I found the car that I wanted online through their website. I called the dealership, spoke to someone that was very nice. Was told the vehicle would be around $2,500 under sticker price (not an unreasonable expectation) and would arrive in a couple of weeks. The sales person said it would be around X, maybe even a little less but they hadnt received the vehicle invoice yet and couldnt work out exactly what it would be but it would be at least $2,500 off. I thought it was great because I was traveling from 4 hours away (I was looking for a rare color). Based on the person I spoke with and the $2,500 discount I left a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle when it arrived. I got a call around a week later that the vehicle had arrived but there was a new price of full sticker, no discount at all because they had other buyers interested and they cant discount the model that I was looking for? Totally bizarre experience and a weird way to do business, all over $2,500 off sticker not including their dealership fee so it was effectively just over $2,000 off a $40k vehicle. Very poor communication and the very nice person was either not trained or given bad information that shouldve been honored. There was no confusion about the vehicle because they sent me a vehicle summary the day that I left a deposit. The worst part was I passed on buying a vehicle that was closer (2nd color choice) to my home based on the deal that was made when I left a deposit. I called back to my local dealer and its no longer available. Overall get everything in writing and even then Id go somewhere else. I love Toyotas and have bought 5 new ones in the last 15 years. Overall just very disappointed by the experience. Good luck, be safe. I highly recommend Toyota but not this dealer. The sales person was great (professional, quick response, etc.) but totally dropped the ball and did nothing, absolutely nothing about it. In the grand scheme of things I didnt ask for much and now Ive missed out on getting what I wanted (its the end of the 2017 model year and I wanted a color thats being discontinued). Disappointing and couldve easily been avoided.

Stay a way from this dealer. Worst service and total miss guided information. I went to buy a Rav 4 for my friend. When we enter the dealership there was no one for service. I ask the couple of time who is here to sell the car. Finally, one gentleman came and bring us to a Salesperson name Nick. I said to Nick we are here to buy a car. He said, cash or credit. I said, 0% for 72 months but does it make different cash or credit. He said no!.After having 5-10 minute conversation with him when we want to see the car he said, go see the car at the lot and bring him the stock number because he has an appointment with someone. What a Joke! Why would he starts the conversation with us when he already has an appointment with someone else. However, we needed to buy the car that day so we went to the lot and selected the car. When we were back Nick introduced us to the Salesperson Name, Paul. Right from the beginning, I felt Paul is not the friendly guy. I was surprised he was in Sales. Anyway, he helped us to choose the car my friend liked. After some negotiation sales price finalized and we are ready to do the paperwork then we learned that the price was not for 0% financing. If we want 0% price was $2000 more. What a misrepresentation. When I said to Paul why we were not told that from the beginning. He replied that it is all over the internet. I requested to speak to Manager but no manager wanted to come talk to me. He went to their office twice but came back with the reply that all of the managers were busy. I dont see too many activities there and surprise that Managers are busy. I sure top to bottom misguided principle applied at this place. I left the place very angry and upset. I will never go there or recommend anyone to go this place to buy a ca r. There are many good places around. Stay a way from this place.

I have owned only Subarus since the 70s. I have never found anyone, after all this time, that clearly understood my need for a seat that I could drive a long distance in without pain in my back. Jason Glaser listened and understood. Despite my finding a Toyota that I thought would be good for my back he found one that was perfect and cost less. He went out of his way to help in every way. The person that explained the details of the inside mechanics of using the car was also fabulous. His name is Dave and he did not tire of my questions. I had not had a new vehicle for 13 years. to say hurlbert has let me down is quite an understatement. the reason i purchased a brand new vehicle was mainly so i didnt have to repair my vehicle myself. i am fully capable of fixing most things automotive related, but since i do it all day for a living, id rather not do it after hours also. trying to get the team at hurlbert to do anything outside the complimentary oil changes and tire rotations is impossible. my LCA howled like crazy. asked them to address the issue. they basically said i was crazy. i was already aware of a service bulletin for this truck and issue. they wouldnt acknowledge the bulletin and basically said i was crazy. fixed it myself in a similar manner outlined by tsb. cost me parts and a few minutes. now my clutch pedal squeaks every time you depress it and hurlbert again refused to even attempt to diagnose issue. now i am left dealing with toyota care corporate, because i do not want to purchase a whole pedal assembly and master cylinder and replace it myself as outlined by another tsb directly related to the clutch pedal assy. if you need your tires rotated and oil changed, might be ok. other than that dont expect any help from anyone there and they do not seem qualified to do anything much bigger than that.(i was told my tacoma does not have grease fittings. not only can you see them clearly without even lifting the truck, every 4wd toyota truck has had greasable u joints since well ever. also told every tacoma clutch pedal creeks and squeaks, moments later tech admitted to never driving another 16 with a manual)

