Stopped in today for Transmission flush, coolant flush, brake line flush, power steering flush and drive belt replacement. They were very professional ,fast and very friendly. The price was very reasonable. They checked out every single part of the vehicle and made a very clear list of any work that may be needed in the future. No sales pitches no pressure just total honesty. Honesty , Truthfull , Trustworthy thats all I care about and that is why I will stay.

I Purchased a 2008 BMW From This dealer Back in 2010. With the exception of the Salesman who was a young man with blond hair ( Sorry Cant Remember His Name ) Everyone else seemed to be be a bit unprofessional. Their Service dept is A Joke i went in to get my car looked at i left my i phone in the office by acident and ofcourse " no one Took it or Seen it " i knew the last place i had it at was there plus the phone was shut off so i couldnt trace it. Anyways i had Major Problems with this vehicle and dealing with their Service dept is a nightmare. Trying to get a loaner from them is like pulling teeth. I will never in my life allow myself or anyone that i know come to this dealer at all. last thing my car was hit at work i brought it in to them for some minor body work and the quality of the work was horrible i noticed significant overspay on my back bumper that felt rough to the touch after leaving several messages and emails no one ever responded. i am finally getting rid of this car and i will never purchase from here again. You would think that when you are Purchasing a BMW from a dealer they will give you top notch Service. I have to Say I miss Saturn I purchased a Saturn from a dealer in Springfield Ma and the Customer Service was unbelivable. True Professionals too bad they are not around anymore. I would say unless you are buying a new BMW Go elsewhere if you are looking to buy used but not here.

They will promise you the world when purchasing the vehicle. ...Once you have purchased the vehicle they forget all about you. .your calls are never returned and obviously they only care about the sale and not the person...my experience was just averge...i think my next vehicle will be purchased at BMW of Warwick. ..customer service was outstanding during the sale...God forbid you go back and ask a question or if you have a concern...you will be waiting at the front desk until you cant wait any longer. Thank God I will be paying off my new BMW in 6 months...just dont want to deal with people that doesnt really care about your concerns. Drive the extra 25 miles and go tto BMW of warwick.

We originally was at BMW of New London for service on our 2001 BMW X5 and after getting it back we had another problem with it, so we brought it back to service and they provided us with a loaner vehicle. We decided while driving the loaner BMW 528i xdrive that we were going to trade in our BMW X5 for a BMW 528i xdrive. We were appointed with David Morgan as our salesperson. He was great during the sale, at the time of delivery we noticed a couple of scratches on the vehicle so we told David and said we would bring it back to have them fixed. The next day we brought it back to BMW of New London and Girard helped us and provided us with a loaner while they fixed the scratches on our vehicle. However the day we come in to drop our BMW 528i xdrive off to have the scratches fixed we saw David and he did not even say hello. I felt that was not professional of him and he must of only cared about making a sale and not providing service after the sale. Girard saved the day and now the next vehicle we purchase will be purchased from Girard and I know that he will take care of us from the beginning of the sale and afterwards also. He went above and beyond to make sure that we are happy customers. Thanks Girard and Brendan in finance!

Even with service as basic as a brake flush and putting snow tires on our car, they find a way to differentiate themselves. This vehicle was purchased 2012 in Florida. From the outset, a thump existed in the front wheel during the braking cycle. Repairs were made in Florida, but the noise continued on our return to Connecticut. On 7/15/2013, the vehicle was checked by your shop and found to be OK and safe. The braking noise returned, and I contacted Toyota headquarters. and a case number was assisgned.I was told to go again to a Toyota repair shop. On 9/11/2013,at your shop, the mechanic properly diagnosed the problem, and repairs were made. Road test verified diagnosis. Service provided by your service advisors, Nicholas Parson, Hillary Drexler, and both mechanics Eric and Tom has been outstanding. Overall customer service from Girard Toyota has been excellent.

