Nothing but fast quality service from the service department. Personnel in the service department are professional, polite, and keep you informed along the way. I dont think they go out of their way to take care of you (like most would say), that is just their way. This is one of the main reasons I bought my car from First Acura and bring it back for any repairs and services needed.

He was very accessible and took time to answer questions. Bob, who explained the tech aspect of the car was outstanding- he was patient and knowledgable about all of the tech features. I did take the car for an inspection- the service team was accommodating. The service bays are not drive-in, but they do have an overhang.

First Acura in Seekonk was the most helpful, patient, and honest dealership I have ever been to. I came here because my Acura TSX had been totaled at night while it was parked, and it was a very unexpected stressful situation. It was my first time doing business with them and as a new customer they met my needs and then some. I decided to buy a preowned Cadillac ATS a few months ago and I have had no problems at all. The sales staff is great, their inventory is awesome, and their service department is extremely dedicated with almost no wait times. Not to mention their building is brand new and the atmosphere is comfortable. Give them a try I know I will for my next car.

Today was a great day! Not only was it the first official day of summer but it was also the day I picked up my new 2017 Acura MDX! 11 years ago this was my dream car and today it became my reality car. From the moment I stepped foot into FirstAcura I felt comfortable. I knew this was going to be where I would purchase my vehicle. It can be a daunting process purchasing an expensive item. However, everyone involved in this process made it enjoyable, easy and unforgettable. My salesman was Mike Dube. I gotta say, he is just a good human being. I personally like him. He never pressured me and never made me feel rushed. He explained things clearly and gave me time to digest all the information. His calm demeanor put me at ease. E. Hanna was the Sales Manager. He did everything he could to earn my business and thats exactly what he did! He was aggressive and hungry. He promised me the lowest price and he came through. He went out of his way to make sure he was available for me when I needed to come in and for that I am grateful. Stephen LaPiertra was my product specialist and delivery coordinator. Stephen was extremely knowledgable on my vehicle and kindly explained all the amazing, state of the art features to me in a way that I would retain the information. The MDX is a complex and intelligent vehicle. Im so impressed. Stephen also stayed late to make sure he could walk me through all the features because it worked for my schedule. He didnt have to do that but I truly appreciated his time and the rest of the staff who stayed late. Randy Cloutier was the GM. I sat with him on 6/20/17 to sign and finalize all the paperwork. He was so happy for me and it showed. His genuine approach and laid back conversation was a breath of fresh air. At first I didnt even know he was the GM. He was humble and appreciative to have my business. I might just be the girl next door but he made me feel like his most important client. I couldnt be any happier than I am right now. All the wonderful people I listed above celebrated my new aquisition with me tonight. Its as if I made 4 new friends. I drove out of the FirstAcura parking lot with only one regret and that is that I didnt go there sooner. I highly recommend this particular dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. I had a great experience at First Acura for buying my first MDX. I did my research and figured what I wanted to spend and what I wanted to get for my trade in. I went there with the expectation of negotiating for hours and going back and forth. That was not the case. It was very low pressure. I bought a 2012 Acura TSX. After driving around New England 1 or 2 days a week over the course of about 2 months I should have went to First Acura from the start. Nothing ever felt right when I visited any other dealership. As soon as I spent 10 minutes with everyone at First Acura I knew I was going to be purchasing my next car here. All the people were down to earth and very accommodating, the company also had great prices and warranties on their vehicles. I had the pleasure of interacting with many employees but mostly dealt with Danielle, Tom and Bob who were fantastic. I got an Acura certified car for the price I wanted with Acuras extended warranty for 7 years or 100k miles! The warranty was very important to me and now that I have it and met with everyone I genuinely feel that when/if anything goes wrong with my car I will be properly taken care of and not haggled by the infamous "this isnt covered or that isnt part of the warranty" or the warranty includes "this but not that". The whole experience was excellent! I wished I went there from the start!
