We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. "Ive Never Felt So Belittled By A Business. Ever."

The salesperson I spoke with seemed friendly when we met in person, but he was rude to me when I told him that I couldnt part with my money for the prices they offered. When he told me today about a new car on the lot he thought I might be interested in, I told him I wasnt interested because the mileage was too high in my opinion for the price. He told me "were the experts". While I appreciate that they may be "experts" on their inventory I dont appreciate being belittled when I politely declined their offer. Before I came to Cardinal, Id heard that they were rude and difficult to work with by several, unrelated parties, but I had no idea that they could be so rude and belittling to someone whos trying to spend tens of thousands of their hard earned money wisely.

So happy, that we took our mom from Rhode Island to buy a car there and they took care of the details and registration for her, even though shes from another state.
