She made sure our car buying experience was painless, earning our trust along the way. She did everything she could to assist in the purchase of our Traverse to make sure our expectations were met. We would like to give her high praise for going above and beyond. All staff at the dealership made the process easy. We purchased our 2011 Ford Ranger from M.J. Sullivan and had the best experience. This was the first time we did business with them. We drove over one hour to the dealership and would drive even further to deal with them. First we dealt with Enricco, who was in the internet sales, and when we arrived, we were introduced to Jim Sisco. He was very professional and made us feel very comfortable. The whole transaction was great. I have purchased many vehicles form the same dealer, and did not receive the welcome or positive experience we had with M.J. Sullivan. Many dealerships have the owners name on the door and you never see them, but here, the owner introduces himself, presents his business card and thanks you for your purchase.

I had purchased a new truck from MJ Sullivan in 2005. Recently it was time to trade it in. They offered me a very fair trade-in value for the old truck, as well as a better than the competition price on the truck being purchased. Even though I live "over the bridge" and much closer to another Chevrolet dealer, I continue to bring all my business to MJ Sullivan. John Spinnato runs a good team over there, and since my last salesman retired, he teamed me up with Nick Mastrobuono. Nick was very accommodating and every bit as good as the last one (Dennis Perry).

I received two recalls and called to schedule an appointment for them. I didnt buy my car there and thought they would tell me to bring the car to the place I bought it. Surprisingly they didnt even ask if I had bought the car there. The appointment was made for that same week and they even told me that I actually had three recalls. I also had them check a noise in the rear end which ended up only being uneven tread on my tires and I was not charged. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating and they even vacuumed the floors.

I had my Entourage towed in because it could not move when you pushed on the gas. I had a cracked air intake tube and then had the oil change service while it was there. It took very little time to find the problem and fix the car. Excellent staff and service team.

I brought in my 2013 Hymdai Elantra, the engine light was on. Mike was the service rep who took care of me. He was everything anyone in business would want in the customer service aspect of their business. Well spoken, knowledgable snd polite and spoke in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner. When the car was ready, he called for me, explained the work which was performed and again sought for understanding. Did I have any further questions? He was thorough and I had none. As it turned out, the cause of the light was a recall and there was no charge which of course, made me as happy as I could possibly hope. Many in the service business can possess the qualities I mention, but many times, those qualities can be lost in the delivery when its delivered as a "matter of fact" manner instead of the warm, friendly manner which Mike has obviously mastered.
