Ive been looking to see, and drive a regular cab f-150 with the Eco-boost engine for maybe three years . My local ford was no help at all, Ill leave it at that. At Jannell they got me in the car, let me drive it and ask questions. No pressure at all. Left there with a copy of the window sticker and a written offer, and left to consider. What a change from other dealers and I want them to know I appreciated their time.

Just purchased a used Ford Explorer. Incredible, no stress, experience! After dealing with high pressure sales tactics at some of the other local dealerships, I stopped in at Jannell. Glad I did. The salesman, Scott Ruisi, was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. Although I was undecided about what to buy, Scott kept in touch with me and I came back multiple times to drive cars. Each time I returned, the customer service I received from Scott was great. He patiently answered my questions and test drove more cars with me while making me feel like the most valued customer. During the purchase and delivery, he followed through on every little detail. I am very happy with the car and the service I received. The sales manager Eddie Clark was also great and ultimately negotiated what I thought was a really fair deal. Everyone from sales to the finance team made me feel important. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you give Scott a call he truly cares that you get the right car and are a satisfied customer. Jannell is a first class dealership!

Overall - excellent dealership to deal and work with. I owned a 2003 Ford Expedition (purchased brand new) and loved that truck. Unfortunately 13 years later it was time for a new one. The need for a family truck was no longer and my husband feel in love with the Ford Edge. Great experience and because they stay open late I was able to go after work with plenty of time to look around and take my time (they even said they would stay open for me). Worked with Michael Kinney and was awfully nice and not pushy at all. When I went to pick up the car he actually sat in car with me to go over most things before I left the lot and I was also introduced to their service center and they seem like they are going to be very helpful if I have questions or issues.

I made the rounds test driving testing several vehicles in the full-sized SUV category. I had visited another Ford dealer and they told me they had a vehicle in stock that they didnt. I was very disappointed. I decided to give Jannell a shot since they had a similar vehicle on the lot. The experience was fantastic. John Hanson worked with me on the sale and was very friendly and knowledgeable. John and the staff at Jannell really went the extra mile with the negotiation on my trade and financing options. I had no problems. I brought my C Max in for a customer satisfaction software update. I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle ride to the mall; shopped for an hour and was picked back up. The shuttle driver was very social and pleasant.The only improvement I would recommend would be the service tech to explain exactly what was updated. I wrongly assumed I could find it online so I didnt ask, my fault.P.S. nice new building, need to fix the driveway. :)

2013 Ford Escape: I hit my passenger side mirror on the side of the garage and broke the glass. I called the service center that afternoon and they ordered a new replacement and said it would be there overnight. I went to Jannell the next day, no appointment, and they got my car in and repaired the broken mirror in 35 mins. I was so happy with the service. I will be back next week for a tune up:)

Not used to buying cars, and first time leasing. A friend had, and recommended, a Ford Fusion. Said he got it at Jannell and had a good experience, so I tried them. Dana, the internet sales manager, put me in contact with Evan.
