"Best Dealer Experience Ive Had!"
I originally came in looking for a used truck. The sales staff and management listened to what I wanted and I ended up getting a new truck for what I was planning on spending on a used with all the amenities I wanted. Also, even after we had agreed on a price and trade in amount the financing manager found a way to cut another $2500 to make sure I got the extended warranty and a spray in liner. I had an excellent experience and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Chevrolet.

I would never lease another car from GM. One cannot get out of the lease in a fair manor because of the company they use to service their leases. Very disappointed We had never leased before and thought we world try, but sorry we did.

I was in the market for a used car and was searching around on the internet and found a car that I really liked. It was on the Don Mallon website listed for sale. I emailed the dealership and received a generic email back that did not answer my questions at all. So I emailed again and was able to get a response from Shelby who answered my questions. Shelby had indicated in the email response that they had just received the vehicle recently and also wanted me to set up an appointment to view the car. I was very interested in the vehicle and emailed back indicating that I would be there at 5:00 later that day and let them know that it was about an hour ride for me to drive to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership at 5:00 and went into the sale floor and asked to see the car I had inquired about and made an appointment for. The sales manager Frank Williams and other sales people were unaware of my appointment. Also the car I had inquired about had not even arrived at the dealership yet. I asked when the vehicle would be at the dealership and was told later that night. I talked with Frank the Sales manager and asked him to call me when the vehicle arrived. The next day I waited but never heard anything from the dealership. I called later that day and talked with Frank the sales manager and asked about the car again. The car was still not at the dealership and Frank told me that the price of the car had increased from what they told me the day before by about $3,000. At this point I was extremely disappointed that I had wasted so much time. If they would have just told me the car was not at the dealership and told me the correct price I would not have been upset. I would not recommend this dealership as I did not have a pleasant experience with their customer service.
