These guys are good folks. The car was in good shape and they stood by their word, replacing 4 brand new tires that they’d put on prior to sell the car, as they were faulty from the manufacturer, all in a pinch. I purchased 2011 Honda crv in 2014 only 11 thousand miles on it. Tires only lasted 19 thousand miles never heard of going through tires so soon. I do all highway traveling. Very disappointed with tires. I had another issue with my drivers side window not opening motor in door had to be replaced. I wonder if mileage got tampered with??

I went to buy a used car that I had in mind and they wouldnt let me buy it !! Sounds funny but its true. They have a Saturn Ion that is way overpriced by NADA and KBB but they wont negotiate ! Gayle Testa is the real deal in car sales. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this is by far my best buying experience to date. There was no hassle or anxiety involved with my experience from the time I walked through the door until the time I drove off the lot. I looked at all the information available in my research process and had an idea of what car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and to my surprise there was no negotiation, we were right at the same spot. Also, the offer they made me on my trade in was more than fair and more than I had expected to get back. I am a repeat customer at Saccucci Honda. I purchased my first Honda in 2009 and was so impressed by their friendly, no-nonsense approach to selling cars, that I went back in 2013. I contacted Alex Magnan, the internet sales manager, in December 2012. I made an appointment to drive a Honda Accord. I told him that I was shopping around and that I would not be purchasing a car until spring. We took the car for a test drive and he explained the different features of the car. He respected my timetable for purchasing a car and did or said nothing to make me feel pressured to buy on the spot. In March 2013, once I completed my research, I returned with my family to test drive the Accord again. This time I told him that we would be purchasing a vehicle within two weeks. Again, there was absolutely no pressure. He e-mailed me a quote for the vehicle that I was interested in with everything spelled out. On the day that I returned to close the deal, he took the time to review everything with me again and he answered all my questions. Bill Schmidt, a former high school student of mine, prepared the paperwork and we closed the deal for the exact price that was quoted. Again, there were no tricks or nonsense. Bill asked me if I was interested in an extended warranty, paint protection, etc. When I told him that I wasnt interested in any of these things, that was the end of it.

We had previously leased a vehicle with this dealership, a 2010 Honda Accord. We had a great experience with the salesman at that time a gentleman named Brian, who is no longer at this dealership. When in the market for the right used car, I was happy that my search brought me to Saccucci Honda in Middletown RI. The staff was helpful and courteous through the entire process while being non-pushy and able to meet my high standards. They were able to get behind the wheel of a wonderful Civic as My sales rep Alex actually came in twice on days off to adhere to my busy schedule. Highly Recommend going through them if in the market even if you live a couple hours away. Heck, afterwords you can grab a lobster roll and spend an afternoon in Newport!
