Scheduling service is a nightmare....purchased my Equinox at Beard and have had to wait up to two weeks for an appointment on two different occasions. Ill never make the mistake of buying at Beard again.

I have used Beard Chevrolet to service my previous 3 Tahoes. They have always been friendly and fair in their pricing. My wife lost the key to her Cadillac and was looking for a way to replace it. She called two Cadillac dealers who said they couldnt help because they lacked a laser to cut the keys (really?). I asked Beard Chevrolet and they cut a new key and ordered the electronic parts from Philadelphia (took about 10 minutes). I really appreciate their genuine attitude and customer service attitude.

This place is so bad. I wish I could have back the few hours I spent there!! First off, the vehicle was WAY overpriced. Second, the salesman was fake as they come. Talking about how passionate he is to get me into the vehicle of my dreams because of my service to this country and blah blah blah.... So passionate until I tell him I dont wanna put down as much as HE wants me to. Then, surprise surprise... Passion goes out the window, Im at the bottom of the stack and becomes the stereotypical car salesman. This place is a joke, and they couldnt pay me to take a vehicle from them!!!

My experience with Beard Chevrolet has been nothing short of excellent; had to trade in my stick-shift, a 2008 Cobra, for an automatic due to a right shoulder injury. I called David Easa and told him of my plight and wanted to buy a used car; the year was 2008. David called me and said that he had the perfect car for me: 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ with 17,000 miles. I would get the full 5 year warranty. I asked him if it was a good buy? He said yes and that was enough for me. The big part of this was that I couldnt come to the dealership; I couldnt drive the stick-shift because of my arm. David delivered the car to my door, ran through all of the bells and whistles (there were many), swapped the plates, shook my hand and drove way with my trade-in. You want service, go to any dealership. If you want good, dependable and courteous service, go to Beard Chevrolet!

My relationship with Beard Chevy and Dave Easa (Sales Rep/Corvette Specialist) begin when I ordered a 2013 Corvette Grand Sport from another dealer (at the time, did not realize Chevy sold Corvettes). The Corvette was dropped shipped from the factory to Beard Chevy, whom performed the "courtesy delivery". Fast forward 3 years, I plan to upgrade to the new C7 Corvette Stingray. I approached several dealerships, including Beard Chevy. Beard Chevy, Dave Easa worked their tail off to match, and in this case "beat" the competition. Beard Chevy/Dave Easa/GM/ went above & beyond. They were honest and upfront regarding their allocation, especially for a Z51 performance package which was consistently on factory constraint. Dave Easa kept me informed (and I am a fussy guy, whom stays on top of things!). Bottom line, Stingray was delivered as scheduled. Dave Easa was outstanding regarding taking the time to properly deliver the car to my wife & I. We are extremely pleased with Beard Chevy, Dave Easa and the other staff. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this dealership. They are small, they are not a high volume Corvette dealer, but they deliver. I plan to purchase my next Corvette at Beard Chevy!!!

It took me a while to find service because there was no signage. After I found the service department I was asked to provide my registration which I did. After a while I was then asked if I had an appointment and I said I did not. I was asked what I wanted done and I responded with just an oil change. The woman at the counter said "we are all booked". I mentioned they could keep the car for the week of bees be and they responded that they were booked for the hole week The staff were rude and disliked the fact that my car had never been there before since it was more work for them. My plan is to find another dealership with better customer service and a fast lube.
