My Engine light went on on my way to work. I received an email from VHR telling me I need to get my vehicle serviced as soon as possible to avoid doing severe damage. I called another local dealership. They said they could only give me an appointment for 9 days. So I took it. As I was driving I remembered I had a previous service at Somerset and was happy. So I called and spoke to Josh. I told him I had a check engine light on and wondered what their earliest appt was. He told me I could bring it n immediately if I wanted. It was 3:30pm and I was about 15 min away. He told me he could at least tell me what was wrong but couldnt guarantee he could fix it until he knew what the problem was. 15 min later I was at his desk. He went above and beyond for me. Come to find out it wasnt major and it was repaired and I was on my way under an hour. Also while I was waiting I observed both reps giving all other customers the same treatment. Im not sure why I tried to go anywhere else. That will not happen again. Please tell Josh I said Thank you ¿¿¿

Purchased a brand new car from this dealership. I was told the car had features it did not have. After going to the manager(s) with this information they did nothing. Basically told me I should have done my research and what the salesman said didnt matter. Additionally the car had rust under both wheel wells. I was told this we just surface rust and again they would not be doing anything to fix the issue. This is a brand new 2017 Dodge Challenger. I would highly recommend you do business elsewhere. My experience with the dealership has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Hope this review helps you make your new car buying decisions!

I contacted Somerset Jeep via email about a specific vehicle they had for sale. I received an email back almost immediately asking me to confirm that the vehicle I had emailed about was definitely the vehicle I wanted information on. I thought it was silly, as I had clicked on a specific vehicle right from the website and noted in my email that that was the vehicle I wanted info on. I also mentioned that I had the identical vehicle on hold at another dealership and I just wanted to know if Somerset could beat the price. I responded to the email immediately confirming that this was in face the vehicle I was interested in, but did not receive another answer until 2 days later- and the answer was that she would be happy to discuss this further if I could come in. In the meantime, I made a phone call to the dealership and explained that I lived a distance away and had an infant and was unable to drive to multiple dealerships, explained that I had an identical vehicle on hold elsewhere, and asked a salesman to give me their bottom line price, as I was prepared to make the purchase at whichever dealership offered me the best deal. The dealer refused to give a price quote over the phone, and clearly was not interested in making a sale. He specifically said "If I were to make it that easy for you, everyone would just shop by making phone calls!" Um, as a dealer you should WANT to make the buying process as easy as possible for your clients. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received and went ahead and made my purchase elsewhere.

Nicole from the dealership called me and left me a voice mail so I called her back and asked a bunch of questions about the 2012 GMC Yukon that I was interested in purchasing, told her I was from out of town and needed these questions answers prior to me driving a few hours to the dealership. Nicole told me no problem, said she was writing down my question and would get back to me within 24 hours....... Well its a good thing I didnt hold my breath since I have yet to get a return phone call to this day and I spoke with her on November 10th.

I am thankful for the work done by this dealership and it will be the first stop when my family is looking for a new car in the future.

I went in at 8am without an appointment for an oil change on my 2013 Chrysler 200( which I purchased at Somerset). They said that it might be an hour or so but they took it in within 1/2 hour and was completed by 9:15 am including a car wash. The wash was excellent as all of the bugs and tar were removed from the front grille area. It is a white car so they stand out.

I recently purchased a used Subaru and saw on Car Fax it had been serviced at Somerset Subaru. I decided since they were familiar with the vehicle to continue using them. I do have to add...I had visited a Subaru dealership closer to me inquiring about having an extra key made...lets just say I didnt have it done there and decided to go to Somerset Subaru. I cant tell begin to say how great they treated me and my vehicle. Wayne, Judy and Joan made me feel at home and very comfortable. The work was done quickly and they went above and beyond with my car. While I was there, Wayne explained there was a recall on the vehicle and had the shop fix it quickly so I didnt have to go back. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

I put on 140 miles a day, five days a week. Your mechanics are first class, Wayne and Joe bend over backwards to get any repairs done ASAP for me, knowing how much I rely on my vehicle. I was ready to purchase an Outback from Somerset Subaru. After agreeing to the price, I was brought to business manager Carlos to complete the purchase. i informed Carlos that I had my own financing, but he insisted he needed to check my credit. After obtaining this info, he started to berate me for my depth of credit. He questioned whether I was a scammer and questioned whether my check was bogus. I told him I obviously wouldnt take the car until the check cleared. He started berating his managements policy (it was a Saturday). I decided to leave and bought my Subaru from Mastria Subaru. I got a slightly better price and didnt have to submit to an unnecessary credit check. I was treated professionally by Mastria Subaru and I love my new Outback.

Purchased a Crosstrek through the VIP pricing program offered in conjunction with the National Ski Patrol. It was a seamless transaction and extremely professional. Even drove off the dealers lot with the provided full tank of gas, a bonus I had not anticipated. Car has performed better than advertised both in comfort and MPG. Too many extras on this car would be considered extras on a competitors offering. Great overall value.

On May 1, 2014 my alarm on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was sounding for no apparent reason. Even after multiple resets, the condition existed. I called Somerset Jeep and spoke to John in the service dept. John had me do a few vehicle checks to assist in determining if a fault did exist. John determined that the vehicle needed to come to the dealer, and this was about 3:15 pm. I arrived at the dealer at 3:50 pm and the vehicle was shortly brought into the service bay. By 4:55 pm the vehicle was returned to me corrected and, they even performed some vehicle software flash updates. This is the type of effort and care this dealer commands from its employees and departments, that make me the customer and end user happy and satisfied. A big THANK YOU! to John and Somerset Jeep.
