"Extremely Misleading"
I drove 67 miles to see a car that was listed online for 26k. Got down there and saw that it was 28k, and that they list their online prices with an asterisk that says that the price shown to you is with 2k down cash or trade. Couldnt agree on a deal for the car, so I came home and looked at the web page again. Theres no asterisk. It was literally listed for 26k. Complete waste of 5 hours of my time.

Terrible. I bought my car almost a month ago and they decided to register it today after many phone calls warning them that the temporary registration they gave me was about to expire. My car has been unregistered for days and I have been unable to drive it. Finally today they called and said have my new plates but I would have come in and pick them up. I live in CT, an hour away. They drove to CT to register the car but couldnt deliver the plates. Brian said they ate "too busy" to send someone out....THEY HAVE H Next they agreed to overnight the plates to me but just called and said they couldnt. Unbelievable!!! Ive already made a payment and they have yet to register the car!!!! I even offered to register the car myself and they said I could not!! They could care less. I have a new car in my driveway and Im driving a rental!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

After emailing and calling multiple times to inquire about a used 2016 Pilot and confirming it was there for me to test drive I brought my wife and 2 kids in to test drive the car. Upon getting to Grieco Honda they told me the car was not there (it was at their intake lot) and I could not see it. Then the Sales Manager (Mike) tried to sell me on buying a new car. Ill give you a great deal, etc. After realizing he was not going to get me to buy a new car that day, Mike said someone would call me when the 2016 Pilot was there and they would bring it to me to look at. I am still waiting for that call. That was over a week ago. Also, when I was there Grieco Honda took a look at my trade (which they gave me a pretty low offer). As part of that process I gave the sales rep the registration. When we were leaving i had to go find the person with the keys to the car and i never got the registration back. Once i realized this a few days later I called and spoke to Mike who said the sales rep would call me back immediately. I am still waiting for that call. Awful customer service. Will never go back here. Not trustworthy at all.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a 2017 Accord Sport from Metro. The process was seamless and everybody from Rob Grieco (Owner) to Rob McCauliffe(GSM) to Dave Veracruz (Salesman) provided us with a true white glove service. Dave was not only knowledgeable about the dealership overall but was a perfect match for our needs as he owns a 2017 Accord Sport personally and was quite obviously an enthusiast. He was personable, provided us with plenty of space while also making himself very available to answer questions, and offered his assistance every step of the way. Based on my experience I would refer any friend or family member to Metro and Dave in particular as I feel he probably treats all prospective buyers with the same very high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. By the way... pricing was more than competitive and there were a multitude of cars in stock for us to choose from. Thank you Metro Honda team.

I was told I needed an appointment and to come back later so a Technician would talk to me. I then travelled to Grieco Honda in Johnston. I met Robert Pelcher in the service department. He immediately assisted my needs. Not only did he walk out to my car to give me advice on the repair, but he was able to repair the molding on my new 2016 Honda CRV that day. I can tell you now, I will travel past the dealership where I bought my 2016 CRV to purchase my next new vehicle from Grieco because of Robert Pelchers efforts. He is an asset to Grieco Honda!

We went to the dealership because they had the exact car we were looking for. We were greeted by a salesperson David. He was eager to help. We told him which car we were interested in and he was eager to bring us for a test drive. After the drive we sat down worked out the numbers and after they cleaned up the car we drove it home. The credit manager was also very friendly and made us feel at home. Most of the other dealer we went to did not have the car we wanted, but said they could get it for us. It was nice to see the exact model and color in stock before we purchased it. Great job David!!!

I went on Saturday, and met with Al Fontaine, who walked me through the entire car buying process. I knew exactly what car I wanted and he helped to ensure I got the best rates available. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from, or even visiting Metro Honda...please dont! I have never had a more negative experience at a dealership than I have at Metro Honda. Lets start with the pricing of their vehicles. What you see, is certainly not what you get. Whatever price you see listed online, be prepared to add on about $1000 to that price for their "prep fee." This is not the normal dealer/documentation fee that every dealership charges, but an additional fee on top of that. I made several calls to Metro Honda to try to get a more firm price of the vehicle before making the over 1 hour drive from Massachusetts. I was told repeatedly by the Internet sales team that the dealership would be able to do even better than what was listed online. What they did not say was that the price of the vehicle would actually end up being over $1000 more than what was listed online. There was never any mention of this over the phone of course, despite repeated efforts to get more clarity. What was already a bad situation became much worse when dealing with the sales manager Jermaine. I have never experienced a more confrontational, rude, and unprofessional sales person, let alone sales manager in my experience buying cars. Once it became clear that a deal was not going to be had, and I expressed my frustration about the discrepancy between what I saw online, what I was told over the phone, and what I experienced in the dealership Jermaine acted in the most unprofessional manner I have seen a care salesman behave...and that is saying something. In fact when I asked him for Honda Corporate Headquarters Customer Servicd number, he actually provided me with a fake number. When I asked for his name, he said he would return with a business card only to disappear until I stood waiting and finally told someone I was waiting for Jermaines business card. With other quality dealerships in New England there is absolutely no reason to go to Metro Honda and I would advise anyone I know to stay as far away from this dealership as possible.

