The service repair personnel explained and showed the problem. They explained the repair and gave options. They quoted the repair price which is the price I paid. Loaner car was a GREAT new car. Trust is important when you are have your truck repaired. I will return to this dealership if I have another problem with my 2011 Nissan Titan (61K miles).

We were in the market for a new Nissan Pathfinder. Katherine was very professional and made our transaction very easy. Not only did they beat out their competition with regards to pricing, but she was extremely transparent through the whole process. We were looking to move very quickly, and Port City was able to make that happen. By the time we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was ready to sign, and the vehicle had already been detailed and parked out front, ready to go. We were in and out in no time. The entire staff was friendly and very happy to have earned our business. Great buying experience and would definitely recommend them.

I had Charlie Browne as my salesman and he was friendly and patient. I knew exactly what I wanted when I was there however, so he didnt have to do too much leg work. He knew most of the questions I asked however, he was also unsure on a few things which I had to later find out on my own AFTER I bought the car. When it came to finalizing the price, he worked with me within my budget to get the car that I wanted. The part that I wasnt too keen on was the fact that I set up a price that I could afford but at the end they offered you a warranty that basically was a no brainer to get however that put me over my budget now. I wouldve appreciated knowing the warranty up front during the negotiation process so I couldve factored that into my decision. I love the car but Ive only had it a week. Downfall is that the way Charlie explained the sunroof it seemed that both would open however, only the first one opens and it only opens about 80% of the way.

They go out of their way to provide truly outstanding service both before, during and after the sale. They know that is what it is required to build long term satisfied customers. I just leased a new Rogue. I could have not been more pleased with the deal. They made me an offer that I could not refuse, and Dustin handled the whole process quickly and painlessly. Their service department is another reason we are loyal customers. Again, always friendly, professional and prompt. If we wait for our vehicle, the waiting area is clean well stocked, and has free WiFi. So I can read, watch TV or get some work done while I wait. Their service work has always been done right the first time, and we get a free car wash too!

This was an AWFUL experience. I am shopping for a car and have been to plenty of places and nothing like this place. From the beginning, TYLER!!!I specifically said DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT because I had another option, but he did anyway, tried to play it off like he didnt, unfortunately I got a pop up alert right after he did and when I asked, oh dont worry, it wont affect your credit score. Thats MY choice Tyler, also it WAS NOT a soft inquiry and IT DID affect my score. The sale itself, he literally gave me about 5 numbers all different, clearly trying to take advantage. When I politely told him I needed to think about, oh the attitude!!! Am sure its not the first time someone has had to think on you Tyler, is it? Long story short, this place will take every opportunity and will throw in all kinds of fees on you. The sad part, I was going to get that car because it was exactly what I wanted

Spent some time in the customer lounge in the service department today. Nice facility, comfortable, clean, free snacks, coffee, wifi. The only downside is that it is an open room off a busy hallway that connects the showroom to the service area that has a lot of office traffic. The open concept is great, but it is very noisy, which makes it hard to try and get work done while waiting for your vehicle. I was the only person in the lounge, and found it challenging to hear on a phone call. If they closed off the opening with a glass wall and door, it would make it the nicest service waiting area Ive ever been in, and I would probably service the rest of my fleet there just for the positive waiting experience. The service by shop personnel is great, by the way. They seem to stay on schedule with appointments and are quick with getting info to you. They let you know what other items need attention, or that you may want to keep an eye on, but no pressure.

I was very hesitant to get it because I really didnt want payments. After working with Luis for an hour or so. it made sense to get a Certified Preowned that comes with the 7 year 100k mile warranty and the roadside assistance which I definitely needed with my last truck. from start to finish the entire process was very smooth and painless. no hassle,no back and forth, and no pressure.
