First let me start by giving a Shout-out to the Tech person Damian who was awesome in his Tutorial and after care. I found this dealer online while looking for a Tiguan with low miles with some warranty remaining and a fair price. Matt the Sales Associate seem to be nice enough but when it came to small accommodation they fell flat. With out any negotiation on the price, "the price was the price" i was told. I then asked for mattes and the cargo cover that was missing . I was told Id get the mattes and theyd look for the cargo cover needless to say neither happened a $300.00 value that I now have to come out of pocket. This wold have been a small price to pay for recommendations .

Came in to look at a new Toyota 4 runner and unlike past experiences there was no high pressure to sign a deal on the spot. They took the time to get to know me and what my needs were. After offering me an amazing deal on my 2014 pilot and a super deal on the 4 runner limited the deal was done. The owner Jim took the time to take me around and meet the key people. We came in looking for a used car for my daughter. She had a 2007 car with a loan and we were looking for something newer. We talked to Alex and Kevin and there were very helpful. After a couple of visits they were able to put her in a 2017 Toyota Corolla in a price range that worked for her budget. We had a good experience up until we bought the car. They totally botched the deal and would not take responsibility for their mistake. They blamed a guy who got fired but I still see that as the responsibility of the management for poor training and incompetence. And we had to keep asking for our plates when they were there and no one bothered to call us. Just poor customer service.

I used to think this dealership was top notch, but clearly this place has gone down hill. A disorganized mess of poor communication and uneducated staff! If you intend to keep your local customers you should learn to return phone calls! Back to Bristol Toyota I go!

Poor communication. High pressure, bad service. Difficult to get through and calls were not returned. Discovered rear headrest was missing and dealership has refused to deal with this problem.

A very responsible dealership. Car was reasonably priced to begin with, and they were also open to a some degree of negotiation. Car was expertly prepared. Very forthright in their dealings with us, about the car, financing options, etc. I drove from MA to RI to see a particular car at this dealership, and I was not disappointed in how we were treated. I would recommend Langway unequivocally.

"Simple To Work With"
I bought my Camry from Premier in August of 2011. That was the first time I had worked with this dealership since it was under new ownership. I have to say that the process was the simplest Ive ever been through. There was no back and forth with a manager for hours in order to get a fair deal. I picked a car, they showed me how the numbers worked, and off I went. I actually enjoyed buying a car because I didnt have to fight with them for hours to discount the car (which I was fully expecting to do after visiting a couple other dealers). Since then, Ive serviced there because of the 2 free years of maintenance. Everyone Ive had to deal with has been pleasant. The quality of work has been fine,

"Didnt Buy Car Here"
This dealership was recently bought by Premier - Cape Cod. We went in, had trade valued, which they service and got inital quote - which was higher than expecetd, along with limited inventory. We got a much better quote from the original dealer we bought the car from and asked if Premier Toyota could"match the deal" . They supposedly "reviewed the numbers and said the in famous - come on in and bring the other dealers quote" We called back the Premier dealership and said if you will do those numbers, we will put down a deposit then and sign the deal with you. They claimed that they would only do so upon verification that the other dealer would do so. I explained that if we asked the other dealer to simply write up the offer to take to another dealer, it didnt seem very fair to the dealer who wrote up the deal. THe other dealer, with whom we bought two cars had done a work sheet write up, but to formalyl write it up and then simply take it elsewhere, just didnt seem right. Premier Toyota seemed to only want to see the other offer, since they did not stand behind their statement that : They would do the deal at the numbers discussed. Thus, we did not buy from Premier.
