Although didnt have "check engine soon" on before coming to change oil, suddenly I have it after change. .apparently i didnt see it, neither anybody before service....they attached the sticker that says that the next oil exchange is due in 9000 miles.... Never heard of oil that does 9000 miles...

It always amazes me how life evolves and yet car buying doesnt. Still good cop/bad cop- bringing the manager out. Im not saying Kelly is different- but I think they do it better. I have leased two minivans and purchased one used car from Kelly in the last three years. Each transaction has gotten a bit easier and Kelly is a good outfit. Scott Lassiter however, is a great sales rep. It is rare to find someone so customer driven- doesnt matter if its a blizzard, if its time for him to go home, if he has 5 other people waiting for him- Scott always figures out a way to take care of your needs. These guys sell lots of cars every day- but Scott realizes its a big deal for the customer when they are in need. What separates Scott (and to that end Kelly because they need to approve) is that car buying does not end when the agreement is signed. Every car has some follow up issues- some cost money some are just a pain- but Scott makes sure that everything is attended to and doesnt hide from dealing with issues. I dont offer praise too often- but Scott and Kelly deserve it for a job well done

I recently bought a brand new Jeep Compass from Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield MA and it couldnt have been any easier. I was very apprehensive about going through this process again since the last time I bought a new car was 13 yrs ago! I was very much in need of a new car but kept putting it off because the thought of car payments was just not something I wanted to deal with and the thought of the whole car buying thing was just daunting. Then a co-worker of mine leased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were talking about his experience at the dealership, how there as no pressure, and no gimmicks and he didnt feel pushed into buying a car he couldnt afford. He told me it was going to be very easy and that the salespeople were really nice. So, when my mechanic told me that if we had another winter like last winter (2014-2015), he wasnt sure he could get my car through it. So, I called, made an appointment and met with Janet Gadsby. I was truly surprised at how easy and straight forward it was! She asked me what I was interested in, what I wanted in the car for options and showed me the cars that were available. I had already gotten financed through my credit union, then picked out the car I wanted and within 3 days was driving it! They couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. The paperwork was a piece of cake. They did it all for me. I brought the car back the next day and got my sticker and have been a happy Jeep owner ever since! I highly recommend this dealership. The people are really nice, the dealership itself is extremely clean, and inviting, plenty of places to park, a huge selection of cars to choose from in just about every color. The day I picked up the car, Janet went through the owners manual and the whole car with me, showing me how things worked, went over the engine, took me through the service department and introduced me to the service manager and the people that worked there and what to do when my first appointment comes up. I recently got a phone call from the service department manager welcoming me to the "Kelly Jeep Family" and to let me know that I have a webpage set up through them for the maintenance of my car. I have been very impressed with everything since the first day I walked in the door. It was just an overall easy pleasant experience. The last time I bought a Chrysler was in 2002 (and its still running!!!) I needed to buy a new vehicle, and I knew exactly what I wanted. The dealer from who our family had purchased cars from since the 70s, was now OOB and I needed to find a dealer local to me...one who I knew people had positive experiences with. Several people I know, have gone to the "Kelly Group" on Route 1, and were repeat customers of theirs. So, WE went to Kelly Jeep/Chrysler last week, right before closing one night. Scott Lassiter walked around the corner, saw us, and immediately asked us if we needed any help...not even checking his watch for the time! He sat with us for an hour, going over everything you can think of when buying a new car...then we wanted to talk about financing. He went and got Larry. We talked for a bit and left with a "rough estimate" of where I wanted to be. Before going to bed that night, I emailed Scott and told him we would be in the next morning and that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, Scott spent as much time as we needed, going over all the "bells and whistles." He even chased down a brochure while we were getting our inspection sticker and came out personally, to give it to us (I had my fingers crossed he could locate one, but didnt expect it in less than 5 mins, nor hand delivered!!!) I found some cosmetic issues with the vehicle and pointed them out to Scott...he looked at them, then quickly said "No problem, well take care of it for you." I was very impressed with how Scott treated both my Mom and me. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. I know I will be heading back to Kelly Jeep/Chrysler, and looking for Scott in a few years when its my turn for a new car! I am very happy with Scott, his treatment of us, his knowledge of his products, and his willingness to go above and beyond...even for a brochure...its the "extra little things" he did throughout the ENTIRE process, that made him stand out, and made us feel comfortable knowing we can call him if we should have a question on the vehicle in the future. This is my second car from Kelly Jeep. My Sales person, Yamen Dallaji, has been nothing short of incredible. He is extremely accommodating. In fact he drove my new car to me (over 180 miles) when it became difficult for me to pick it up at the dealership. Walked into Jeep earlier this week to just "look" as most car buyers always do. Test drove a few options & then made our choice. We dealt with Yamen and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was courteous the whole time & very friendly. Allowed us to drive the vehicle & become comfortable with it. The desk part isnt my favorite and that took what felt like a rather long time, I would have preferred to have taken the car that day but had to go back the next day to pick it up. We did have to haggle back & forth as you would at most dealers, but I feel the deal we got in the end was VERY GOOD!

