This kills me to write, but.... After many years and dozens of ravings about how great ONE person in service was (the other service reps were pleasant, but akin to a bank teller: just cordial), I have very sadly now said good riddance to the entire service department, for good. Heres why: My air conditioner was not working the way it should: blew nice and cold under 75 degrees, but just warm air above 80. Clearly something was wrong. To cut to the chase, I brought my Honda Civic in FOUR times, and was charged $$$ each time they "fixed" the problem. The final time they acually did fix it, but the additional charge this time was $680. I was given a humble apology, but no break in cost, not so much as a free anything for their clear incompetance. Im done, and sadly will NOT be returning ever again. There are other Honda service dealers, and some much closer to us. In fact, my allegiance to the Honda brand is soley due to its past realiablity. This affair has shaken that principle as well. Too bad a really great relationship ended on a very sour note.

My Experience at Cambridge Honda was excellent. I worked with Mark Caffrey, and as soon as we met he was the nicest person and made the entire process so easy. We went on a test drive and he explained all the great technological features as well as everything Honda has done to improve fuel efficiency in all of their cars. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and got me exactly what I wanted for a great price. There was no back and forth when it came to price, I just told him what I could afford and he did his absolute best to get that for me. When it comes to Cambridge Honda and my salesmen Mark my experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership in my entire life. They are not worth for a single star. Since we cant rate below that this I chose it. We went to see an used Honda Civic. They asked me to pay a deposit $500 and make an offer. If the deal does not go through, they will return the money. They forced us to make a decision on that day itself. When the deal did not go through, the guy who was at the negotiation table started yelling at us. He cursed at top of his voice, "be safe while traveling back, and make sure you cars wheels dont go off while traveling with the family". That was ridiculous comment I heard from a sales person. Even if the offer was not matching to his expectations, he could have told in a simple manner. When I told them I was going to give a bad review about the dealership and their attitude, they threatened me that they would take a legal action against me. What an atrocious behavior?

I had a fantastic experience today at the Cambridge Honda dealership. We worked today with Shiva; he was efficient, knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented. We purchased a Honda Civic for my first car and we are very pleased with the quality of the used car, with the price, and with the customer service that Shiva gave us. He walked me through the logistical complexities of driving my first car out of the lot, explained details specific to my car that are helpful for the future, and even filled up the car with gas and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. I would recommend the dealership if a friend ever asked, and I would personally work with Shiva again for my next car!

We bought our new 2014 CRV from this dealer last week. Salesman Shiva gave us a good quote compititive with other dealers in local area, and he helped us with all the paperwork in a quick-timely manner. This dealership gives a extended warranty on power-chain for 100,000 miles but requires that all the service before 100,000 miles should be done in this dealership, which is quite doable for most of the buyers. In all, we think this is a nice dealer with good costomer service.

Last week I bought a new Honda Accord 2014 from this dealership. I found the sales rep and management were going out of their way to answer all concerns, reservations that I had. The negotiation for the price took less than 30 min. before we shook hands. The car was delivered within two days in great shape. This was the second time that Ive bought a Honda from this dealership and all went smoothly. However, the new costumers should be aware that the dealership overall cost is approximately more that $150 than what other nearby dealerships charge for similar service once you have negotiated the price of the new car. I decided to go along with this extra charge because of location and convince.

Cambridge Honda advertised a price on a vehicle that they apparently had no intention of honoring and did not respond to my complaints. This feels like the deceit used auto sales persons are famous for. I am left with a feeling of mistrust.

Significant delays picking up the car. We waited close to an extra week because of paperwork. Otherwise, quite pleased. Their customer service isnt the greatest, but it seems to be from a lack of communication with sales and with repairs. When we went to pick up the car after the title went through, they realized that they didnt replace the tires, as promised, so we had to wait 2+ hours since they forgot. The printer for the inspection sticker was down, so we have to go back this week. The dealer was very nice and apologetic when things didnt go as planned. He tried to work something out with us. I would recommend, but the service is definitely show

I would not recommend this dealer to anybody I know. They didnt mail paperwork for an extra week and held up my car by an extra week. The car was not detailed as they said it would be and te tires needed air immediately. Dont buy for. Them!!
