I had a 2017 GMC Sierra built by Brustolon. Customer service was great throughout the whole build and delivery process. Email updates throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the vehicle GMC was building for me. Sales personnel were proficient in vehicle options for various models and could answer any questions I had. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend to others!

The personnel at this dealership are very professional. They are no non-sense, straight talking people who listen to questions and give answers that dont make you feel degraded. They treated me with the utmost respect and on the day of delivery the salesman took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the vehicles features. I even when back the next day with a question and was treated like I was a member of the family. Not only did they answer the question they assured me that they were going to be there for any questions in the future. Its nice to know that I will not be forgotten now that I have completed the deal and taken ownership of the vehicle. I wish more dealerships would look to Brustolon for guidance in how to treat people. My hats off to the entire staff at Brustolons - Keep up the good work.

As on all my visits, I was treated with respect when I arrived. My problem with the car was fixed, and even though it took more time than I thought, they kept me updated throughout the process. I should also mention I called on a Friday after and described my problem, they apologized they wouldnt have any available to take care of it on Saturday, but gave me the option of bringing it in first thing Monday morning. It turned out the water pump was leaking engine coolant--a serious problem. So their service is exceptional when a serious problem occurs, with very little discomfort to my schedule.

My air conditioner failed in March when I was in Florida. It took several trips to the dealer in Mystic (after I returned to Connecticut) to find the route of the problem, but they prevailed and I am delighted to have cooling in the hottest weather.

So far, Ive loved my experience with the Brustolon dealership. Aurea is such a sweetheart. Everyone I dealt with were wonderful. My parents always did business with Brustolon and suggested I take a Buick for a test drive. I fell in love with the Encore and Aurea was so very helpful. I didnt buy right away. I test drove other vehicles and Aurea kept in touch with cute little emails and a phone call from time to time. A month later, I was about to sign for a new Honda HR-V and something told me to take that cute little red Encore for one more test drive. I did and just had to buy it ! Aurea was so helpful finding different options for us. The finance department found us a very good loan rate. I met the owner of the dealership and she was so warm and welcoming and the older gentleman that was in the showroom had a wonderful handshake ! Firm and confident..a handshake that makes one feel you are in very good hands. I have never been in a dealership that has been filled with such warmth. It was a very relaxed atmosphere...no pressure to buy. It was an appreciated change of pace. I look forward to my future visits to Brustolons service department. Aurea has even offered to drop a loaner car off for me and take my car in for service if I ever need that. I just think that very generous offer is going above and beyond taking care of your customer and I was so impressed with that. It is customer service like that, that sets the Brustolon dealership above the rest. Aurea was so patient and helpful when explaining On Star and helping me link my phone to Bluetooth. I may be stopping by again with a few more questions for her. I only hope that my Buick Encore will be as reliable and trouble free a car as my Honda was. "Ladies At Check-in And Out Were Extremely Efficien"
One of my concerns is that the air conditioner stopped working when we were in Florida--if I set it on low and it is 89 degrees outside, it never cools the car when in the past it did. The person who worked on the car said I have to wait until the temperature and humidity goes a little higher in CT. I find this unacceptable because something is wrong with it. I have had driven this car for over 87,000 miles, so I think I know when something is working and when it is not. Now I have to make another trip to get it diagnosed and fixed. Today it was 70 degrees with sun shining and the car was on LO with the fan at top speed and it never cooled the car down from Noank to Crystal Mall, and then back again.

My last new car purchase was a 2002 Tahoe and therefore I was not up on all these new electronic systems. In addition, I was involved in a repair situation, on another non-owned vehicle, where Brustolon Service corrected the problem to the satisfaction of the customer in all ways.