I had been searching for the " right " Jeep on line for a few months to replace my 2004 Jeep Liberty, which was starting to show its age . I had a very bad experience earlier in the week when Id looked at a used vehicle at another dealership and I really was hesitant to go anywhere at that point. I saw a used Jeep Wrangler on Kellys website that sounded perfect - age, mileage, color and price - and we stopped by without an appointment to " look " .... thinking that I would just " walk out " if anyone started pressure sales tactics or bait and switch . The experience was remarkable. I was encouraged to look around the lot at my leisure, then we were assigned to Gus Doughman and went for a test drive. Gus allowed the vehicle to sell itself , as opposed to selling me something I didnt want . The purchase was straight forward and hassle free. Gus set up the financing and registration according to my preferences and it took very little time to complete. Larry the business manager was polite and most helpful , allowing me to choose which extras I wanted , such as a remote start , and did not pressure me to buy anything I did not want . I would definitely recommend Kelly Jeep Chrysler to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience . And I love my red Wrangler !

"How You Know You Are Dealing With A Good Dealer"
its hard to know how good a dealership is until you have a problem with your car. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelly in 02/14 and had a lot of problems with the diesel exhaust system. Kelly fixed the car by working directly with Chrysler - they were able to get parts faster than others and get our car back on the road quickly. Unfortunately, the car we bought was a dud - too many problems in the first year of ownership. Kelly worked with us to get help from Chrysler - they worked hard to make us happy. Long story short, we traded our 14 for a 15 non-diesel and things have been great. I really felt like Kelly wanted us to be happy with our purchase and worked hard to make it so.

They did not pressure me into buying "extra" incentives and worked with me when I said I had no money to put down towards a new vehicle. At one point during the finalization my credit was denied due to a past financial situation that had been resolved and the finance manager immediately got on the phone and started busting heads to get me approved. I was, and I drove away in a brand new Jeep Patriot. Also, my salesman Scott Lassiter was informative, kind, respectful, and helpful in all matters when it came to choosing a new vehicle. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Kelly Jeep a few weeks ago. Yamen Dallaji was my salesman. He was great to work with. He greeted me immediately when I entered the building. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I bought my vehicle the first day, but I didnt feel pressured at all. Yamen and the finance department stayed after closing to finish all the paperwork so that I could pick up the vehicle the next day before I left on vacation. When I arrived the next day, Yamen went through all the features with me, explaining everything in detail and setting everything up for me. He even had my favorite radio stations preprogrammed and set up the app on my phone. He followed up with me by email to make sure everything was ok. I went back to the dealership a couple of days ago to pick up a key and he came right out to greet me and and thanked me again. He even asked how my vacation was. Again, the purchasing was great and the trade in was fair value. Most impressive was the salesman Yamem Dallaji. He did an excellent job in explaining the purchasing, warranty and financial details. He was extremely thorough in explaining the operation of the vehicle. Having the 2011 I was familiar with most of the operation but he re-educated me with all - even set up the voice activated phone. I am extremely pleased with Kelly Jeep and Yamen.

