I postured myself to purchase a vehicle. I did my research, squirrelled away some money for a deposit. The only caveat was that I had reached my own limitations and I needed a trustworthy, informative and a low pressure sales person to take me to the finish line. I chose Herb Chambers of Sharon, MA because of their glowing reviews. Sales Consultant Michael Ahl welcomed me and we spent time together, discussing my interests and dislikes, no question went unanswered, we went on numerous test drives as we zeroed in on one specific car. My situation warranted some creative and knowledgable skill because I had a trade in, I was from out of state and I also had some specific requests. Michael navigated the challenges I put in his care. I was not disappointed. He possesses a can-do attitude, He made the experience seem effortless. His genuine smile, his professional experience, coupled with his expertise with high end cars and his positive nature, comforted me, as I advanced towards the purchase of a car. Michael exercised infinite communication skills thru out the time period, form beginning to end. In fact, Michael called me to check on me and my new car, and to remind me that I could reach out to him anytime if I had any questions. I will recommend friends to pay him a visit if they are in the market to buy a vehicle.

We just leased our first Lexus, the 200 NX. Our sales consultant Jose Oliveira was a great fit for our way of car shopping. From the moment we met Jose on the showroom floor until we made the final decision to lease the car, the entire experience was without the usual pressure we have experienced in the past. Jose never pushed us to take one of the cars that was in the inventory and went out of his way to make sure we got the exact car that we wanted. Jose is a true professional and we really enjoyed working with him. The experience of purchasing a car at Herb Chambers was great!

I had a great experience at Herb Chambers Sharon, Jose my sales person was very personable and knowledgeable about the car i was test driving, he also made me feel at ease with a no pressure sales pitch, he was upfront and honest, when all was said and done, Sayyad the Finance Manager worked some great numbers and got me the car i wanted and financed with not braking my back or going over my budget. I purchase a brand new Lexus ES 350 from Herb Chambers of Sharon recently and came back for the complimentary 5000 mile check up. Everyone was professional from the service person who greeted me at the drive in dock to the service advisor who wrote up the service tasks and explained everything at the start and when completed. The service advisor also sent me a text message the follow day to ask if everything was okay. I thought this was a very professional and personal touch to ensure that my expectations were fully met. I had purchased another vehicle, a Honda Accord EX from Herb Chambers of Seekonk, and retired it at 285,000 miles at 17 years old, and had wonderful sales/service experience here in Seekonk also over the past 17 years. Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is a step above the Seekonk Honda location in physical qualities but the service folks are equally as professional and courteous. I will always deal with Herb Chambers for sales/service. They are THE BEST anywhere. I had a horrible experience at another Honda dealership in the Taunton area but that is a long story. Stick with Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. You will be pleased.

I just leased our 6th Lexus, a 2017 ES 350, at Sharon (MA). Lexus. My sales consultant, Spenser Lackey, was a perfect fit for my needs and personality. He was always very patient with me, set up three demo drives and explained the features most important to me. That was the only "sales pitch". Absolutely no pressure! We walked through the ES 350 inventory (57 cars) and helped me find the exact car I wanted. In addition to Spenser, the sales manager, Robert Ross, was very transparent when it came down to negotiating a final price. The finance manager, Devin Teixeira, was dynamite. Devin was also totally transparent with the lease options, and walked me through them to get the best fit for me. Actually, EVERYONE my wife and I met at the dealership were welcoming and quite friendly. As I told them when I left, Ill be back. 5 stars for all of them. Tom Haley

