There are two PROFESSIONAL ans SPECIAL fellows that work there by the name of Noah Stern and Joseph Sacchetti...If you ever need anything done, just go see one of them or Both! (If ones not there, the other should be)...Im telling you theyve helped me from emergency situations where my car stopped working on me on the highway due to electrical steering issues to miniscule repairs like brakes, seasonal tire change, and lost car keys. Unfortunately, theres ALWAYS something happening to me which is life but Joe and Noah always comes to the rescue reassuring that everythings going to be okay and thats why theyre here to help me figure out a way to deal with it. Even though things happen with cars everyday but theres nothing better than having people who love their jobs be there sincerely to help you in the worst situations that come about. Pulled into lot, I walked around for 30 minutes no sales person came out to help! I went inside the dealer and sat in 4 different cars still no help! Finally a sales person asked what I was looking for, I told him, He went to get the keys and then the run around! Well he couldnt find the keys and then the car was being cleaned another ten minutes go by and now the car is in NH! Give me a break! I have bought 3 New Acura`s from prime and Clair acura! I will find a new Acura dealership!

I have been very happy with Prime and have been a customer for 13 years. Ive purchased 2 fully loaded MDXs from them in that time and have spoken to them recently about the possibility of a 3rd. Fadia Chamoun has been my sales associate for the last 6 years as has Leigh Beard been my internet representative. Both have performed exceptionally. Fadia is like family. This time around Megan Bourgeois (Sales Associ) helped keep things on track and gets high marks for her efforts. Jimmy Peluso (Sales/Finance Manager) is also new to the mix for me. His professional and candid approach to the sales/finance process makes the buying experience very straight forward. Havent pulled the trigger on MDX number 3 yet but I think well get there eventually.

I went into this dealership with some anxiety. I knew what I wanted to but but didnt want to be bothered with the stress of your typical salesman trying to make a horrible deal and nor hear me out. The defiantly was the exact opposite of what my experience was with Riley Melo! He greeted me as soon as u came through the door with ease. He didnt force it or made me feel stressed out. Not only was he really nice, down to earth, and respectful, he listened to me and made this process absolutely stress free! He called me to follow up and was absolutely pleasant. I feel really comfortable with him. He was able to answer all my questions and validated my concerns. The entire staff were really nice and professional. I didnt feel overwhelmed at all! I have had horrible experiences at dealerships in the past and this was ultimately the best experience ever! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I extremely recommend Riley Melo as the greatest salesman ever!!!!

Sales person was very nice and helpful Gave us all information on car we where looking at....we where very disappointed with the Internet saleservice person LEIGH she told us what we wanted to hear to get us in the door so she can get her commission!!! We explained to her what our situation was and what we where looking to do she said we wouldnt have a problem to come in. Well she never gave any information about what we discussed with her on the phone to the sales manager so we drove over an hour to waste 3 hrs of our time ando the salesman time to get nothing done... Very dissatisfied! !!!!

Purchased a 2016 RDX w/ Tech package a few weeks ago and got a decent/average deal. Shaun was awesome and Fadia helped. Had a great experience test driving with Shaun. At the time of the purchase I told Fadia that the car I was trading-in had my deceased fathers name on it. I had a death certificate but the probate paper will take a little while to process. I was told it was fine as long as Im working on it. Two weeks later, I received an unpleasant phone call from Jimmy at Prime Acura threatening to reverse the deal if I dont submit the probate paper work to him. I explained that I filed for the paper work already and should be receiving it shortly. Two days later (today), Jimmy called again claiming that I lied about owning the trade-in car when I legally didnt. I argued that I explained my situation with Fadia and that she said everything was fine. Luckily, the paper work arrived in the mail today and hopefully I wont have to hear from Jimmy again. To sum up my review, the sales reps are pretty good but just pray that you wont have to deal with Jimmy for your finances. Could have been a pleasant experience...

