My wife and I have been leasing and purchasing automobiles from Bernardi Honda for over ten years and have enjoyed the leasing/purchasing experiences. This past August I purchased a 2017 CRV EX. Scott Wells and Denis Swift gave me a very fair deal. Today, my wife and I purchased another 2017 CRV EX (her car) with the help of Scott Wells and Michael P. Again, another great experience. I also bring all of the cars to the Bernardi Honda service dept for repairs and regular service. They do great work. I drive over 20k miles a year and depend on my CRV to get me to where I need to be. The car has never let me down.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 SUV with David Bruno and Scott Wells. They were fantastic gentlemen, personable and extremely relatable. Scott was instrumental in helping to wrap up the paperwork aspect and David was very helpful going over the features and easing my worry driving a large vehicle. Scott explained the financing process with a bit more detail and was helpful in helping me understand how to update information and the process of the finance application. David Bruno was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided detailed information about my options between the three available cars. If you visit this dealership, Scott is the best person to contact. His wealth of knowledge and experience, and professionalism is above and beyond. I did have to wait a very long time for the registration because the paperwork was messed up, and other issues with the RMV-1 form as well as some of the finance documents, but those mistakes shouldnt be held against Scott or David - they did their part. And my insurance agent stated that many times some dealerships are in a hurry to get things done. I did end up switching to a brand new car 5-months later, but I want to give credit to Scott Wells and David Bruno.

"Unexpected Service Need Excellently Fulfilled"
While in my former home state of MA (now live in CT and am a Manchester Honda customer) on 9/13, I experienced a flat tire (my Hybrid CRZ does not provide a spare for lack of a tire well in car). I was towed to Bernard Honda in Natick for service and arrived there at 4:30. Kevin Spezzano, Service Manager advised that it was unlikely to be resolved that day due to the time and other customers already obtaining service. I told him I fully understood; mentioned that I lived 2 hours away, and my husband would have to drive up to Natick to pick me up. Thats when Kevin donned his superhero costume and got Phil DeRoche, Service Consultant, to join his effort of greatly assisting me. The result was far beyond my wildest expectations! While not putting me in front of other customers, this team somehow managed to install a brand new tire and get me on the road in less than one hour from my arrival date. Kudos to both of them for aptly demonstrating the true meaning of excellent customer service. I am so grateful to both of them. THANK YOU!!

Ok ordered a part I needed to arrive in a weeks time( business days). I paid to have the order expedited. What you see on their webpage is not real time. It is not linked to their inventory. Took them 3 full business days to get the part to them to ship out. I lost 35 in shipping on this transaction. My advice if you are in a hurry or have time constraints order somewhere else.
"Bernardi Dishonored Their Own Quote!"
Looking to buy a 2015 CR-V, I contacted the internet sales at Bernardi Honda of Natick, and receiving a very competitive quote from Diego, my wife and I went down for the test drive. Also, since we had purchased our accord from Bernardi in 2012, we intended to give them priority over other dealers. Jayson received us at the show room and helped us with test drive. He was very laid-back and polite and did not pressure us at all and was quite patient and informative. We liked a silver EX-L trim and went back to cut a deal on the price and finalize the quote. Everything changed from this point on. We were played the waiting game for more than an HOUR only to be told at the end that the best offer their sales manager, SCOTT, was able to give us was $900 HIGHER than the quote their internet sales manager had given me just a day before!!! Scott insisted that it was a simple mistake by Diego! A simple honest mistake to waste our time you read! This came out as a shock and also a deeo disappointment at how demeaning and disrespectful was the treatment we received at Bernardi as returning customers. For that matter, Bernardi lost my business, me as a customer, and beyond all, they failed the lowest levels of ethics in the conduct of business.

"Not The Bernardi Honda Of The Old Days"
The Bernardi Honda of today is not like it used to be. I have leased/purchased several vehicles from them over the last 10 years. Then last year leased a 2013 vehicle. From deposit to delivery took weeks - and this was for a car right off the lot. Their finance people were very difficult to reach, never returned calls and were impossible to work with. Managers I escalated to made a lot of empty promises - including returning calls (again, never done). And then post sales stated the endless phone calls from their service department. This was a terrible experience. I do not know why they made changes to chase off loyal customers but that will be my very last contact with Bernardi. Ever.

