of the foot work via the phone. Saturday came and I made the ride. When I got there they had the car right out front and it was gorgeous. After a couple of second I met Ed he was the salesman that did the deal with me.They drove my trade gave me a fair value. In and out in about an hour and half. Nice little orientation on the new systems aJond off I went. If I lived closer I would definitely try out their service department. All in all they have a really nice facility and a great staff.

My wife and I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee for months. Either the vehicles we found had more mileage than we were willing to accept, or were more money than we were looking to spend for the features that we wanted. Falveys had a beautiful 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with the right equipment and mileage in great condition. It looks like a brand new car. The sales manager was even willing to negotiate to a fair price to earn our business. Other dealers had higher prices for lesser vehicles and did not want to budge on their so called deal. Our salesman, Ozzie , was very knowledgeable and personable and made the car buying experience easy. His years of experience shows in his relaxed manner with his customers. We drove over 50 miles to look at, and then purchase this vehicle from Falveys and were pleasantly surprised by the professionals at Falveys. For us it was a drive worth taking.

Chuck did his job very well. Well informed. Would deal with him again. very good terms, excellent rebate for Jeep Compass 2016 (75th Anniversary Edition) small details added car to make it sound good. The term stretched beyond a 60 month term to insure a reasonable monthly payment by our request. Once I finally got them to tell me what the trade in value of a similar vehicle 2011 with 55,000 miles was worth to them, that excellent rebate was reduced by subpar valuation of our trade in. Even after some more negotiation the trade fell short of a good condition blue book value.

This dealership was awful. I had ne of the worst salesman Ive even had. the test drive was silent!! SILENT!!! He had nothing to say. nothing to add besides the car has am/fm radio!! (it was a 2017 car! of course it did!!) Then the internet price was not honored. i was told ok ill honor that but Im taking less for you trade. they would not negotiate a penny. you would think they were broke. this salesman i had was so bad he just sent me to the next manager type to talk numbers. All around it was horrible. if you are looking for a car just keep driving by because this dealership is a joke. and if you do decide to go in, dont waste your time with Robin. He is the worst. If you cat sell more than a radio and cant talk numbers or talk to people coming in, then why are you there?? So disappointed that my experience was this bad and all i wanted to do was spend 40K on a new car. Now Im forced to drive to another dodge dealership for the same car because this dealership dropped the ball that bad.

Have bought at least 7 cars from this dealer. The staff is easy to work with and accommodating. No pushy sales people, just straight shooters who listen to what you are looking for and make recommendations on your needs, not the sale. The General Manager, Bob, is helpful and courteous and makes each customer feel appreciated. Have never had any complaints on this dealer - whatever issues we have come across have been resolved easily and to my satisfaction. The salesroom is small yet inviting with an air of elegance. The staff knew I had a time crunch, and yet within a two hour time span of being in the showroom in the morning, leaving and returning, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign so we could get on our way. Thats service! The loan / registration staff, Charlie, knows what hes doing and makes the process seamless and easy. We have an out of state registration and he handles all of that without any problem. Every salesman we have ever had have all been the same - polite, friendly and wanting you to get the right fit for your family. They dont want to just sell you a car, they want you to improve your quality of life with a new vehicle. Its all about the customer at Falveys, which is why we continue to go to them when we are shopping for new (and used, for the kids) vehicles. We have never had any problem with either.
