"Waste Of Time"
Complete waste of time- emailed the online sales manager and was very specific as to what I was looking to spend and where the pricing needed to be including my trade. They would not give any commitment, but said to come in to the dealership so that we could try and work something out as there was room in their pricing to negotiate. I took the time to go to the dealer where they then said there is no room for negotiation and that was the best they could do. JUST SAY THAT UP FRONT AND DONT WASTE EVERYONES TIME.

This was my first purchase at Mastria Subaru and the service was great. My husband and I walked in and was greeted by Adam the sales manager who was very pleasant and helpful he asked what we needed and I told him we want to lease a car and we had a trade in so he set us up with Alex and he was great as well. Alex gave us a couple of options and we choose the 2017 Forester Subaru. We went for a test drive with Alex and he gave a very good explanation about the car and its features also the tires for life program which is a very good deal. After we purchased the car we return Monday and another guy Alex helped us go through the car and he was very thorough from the simple controls on the dashboard to how to use the controls on the screen to setting up Bluetooth. Overall I had a great experience there and I would recommend friends and family to buy a Subaru. They are definitely worth the investment. I will definitely be going back to lease another care when my lease is up!

Im seventy three years old, and have purchased many automobiles. Buying a Subaru from Mastria, so far, has been a great experience. Ive not had my first service yet, but if its like the rest of the journey Im relatively sure Ill be pleased. In all probability my wifes next car will come from Mastria Subaru. We have owned Audies, Infinities, Acuras, and several Ford SUVs.. My new Outback limited is the best thought out car I have owned. I cant find a flaw. Thank you Tony Boutros, Dennis, and Chris! I would be remiss if I didnt mention that Tony performed the singularly most thorough new car delivery imaginable.

Josh was very nice and helpful in the car buying process. It was a long wait however, which I understand wasnt his fault however my car failed inspection and had an error message that still is displayed on my vehicle. I only got one set of keys they looked for them couldnt find them he said he would call me by five that day and never did. I left messages for him to call me back and I had to speak to a manager to get answers. It finally passed inspection only for them to tell me that they didnt have the capacity to fix the error message on my vehicle. Im still waiting on a call back from Donna to see if they will reimburse me for the repairs. Ive only had the car a little over a week, I was left feeling as if once the sell was complete everything became my problem. I was also talked into getting a Lo jacket and additional coverage; but apart from that I was treated well.
