Such a wonderful car buying experience!! From the first few minutes of speaking with Mike Del Buono, I was put at ease and knew that he knew what he was talking about :) It was easy conversation, not an awkward back and forth, as my husband and I had our questions answered and were allowed ample time and space to make our decision. It was refreshing to only speak with one person (Mike, our salesman) in regards to automobile specifics, trade-in value of our car, and monthly payment options. Everything was put out in the open and with that clarity, it was easy to make an informed decision. There was zero hassling throughout the whole process and Andrew Bent, business manager, was quick, efficient, and extremely competent. We had our 4 and 6 year old children with us the entire process and everything was so fast and easy, there was very little complaining from them! Two of my friends recently bought new Dodge Rams so I decided to go and look at them I couldnt believe the rebates and factory incentives that were going on this month including them making your first two payments..I was looking at the quad cab pick ups because I like the 6 1/2 foot beds.