I bought a used 2007 with 80K on it, and they had made all the necessary updates so I do not have to worry (i.e. new timing belt, new water pump, new brakes, new tires), so the car is running fantastic and in such amazing shape! The dealer himself: Dave, he rocks!!! first, I LOVED his whole style in that he let me independently check out the car and then was immediately available to respond to any questions. When it was time to check out the car, he handed me the keys and let me take it for a drive, SOLO, without having to ride along with me. I, personally, love that! It allowed me to take all the time to first really look at the car, the interior, make sure seats go up and down etc... then I was able to drive it and REALLY listen, without the dealer there to talk, I just could pay attention. I also could really smell the car. Sounds crazy, but I want to know I like the smell of the car, and I cannot do this if the dealer is right there...After I test drove the car, Dave was there to address all my concerns and observations and offered to work with anything or check anything I was concerned with. I really felt like not only did he want to sell me the car, but wanted me to have the best car ever. Truly! Service: They put in cross bars, which was part of the package, which was great...and while they did this, they checked the windows etc that I was concerned with and even though they could not diagnose anything right away, they trusted my observations and worked with the car and took the time to really make sure everything was in working order, and now it is! I worked with Ed in service, and while he may not seem like the most exuberant fella, he is super helpful and kind and responsive to the customers needs and concerns. While they worked on the car, they let me borrow a car for the day so I did not have to sit there and wait for the car to be worked on, which I am super busy, so this was awesome! The borrowed car was nice too, so that was nice. I cannot say enough, they were awesome. I have talked about them to everyone! I had THE BEST experience! All around!

Having a major repair done such a total frame replacement, even under warrantee, can be a nail biter, but the folks at Hulbert did their level best to keep me informed and happy. At a whopping 282,000 miles, I knew there would be things rusted or normally worn that could not reasonably be reused, so I had mentally prepared myself for some expense to have my beloved Tundra "restored". Steve in Service called me whenever they came across things that broke or were unsafe to re-use. I felt their assements were accurate and although somewhat costly, I did not feel "nickle-dimed" by things that were not truely necessary. I also felt the quality of workmanship was superb. This is our second vehicle purchased with Nick Bertsimas and it was truly a pleasure... AGAIN! We checked to be sure he was still there as so many vehicle salespeople move from one dealership to another and we so enjoyed working with him on the purchase of our 2008 Tundra that we wanted to give him first shot at what our new vehicle might be. We went to him thinking that we would replace with another Tundra and ended up purchasing our 2014 4Runner Limited instead. His attention to detail and his relaxed personality made us as comfortable as our past experience which indicates this is not an exception. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally and even though we had not intended to purchase at our first visit, the deal was everything we could have hoped and our research stopped with our first visit. Nick and his Sales Manager Jason Glaser never made us feel uncomfortable as in some dealerships. They were both relaxed and willing to wait for our decision. There was never any pressure to make the deal now or the vehicle might not be here as weve experienced in other places. It was a comfortable and cordial negotiation in which both parties participated and we were not subjected to any pressure tactics. Gene Locke, the Finance Manager, was personable and thorough. He explained our options through each step of our paperwork. Everything seemed effortless and was explained completely with no hidden surprises. Nick spent more than an hour on his day off to personally deliver our vehicle. He explained the paperwork we were being provided and then spent a long time going over the various options and safety features we needed to safely take delivery. I am taking the time to write this letter of review, because I felt compelled to share my experience at Hurlbert Toyota in Epping, New Hampshire. My wife and I have happily owned a Toyota Prius II that I purchased new from another Toyota Dealer in 2011 and we had discussed the feasibility of perhaps trading for a newer and possibly upgraded model. I began my extensive "Home Work" on line and recorded a variety of prices and options. I then ventured out to various dealerships to explore who would give us the best "deal". After going to several dealerships and meeting with different sales associates, I became more and more frustrated as I did not feel I was getting a "fair" deal on the purchase of a new car with an immaculate trade-in vehicle. I finally saw the Hurlbert Toyota/Scion Advertisement and checked out their website. I E-Mailed my interest to them and received an immediate response from salesperson; "Dave Jarry" and Sales Manager; "Jason Glaser". Although I had not done business with that Dealership before, they had the vehicle I wanted in their inventory so I thought I would give it a try. I arrived at the dealership, asked for my two contact people by name and met with both. I showed them my research, laid out for them what I wanted, and they went off to review and discuss options with "the powers to be" in an effort to satisfy my request and provide me with the best "deal" they could give. They returned within a short period of time, had my trade-in vehicle appraised and were able to give me a fair and acceptable trade-in price for my 2011 Prius. In addition, they offered a reasonable price a new Prius III that I was interested in which we decided to purchase. After meeting with the warrantee/loan person and transferring our belongings, we drove away in the NEW car we had just purchased, and left Hurlbert Toyota dealership very happy and satisfied customers. We could have purchased a vehicle at any dealership, however the decision to buy at Hurlbert Toyota was made possible as a direct result of the interaction with the Sales Person, Sales Manager, and the dealerships willingness to meet what I felt was "reasonable" terms and offer me an acceptable deal. They were extremely friendly and made us "feel at home". I am sure that my wife and I will be very happy with the purchase of our new Prius for years to come, and feel we have made some new friends.

I havent car-shopped in 13 years so was apprehensive about the whole deal. I was interested in buying a certified used Prius (after doing my homework), so put in a website search and within two days, a car came up with my criteria at Hurlbert. So I went in to check it out, and ended up buying it that day! I really liked the salesman, Dave Jarry - he was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy (this counted for a LOT - I would have left if he was). When I went to pick up the car, they had done a beautiful job of detailing it, including fixing up some scratches and making the seats like new. I puchased a 2010 Matrix here last November.. they bent over backwards to get my tough credit approved and even went to VT to get the special color and options I wanted! I have been back for service several times and was always happy.. They offer a free car wash and even plugged my flat tire at no charge.. Love the wifi area & the fact that they are pet friedly! They even have bones at the check out desk for my pitbulls when we visit