I had a good experience yesterday. Came in for service and the service department staff was very helpful; especially considering the number of people there on a Saturday. Ended up taking a test drive while I waited. After signing a few papers, I had bought another car. Dmitiry was honest and helpful and with the help of Jermaine, we agreed to a good deal. One other thing, the final process with the Financial department was one of the best experiences Ive ever had buying a car. The rep was informative and not pushy; I actually enjoyed the interaction.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. First vehicle was a brand new 2012 Honda Accord that they gave us a great deal on. My wife and I had such a good experience dealing with Metro the first time, we returned to check out a used 2013 Honda CRV. Let me tell you, the car was immaculate! Not only did they give us way more for our trade than any other dealership was offering, but they also got us a 2.25% interest rate when everyone else quoted us around 4-5%. John Ferrell, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The buying process was so easy. It took roughly 2 hours to negotiate the deal, get approved for financing and agree on terms, sign all paperwork, and drive away in our new vehicle... We left in it the same day! The finance manager was also very up front, got us a great rate, and an incredible deal including a bumper to bumper extended warranty to 100k miles -- all for the price we were looking for! I have seen a handful of bad reviews for this dealership and I chalk it up to this: Some people just cant be satisfied. So sorry you had to wait a few minutes to kick the tires on a vehicle you probably werent going to buy anyway... Do yourself a favor, drop by this dealership and ask to see John. This group went so far above and beyond for us, I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. When we are ready to purchase our next Honda, I will definitely be returning to see John at the dealership! Thanks Metro Honda!!!
"Unfriendly Atmosphere And Misleading"
After many emails with an associate of Metro in Johnston, I was told there was an HR-V availalbe to test drive. I was told to ask for Jeff. I drove from Barrington area and asked for Jeff. There were no friendly smiles, just a point and nod to Jeff behind the big desk. He glanced up and went back to what he was doing. After a bit he looked back up and said someone would be with me. I waited too long, so I went outside to look around. After about 10 minutes, I walked back to the showroom, a young man came out and said Jeff told him there were no HRVs to test drive. Why couldnt Jeff look at me and tell me what I needed to know instead of letting me wait for about 20 minutes? I will never go back

I needed a new car, and Honda was my top choice!! Metro Honda is my local dealer so even though I read some bad reviews I still wanted to try them out because I wanted to service close to home. I walked in on Thursday after work and the first thing I noticed was how gorgeous the dealership was, they have a deli that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner there!!! After I checked the place out I walked in to the showroom and Bo St.Angelo greeted me with a smile. Bo and I sat down and I explained to him exactly what I wanted, He listen closely and pulled up my dream car...2015 Honda Accord EX-L with Navi!!! Bo showed me all the features and we went for a ride...I LOVED IT!!! After the ride we got to numbers part ( I hate this part) but it turned out to be quick and easy, I told him how much I was willing to pay for the car and Bo got the deal done for me with his manager!!! I could ask for a better experience!!! The sales person can make or break your experience, if you ask for Bo St.Angelo you will be in good hands!!!

"Extremely Poorly Run Dealership!"
I drove to this dealership to drive a 12 cross tour (4-cyl) that I saw on-line. I asked the sales rep where it was. He told me it was the one in the corner and walked over with me. When looking at the vehicle, he said that it was a 14. I said that you have a 12 on-line that is what I wanted to see. He asked me what the stock # and price was. He told me that he would find out where the car was. I walked the lot for at least ten minutes. Finally I went back inside. Another salesman asked if he could help. I explained that it had been 10-15 mins and I hadnt seen the salesman. He asked me to describe what he looked like. This is a professionally run organization?? When my salesman returned he said that the car was in fact the car we were looking at and it was just marked wrong (as a 14) on the window. He asked me if I wanted to drive it? I said yes but could we please speed up the process? He took my license. 10 minutes later he still hadnt returned. I asked the sales manager behind the desk how long it takes to photocopy a license and get a key? The salesman returned and said that he couldnt find the key. The sales manager then approached me. I explained that I had been there for over 25 minutes and still hadnt been able to drive the car I came to see! Keep in mind there were almost no other customers in the showroom at the time. Soon after, another person approached with the key. The manager then tried to turn the tables on me and asked if I was in a hurry or if I didnt want to come back when I had more time? Are you kidding me??? First no car, then no key and then it is my fault I was there for over 30 minutes and still hadnt driven a car??? Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!

Based on the "final price" advertised on their website, we went to buy a used car, After the test drive we were all set to finalize the transaction and were told the actual price was $ 2,000 higher than was advertised. They said the "final price" was after a $ 2,000 trade or down payment. I looked and looked and cannot find this statement anywhere on the website. I wasted my time and the salespersons time. Stay away.

I called them on friday 10/31/14 looking for a 2008 Jeep Cherokee. I live 25 miles away and asked if they still had it, they sadi they did and i drove there. When i arrived i spoke to the manager Richie and got a salesman. Much to my surprize they didnt have it and they tried to sell me a more expensive Hondra CRV. But what really upset me was that Richie gave me such a low-ball offer for my truck an excellent condition 01 Ranger with 55,000 miles that i left. If i were you id not deal with them. They are the old style car salesmen, by leading you on by selling a vehicle they dont have and giving you next to nothing for your trade. Please be careful with them or just dont go there.
