Purchased 2017 SUV on March 6, 2017. Ali did a great job. He was very detailed oriented and communicative. At first when I was on the phone with Ali, I made the mistake about something he said, and when I met him I apologized and he was very understanding about it. When I mentioned my concern about a current deal that I had in the works at another Honda dealership, he recommended that I get a preapproval online, which I did and that was wonderful advice from Ali. Also, he texted me after we ended the call to let me know that the car I wanted was available and that was helpful. He was patient with me and my son throughout the day, even when we left for a longer than usual lunch break. He went over the features of the car in detail, and didnt give me a hard time about completing the partially completed Honda Finance application [a different dealer did]. He helped me complete it. He also helped me print out the documentation that was needed [the other dealer didnt] and Ali also understood my concern about recent history on the computers browser after I printed the info, too, for privacy [the other dealers sales rep had no idea what I was talking about]. My 2014 Honda Pilot at a previous dealer was a bad experience with the finance department, but Honda Village finance, Jeremy Barber, was helpful and respectful. The finance manager at the other dealership flung the paperwork at me in a rude way when I didnt want to finance the extended warranty and made me feel like crap by stating that I was a "risk liability" for not financing extended warranty. I challenged the other dealer by saying, "Show me in writing and I will," but since he couldnt, I didnt. With Honda Village, the experience was much more pleasant. Jeremy stated, without knowing my history with the current car, "No worries - you can come in a different day, at your convenience, and we can sit down and go over the options. You can purchase the extended warranty after the sale." Both Ali and Jeremy were excellent to work with. The sale went through on March 4, 2017. Its also always a pleasure to to chit chat with Adam Bond; hes delightful and always helpful. If you are standing around, they come over and greet you to see if you need help.

The last 25+ years ive only driven Toyota, drive them for 6 to 8 years than go back to the my same dealer for an other deal, needles to say that they would have done every thing in their power to keep my business no issue there, but this time I was in the market for a used Tacoma with some TLC ( low mileage trunk cover, steps, alarm etc..)and I know for certain a USED one would get me that, and just happened to drive near HONDA VILLAGE and saw almost exactly what I wanted at list the right color, the step, and so I stopped by to take a quick look, and the Sales Rep was gentlemen name YVES DUFOUR , needless to say the vibe I got form him was TRUE Professionalism, very knowledgeable but I had to go +think this over, few days after came back for a formal look and possibly test drive and again dealt with YVES DUFOUR who introduce me to his supervisors and I can not say enough about these guys Sales manager Mr David Rodriguez, the Floor Manager Mr. Jason Flynn, those guys are top on their game, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with every customer that step foot Honda Village, and again I used to just do business at Toyota dealers, and there I was at HONDA VILLAGE getting the deal I always wanted and those guys are making these things happened for me Respectfully I would encourage others friends and family to bring their business to HONDA VILLAGE anytime.

Easy to schedule 30,000 mile appointment. I had purchased an updated Navigational System and the dealership installed it at no charge. Personnel are friendly, including the Service Advisor, John. He recommended an alignment, which I hadnt had done in a few years. I love the fact that the dealership offers free transportation, in my case, to/from my home. Rather than sitting around, I was able to get some yard work done. They also offer a free "loaner." When the work was completed, they picked me up at my home. To my surprise, when I paid the invoice, they had given me a 10% "goodwill discount."
