Went to look for a new lease for my wife. Was able to get the deal I wanted after Woburn Toyota matched a deal from another dealership that had quoted me a competitive price. All in all, easy to deal with and I did not feel a ton of pressure to make a deal.

Just to let your customers know to be careful when leaving your car for repairs in this dealership. I left my brand new Toyota, with less than 400 miles on it, that I had just purchased in this dealer to have some upgrades done, it took a week to have the work done, but when I received the car it had been driven more than 200 miles, not only that, but it had damage to the front bumper. I I tried to get answers about this, but I got hung ups, and transfers from service to sales , and back and forth. I finally contacted the jeneral manager, left a message, no answer. Contacted the service manager and was told he’ll call me back in a few days two weeks into it, and still waiting for his call. I guess I need to contact help me 7 and see if I get answers. WARNING ¿¿ take pictures of your car, and the odometer if you’re going to leave it for service!

Mark Hickey, my sales consultant, was very good. He knew the cars and was not pushy. Place is in middle of construction, so it is a disaster. Business office was a bit unorganized. Sales manager was not helpful in closing the deal.

I bought this car almost two weeks ago. while reviewing the options of the car the salesman Andrew lynch informed that the car also had factory floor mats,when they delivered the car to me the floor mats were missing. I have called andy 3 times since taking delivery and I get his voicemail and not a call back or text.i was in the car business yrs ago and I never did not return a call to a customer.its the little things that count and if they cant handle a simple matter of floor mats I will certainly not trust them for anything else.

"The Worst Dealership Ever"
So far this is the worst dealership I ever dealed with! I spend the whole day to just buy the car. Then I came to the dealership for maintainance on the day they told me, but noone was there. I came second time and needed to wait 4 hours to get my car serviced and then to get rental car instead. After I checked financing papers I found 3600$ charges over what we talked about! 3600$ they put into my contract hoping I wont find out. Scam and fraud! This is what you will get from this guys. Never ever come here to do business. Again this is the worst experience buying car i ever had!

But Scott respected what I said when I told him I wasnt ready to buy yet. And in the end, I bought from him. "Poor Customer Service By Manager Mike Gilgun"
Mike Gilgun, the branch manager was so rude and unaprofessional. I took my car for oil change and they messed up the oil filter. The next day, I couldnt drive the car because of their poor service. I failed to go to work, lost wages, and on calling Mike Gilgun he turned out to be so pathetic and rude on the phone, and he said he wouldnt compensate me for anything. I wonder why people like this guy are manager with no customer care service. This auto service is very terrible. I dont recommend it to anyone

RANDY WAS A TERRIBLE SALESMAN. THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP OPEN. I ARRIVED AND THE LOCATION WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. AS I ENTERED THE BUILDING THERE WAS A LADY STANDING OUTSIDE AND INFORMED ME SHE RECEIVED TERRIBLE SERVICE AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. I ENTERED THE BUILDING AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE WAS UNDER STAFFD AND DISORGANIZED. RANDY WAS ASSIGNED TO WORK WITH ME. HE HAD NO PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND HAD LIMITED ANSWERS. HE PULLED THE CAR AROUND TO THE FRONT FOR A TEST DRIVE. THE 2016 KIA RIO APPEARED TO HAVE DAMAGE IN THE BACK FROM A PREVIOUS ACCIDENT. HOWEVER ONLINE THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT REPORT THIS. RANDY SPOKE WITH HIS GENERAL MANAGER AND INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $500 TO FIX THE CAR. I LEFT THE CAR DEALERSHIP IMMEDIATELY AND WILL NEVER RETURN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RANDY OR THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A VEHICLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

These guys even failed to deliver the car after having purchase contract signed and the price paid. Then, instead of any recovery attempt, they spent another day trying to impose a replacement - generally, dictating me to purchase a worse car for more money. And after I finally claimed a refund, all of their managers just stopped returning my calls and started playing hide-and-seek like kindergarteners... Add a habit of having their customers seated for an hour before even attending them... What a service!