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Kelly Jeep Chrysler. Alex Zamakis was so helpful and low pressure as my salesperson. I had done a fair amount of research before.purchasing my vehicle and was confident in being able to negotiate a fair deal. Alex knew my financial situation and really worked with me to get to my goal price without pressuring me to buy something I didnt want. I truly was torn between the vehicle I purchased and another of a different make and model all together. For once, I didnt feel like someone was trying to pull a fast one on me in purchasing a car. The sales manager, when dealing with him one on one, wasnt quite as friendly but did his job to adequate standards. I would certainly recommend this dealership in the future and Alex specifically.

Kelly Jeep was my 5th and final stop during a very long hunt for a used car. After dealing with the typical used car salesmen for an entire day, I was very happy to meet Matt Chigas. While other salesmen had me running around their lots in the freezing rain, Matt and I looked over the cars on the computer over a cup of coffee before going back out into the storm (huge plus). And due to Kelly Jeeps excellent website, I already had a good idea of what cars they had that interested me. We looked at two Liberties, test drove one and that was it. The price was right, the negotiation was easy and they made the paperwork a breeze. I would happily go back.

Awful. Nobody knows what they are doing at this dealership, I am sure my 5 year old daughter is more competent than the people working here. Stay away. Youve been warned. A simple oil change turned into a major headache, I can only imagine how painful buying a car from this place would be.
"Low Trany Fluid Story Getting Old, P083b Code"
After 90000 miles of Town and Country driving with check engine light coming on since ~24000 miles I am certain that Kelly has no clue. Numerous times the transmission does not gear down. I pull over and turn the car off and this "resets" something. (Kelly would not tell me what was being reset) Eventually the check engine light comes on.(The engine code is P083B Low pressure sensor G.) Kelly tells me the fluid is low and they can find no other problem. They have had my car several times. It has only been a month since the last time the engine light came on. I am going to see if Im down another quart of transmission fluid, this can only be done at the dealer because there is no dip stick.

I recently experienced trouble with my jeep and the dealership was NEVER able to find a solution for it. They were so persistent that the vehicle was fine, found no issues, and was told it was ok to drive. WRONG! After picking it up on several occasions, I would drive it off the lot and yet again, had the same malfunction at least 6-8 times within the past 3 months. My jeep was towed a total of 6xs because of their bad judgement and kept it for weeks because of their lack of knowledge. Thanks to Kelly... I got rid of this jeep. HORRIBLE customer service in their service dept! DO NOT buy your next vehicle at any Kelly dealership or you will regret it for life.

We really loved our salesman Gus Doughman. He was very funny, personable and knowledgable. We did just have our newly purchased 2011 Grand Cherokee in for a repair of the fan for the A/C and heat to be fixed because it was making a noise. After 5 days and a rental car we got it back and the noise was worse than ever. Why would they give it back to us like that???? Now I have to drive 45 minutes AGAIN to try to fix it again. This time they said they will probably put a new blower in it. OK, Why not the first time? They better fix it this time because if my rental vehicle is the Ford Edge again I just might buy one of those. I really enjoyed it and it was a beaten rental. Otherwise this dealership was very nice and classy.

I have leased vehicles for over 10 years now. Until now, I cant say Ive had a great experience with the dealerships I have leased my vehicles from. From the second I walked in the door - I felt important - and I felt like my salesman actually cared. Brian Colpak was the salesman I worked with, and he was so friendly and so caring. He didnt pressure me into something I didnt want, and when I told him I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, he was able to find me something in my price range. Not only would I recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, but I would recommend Brian Colpak specifically! :)