He understood what I was looking for and kept me informed about availability of cars. They also offered a very reasonable trade-in value for my old car. Sure, the dealership is relatively small and doesnt feel as grandiose as the Lexus dealership down the road, but they know that and are moving to a new location nearby that will be bigger and nicer. RLX is awesome so far, and based on my overall positive experience at Prime, I would not hesitate to make the long trip from CT to MA for my next purchase given the quality showroom, great inventory of cars and a team of dedicated professionals. (This is my first online review or any review for anything as a matter of fact but I had to take a minute this time to say way to go Prime and the entire team). I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. Everything from the time I purchased my vehicle to every time I go in for routine service. This has been my first and last Acura and I should have stuck with Lexus. But promises were made to me by this dealership that were never carried through on. Its like the sales people dont speak to the service department! They know about customer service and are right up the street. You are treated like a real customer in their service department and anytime you need a loaner, there is no questions asked. They have a beautiful waiting area with big screen TVs and free breakfast! Just a class atmosphere! I have written letters and emails to both the GM and Service Manager and never received a response. This dealer ship and Acura, as I blame them too, are one of the worst customer friendly businesses I have ever dealt with and cant wait to trade in my 2 year old Acura and get back to Lexus.

A dealership like no other! Outstanding showroom and customer service. Every person I came in contact with, from sales through finance, I was greeted with a genuine smile. There was no pressure to buy anything at any time, even though, I had visited the dealership multiple times and test drove a few different cars! Their dedication, courteous, polite and genuine approach, and attentiveness to my needs, is what led to my final decision to get the 2014 MDX! Corey Walker, in sales, is outstanding and the best salesperson Ive ever dealt with. I was really impressed with Corey, as well as, Peter C. the GM and the finance guys. First day test drive went very well. I was aggressively looking for a SUV, they full filled my need. but price was not settling in first sit. they were not pushing or not marketing like other car shops. Very soft spoken and told that they would not able to meet my offer. Next day they called me to followup. After my trade in proposal to an old car, they were some sort of response less which made me think they are playing with me. After I call and made then clear my thought, they treated by with good care. I ended up buying the car from there. Im overall happy about this purchase.

About two years ago I came to Acura Prime to check out and test drive a 2012 Acura TSX, and Christian Kassis happened to be the gentleman I dealt with. Although I did not make a purchase that day, his high quality customer service and professionalism left a lasting impression with me, which inevitably caused me to return two years later. I was pleased to see that Christian had moved up with the company, which reassured me about my decision to come back to him. Not only did he remember me, but he actually remembered the car I was interested in when I last came. This gave me a true sense of appreciation. I am thrilled to say i signed on a 2014 Acura TL with Christian, and beyond satisfied with the deal we worked out. Being new to Acura, I was pleased at having a sales consultant that took me out the first time for a test drive, took my husband, and was able to answer all questions. My sales consultant was Emily Ong. She always returned my phone calls. I leased an ILX in late January. I started the process early, in late November, because I had a lease on a different car that was coming due in January. Emily knew her product and was with me every step along the way. She even drove to Connecticut to pick up the car in the color of my choice!

Very easy to talk to, knew and understood my needs and expectations, and even went out of his way to accommodate me to ensure my happiness upon buying the car. The manager Tom Dragoo was also very pleasant and appreciative of my repeat business and treated me professionally and with respect. Not only at the time of sale, but each time I come in for service. Speaking of which, service is very professional, Joe Sacchetti answers all of my questions and everything is explained clearly and the car is returned with a detailed description printout of what was done and what future service is suggested.

I purchased my 2010 TSX from Melissa, and she was pleasant to deal with. I have no issues during the process, and satisfied with my vehicle thus far. I did have to use their service department due to several issues with the vehicle post-purchase, but was promptly taken care. Then again, its a 2010 used vehicle, so it wasnt going to be 100%. Even the guys there are easy to deal with, straight forward and no nonsense. Overall Im pleased with my experience, and would be using their service department for future services as well, and would recommend people who are looking to buy Acuras to Melissa.
