Everything worked out just as we hoped it would, great value for our trade-in and he went beyond the call of duty finding us additional discounts we qualifies for - left in a new car that was better equiped than we planned, for no more than we had expected to pay - the last time we shopped here was 30 years ago, when we came close to buying two cars at once but could not close the last $1,000. This time was all we hoped for and more and we will be back - Sue likes her Buicks (4th one in a row). We also took delivery of a new Chevrolet for me the same day - 18 cars since 1967 and all GM products and all with fond memories.

I brought my malibu in for a service at 2pm and couldnt get a diagnostic same day I had to miss work because of it. If I would have known this I would have brought it in the morning. I have a service warranty and they couldnt even at least do a diagnostic so my coverage could be effective same day and I didnt have to miss work. Waiting room is way too small

My sales man was Frank from New Britain Gallagher GMC. He made the process so easy and simple. Definitely recommend Frank to anyone looking for a car. He helped me find exactly what I wanted, and actually listened to what I said I needed. He is very easy to get a hold of and super easy to talk to! He is an awesome sales man. I wont talk to anyone else if I have questions. Definitely recommend this place!

I had been communicating with a salesman via email. He knew I was on my way up to the dealership, which was more than one hour from my home. He wasnt there when I arrived and the vehicle I was interested in was parked out front. Someone in the dealership told me my salesman would be back in a few minutes....in the meantime a family sat in the vehicle and then went and purchased it right in front of me. My salesman knew nothing of the sale to the other family....okay, things happen, I was willing to give this guy another chance. He told me hed call me in a day or two with a new vehicle....its been two weeks and I have not heard from him.....will never give this place my business!

As usual Kyle and the service team were a huge help. I had a concern with my Lacrosse that I needed checked. They got me with very short notice and checked my concern. It should also be noted Kyle had a loaner car waiting for me (in case they needed my car for the day) I was in and out of the service dept in 45 minutes... This is just one of the many reasons why I have purchased or leased 5 new vehicles since 2001.

Saturday morning drop-off (unplanned) to follow-up on a previous oil change service, after which a couple of apparent leaks appeared. John & Kyle found one new leak and an inadvertent "overfill" in the differential. Leak appears fixed and "overfill" condition remedied. Good job!

Sales person was very current on the features of vehicle we wanted to purchase. Was helpful to get all rebates and incentives available. At the delivery salesperson spent a lot of time helping us to become familiar with the features of the vehicle. Sales and finance staff are hard to reach by phone. Tires were way overinflated at delivery.I had to release air to reach recommended air pressure.