Before coming to Herb Chambers in Sharon, Massachusetts, my husband and I had visited two dealerships that were near our hometown and walked out empty-handed from each one. We chose to drive over an hour to Herb Chambers because they were rated so highly, had the massive inventory selection, and we were seeking a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herb Chambers Lexus without any reservation to people looking for a Lexus. Tommy Rizzitano Jr gave us such a great experience! 1) Responsive. Within an hour of inquiring about a specific vehicle online we got a call from the dealership. They were pleasant, professional, and worked with our schedule to set up an appointment. They were not abrasive or pushy - it was an excellent first impression. Thanks, Lesly! 2) Pristine Facility. After our hour long drive we reached the dealership. It was immaculate, inside and out. The women who welcomed us were super-friendly and paged or salesman, Tommy, right away. It was our first time at Lexus and we already felt like family. 3) Inventory. If you want every choice in every option COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. After walking out of TWO other dealerships because of lack of inventory, Herb Chambers knocked it out of the park. Before even walking the lot, Tommy (again, the rockstar salesman) had us sit and talk about what we wanted - down to the color and a bunch of other details I hadnt even thought of. Then, after listening to what we wanted, he went and brought a car for us to test drive. It was exactly what we were looking for. 4) The Test Drive. My husband and I have lost track of how many vehicles weve test driven, but this was probably the fourth test drive of the weekend. The best part? TOMMYS PROFESSIONALISM! Sometimes the experience with the salesman is uncomfortable as they try to tell you everything about the car while you drive it, but Tommy was awesome. He shared some unique features about the car but allowed me to ask questions and talk about random stuff as I enjoyed the drive. The test drive was on a state route and side streets which gave an excellent example of the ride wed get. 5) The Financing. Tommy sat with us as we discussed our budget and never ignored that we had a budget wed like to stick with. He and the sales manager, Robert Ross, worked together to get us the best deal possible that was WITHIN our budget. My husband and I spent months researching financing options, leasing options, and came in prepared. When we checked the dealerships offer against our research is was rated as EXCELLENT. It also took less than 40 minutes. If you want a knowledgeable staff to work with you, listen, and make you super happy with a new Lexus go to Herb Chambers in Sharon and work with Tommy Rizzitano, Jr. When we finalized everything with the Finance Manager, Devin Teixeira, we had everything in place, in budget, and he even answered the 1,000 questions I had. 6) Our Salesman: Tommy Rizzitano, Jr. Prior to coming to Herb Chambers Lexus I had never met Tommy or any of the staff. I found Tommy professional, smart, incredibly knowledgeable, and honest. He LISTENED to what we were looking for and it was easy to talk to him. He treated us with respect and never pressured us to try cars we werent interested in. He spoke clearly and entertained any questions we had. If he didnt know something he asked a manager, he didnt give us any misinformation. Weve worked with salesmen at other dealerships before (having purchased two vehicles in the past 14 months) but he was by far the best to work with. 7) A Week Later. Customer service is still impeccable. Weve had follow up calls from Brian Lopes, a technology specialist, Tommy, and the service department. Always professional, positive, and informative. 10/10. I will be back here for years to come.

Our daughter had a wonderful experience getting a Lexus SUV in January at Herb Chambers. So five months later we were in the market for a slightly used SUV and stopped in to the dealership in Sharon. Met with Michael Ahl and an hour later we had agreed that a certified used RX350 seemed made for us and we made a deposit. Came back two hours later that afternoon, traded our car in and completed all the paperwork. The whole process was smooth, Michael in particular was excellent to deal with. Since then weve been back to experience their free car wash (anytime) and lunch (anytime). Michael even came to our home to link the garage door opener to the car. First 4 car services are included, tire and rim insurance were purchased given the cost of replacement. Having not gotten a new car in 10 years, it is taking a bit of time to get used to simple things like no keys needed, auto seat and mirror location, etc. But thoroughly enjoyable ride. We would recommend Michael Ahl to anyone seeking a Lexus at Herb Chambers.

I did my first lease on an IS 300 at this lexus dealer last week. The sales consultant Emile Salem was super nice and showed me all the features in the IS. The process was quick and easy from negotiation to finance. The finance part with Devin T. only took around 15 minutes to complete and I was on my way out. Overall, Emile, Niko, and Devin were great to work with when leasing/buying a car at this dealer. Id recommend friends and family to this dealership.

My new 2017 RX 350 was delivered yesterday . This is my 6th Lexus from Herb Chambers in 12 years . It is the best dealership i have encountered. I contacted Johnny Saghbini, since i had bought 4 cars from his brother(who had left the dealership. Johnny was very helpful, and introduced me to Rene Lapaz. Rene was very good , and got me through the paper work quickly. Rene delivered my car to cape cod , and spent 40 minutes with me explaining the new features on the RX.. Drove hours to check out a car, had great service until I needed my money returned. Unfortunately, I decided not to finalize the deal due to the 8k increase because of their nonnegotiable policy on used cars and 3k warranty increase (referenced: KB and Guru). Everything was okay until it was time to return my money I put down. It should never take 3 months and multiple phone calls (with no returns) for something that ended up taking 3 days in the end to be returned to my account. I hope customer service tighten up on shananigans like this. No hard feelings but, for this to be taken lightly isnt cool.

I think its one of the nicest dealerships Ive been in. I inquired about the car on the internet so I had emailed back and forth with Katherine a few times. When I got there, Katherine introduced me to Robert and Rene. Rene was great. He answered all my questions and gave me a thorough overview of the car.