Last week I decided to drive onto the lot of Girard Toyota in New London,CT. That was something I had vowed NOT to do after a particularly bad experience over 20 years ago. However, it was Sunday, and I thought they would be closed and all I wanted to do was to physically SEE the car my research had led me to believe was the car I wanted, a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Much to my surprise, they WERE open. I anticipated being "descended" on the minute my car touched their lot but I wasnt ...I found the model I wanted to see, and checked it out.. again, no one bothered me...hmmm.. deciding I could always test drive the car there and buy it elsewhere, I ventured into the showroom where I was greeted by a smiling salesperson, Luckson Francoise. He answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted and we began negotiating the price. I fully expected the big "sales pressure" pitch when the Sales Manager, Christian was brought into the negotiations. I was just waiting for the " this deal is only good for today" pitch. But it never came. Instead, Christian told me what he could offer me for my car and what he could sell the new car for, and what financing he could offer. The deal seemed too good to be true.. But wasnt that what they were supposed to make it sound like?? Without even pressuring me for a deposit, I left the dealership with the information in hand. I brought the offer to a friend of mine who is a dealer for a different brand, and had him review the offer. Even he couldnt find any flaws in their offer. I returned the following day and after a bit more of friendly haggling, sealed the deal. Two days later, I had my new car for a great price. Luckson and Christian had arranged the financing as promised. On the day of the closing, I was prepared for all the "dealer add ons" that would inflate the price--but they never came. Luckson and Cristian even arranged to have some after market equipment I had installed on my old car, removed and Luckson personally delivered it to my home two days later. That is what I call personal service!!! We left the dealership converts. From start to finish, the whole process went smoothly and with absolutely no pressure. They simply delivered what I wanted and only what I wanted for the price they promised and with no pressure at any time. What a refreshing change!!!! We even received two follow up phone calls from others at the dealership to insure we were satisfied-we were.

My recent experience with BMW service was horrible and unacceptable!!!! While Steves handling was fine, the responsiveness and being ignored for an entire week while waiting "for an email" is rediculous!!! My vehicle sat at BMW for over a week while I was told they were waiting for an email reply, are you kidding me???? This is 2013 and youre supposed to be a high end vehicle dealership...............The manager was in some kind of training all week and not even a phone call from him/her stating that they were aware of the inconvenience of my experience but werer doing everything possible to rectify my situation. I am very, very hesitant to do any future business with Girard BMW again.................

I was very impressed with Girard Toyota, especially since this was my first car purchase. As a reason college grad going into this process with little background knowledge, Girard helped make everything really simple for me. My sales representative, Luckson Francois, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. His quiet and calm demeanor also helped me ignore my initial assumptions about pushy car salesman that I had encountered at another dealership. I felt that he was a great match for me to work with. I would absolutely recommend Luckson to others and would love to work with him again when its time to get a new car (which hopefully wont be for a while!). The only minor inconvenience I encountered was getting some repairs and maintenance done on my car after I purchased it. I dropped it off and was told I would receive a call when everything was complete. I never got a call and when I called back two days later to check on the progress, car service wasnt sure where my car was and couldnt track it in the computer for me! It turns out everything was finished the day I dropped it off and it had already left car service. I just wish I would have been called when it was ready because it was difficult getting to work without my regular transportation. This was very minor though in my whole experience and would not let it affect me from going back to Girard in the future.

I was visiting family in New London, CT and on my ride in from NY I got a flat tire warning. I remembered this dealership from a previous visit to New London when they helped me out putting my NY license plate on the car. (We had just moved to NY and they require two plates where as PA where we lived before did not and I had no idea how to put the front plate on) Stephen, the service rep., took care of getting me in immediately, looking at my tire/tires, ordering replacements and putting them on in time for my return ride back to NY. He was very informative, courteous and professional in every way. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have always had excellent experiences at Girard Toyota. Service appointments are scheduled promptly (I like to go in early Saturday mornings before any back-ups can occur!) and I rarely am there longer than an hour. The facilities are clean and welcoming; I love the coffee and flat screen TV - this is not the service center of old! Staff is helpful and friendly.

Called on a Monday for a service appointment on a recalled item; I was told I would get a call back in fifteen minutes because she didnt know how long it would take to service my car. The call never that day or the next either. I called back again to make the appointment a few days later. I received an apology as the lady didnt have me in her "call back file" but this is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership. Although the work and timeliness of the repairs is good, the scheduling and return calls continues to need improvement. I would select another dealership for my work if there was a closer one.

I recently had to have my 2009 Tacoma serviced for two recalls from the manufacturer. I contacted Girard Toyota to schedule the earliest possible appointment. They were able to schedule me two days later (working with my schedule). I was attended to rather quickly when I got there and was able to wait in a very comfortable waiting area!! the service tech estimated a few hours, but it overall took about 1 1/2 hours. I have to say the service department was efficient and accommodating!! great job!!!!
