As an aside, I have no idea as to what "Title" means as to what you are looking for...accordingly, I left it blank.

Joel very much reccommended that I test drive the vehicle that I was looking at, matter of fact I drove two different ones. I drove up just to take a look at a car, and ended up buying it. They were able to complete the entire transaction in just over an hour, and I was on my way home. All staff that I dealt with from the Manager, Sales Associate, and Finance representative were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership hands down. Even if you are from Massachusetts, they are equipped to handle all aspects of vehicle sales to Massachusetts residents. Its worth the trip!

I saw a used truck on line after 8pm and emailed dealer. Had an email in my inbox by 8am the next morning. I wrote back and told them I could be there by 12 noon. I was told the the truck would be out front waiting for me . Guess what, WASNT THERE. After a 10 to 20 min wait it was ready for a test drive. After the test drive we went back in to " talk numbers". It was a very friendly and relaxed process but they were unwilling to budge off of what I considered a ridiculous offer for my trade in. Even though they told me they thought could get the payments were I wanted to be ( by extending the term out ), I left without buying the truck I really wanted because I thought the trade in offer was so unfair. My opinion, I wouldnt come here expecting a fair price on your trade but if you do shop here ask for Patrick. Nice guy and helpful even if he kept calling me Alan