It was my first time dealing with the Service department at Bernardi Honda and I was assigned Bobby Gazza as my advisor. It was truly a great experience, and how all service experiences should be. He genuinely cared about the issue with my car and how I would get around while it was in the shop. He also got Honda Care to cover multiple days of a rental car and actively worked to get me the lowest cost repair possible. While I was working with him he gave me solid advice on how to go about dealing with the repair process in a way that would benefit me and not just the dealership. I consulted my family when I had doubts and they echoed his advice. I really cant speak highly enough of Bobby and I would definitely request him if I have problems in the future.

We are a 2 Honda family and have been having Bernardi service our cars for over 10 years. Weve been using Bobby Gazza as our service consultant for much of that time and have been delighted with the results every time. Even if we need an expensive repair Bobby leaves us feeling that they have minimized the cost while making sure our Hondas are in excellent shape. The maintenance or repair has always been done correctly and weve NEVER had return for a faulty repair. Outstanding service!
"Honda:yes Bernardi: Maybe Not Again"
My wife and I have leased a number of Hondas from Bernardi and always bring them there for service. Recently, we decided to purchase a 2014 CRV. It was not a good experience at all as far as negotiating a price. First of all, the delivery charge is included in the MSRP. Just go to the Honda site and you will see this. Yet, at Bernardi, my salesperson began by giving me an invoice for full MSRP and a delivery charge for around $700 plus in addition to the MSRP. I questioned this immediately. He never said a word...never... He just got up and came back and gave me another invoice without the delivery charge listed separately. I asked why he expected me to pay full msrp and was told that it was still 2013 and I was getting a 2014 so that they could not come down anything off of msrp. Having always leased, I took him at his word. I then wanted to put down $5000 for a downpayment. He told me I was only allowed to put down $2000 (maybe $2500) but that was it. I asked why and he said it was company policy. Again, never having purchased from Bernardi before (we had only leased about four cars) I again took him at his word. I then told him that Honda Finance had a great deal on financing rates but he said that I did not qualify (my credit score is 790) and instead their finance department had me sign up with a big bank for about 4% interest. Like a fool, I agreed because I had been there for a couple of hours and was pressed for time. The final negative was the delivery of the CRV itself. It was not ready when promised and when I was finally told to come in that it was all set, I still had to wait around because there was a delay with the registration. I love Honda products. I had always had a great relationship with Bernardi in leasing all of of our other cars. But after going through the purchase process for this one, I honestly dont think I can recommend the dealership or go back in a few months when my wifes lease will be up and we will be getting another automobile.

The purchasing process from start to finish was very gratifying. The salesperson was professional and courteous. The vehicle was competitively priced. The internet sales group contacted me within minutes of submitting my inquiry via cars.com. I was able to drive and purchase the vehicle that same day and pick it up the following day. I discovered an issue with the vehicle a few days later and their service department handled my complaint quickly and got me an appointment within a day. I am awaiting the results of the repair to provide a review of the quality of the repairs.

I LOVE my 2014 CRV....Ive only hd her for 1 week but I had a brand new 2009 CRV and the new one just picked up where the 2009 left off....I totaly had a wonderful time bying my second CRV...was not so impressed with the 1st time back in 2009....though I loved the cr...but this time Jayson was incredibly helpfull in EVERY way I asked of him...I almost feel like hes a relative...very very nice and very very proffessional....and in 4 years when I go back to buy a new CRV I hope Jayson is still there....And I have been chatting with people at work and passing out Jaysons name....totally satisfied with all if it...thanks a bunch Joanne Sullivan
"Horrible Horrible** Experience"
This is the worst dealer I have seen. Unprofessional, amateur and no sense of customer service. I went to buy my first car here and I was horrified with the whole experience. This dealer made me think that buying a Honda car is a mistake as Honda allows such bad dealer to sell their nice cars. But I was kind of stuck, literally forced so I bought the car but decide never to go back to this place. The use all kind of tactics and full of dishonest and lies through out the deal. After paying the deposit money I drove four times which is one hour for me to have useless discussion. I totally lost the excitement for the new car. Funniest part after all this experience a senior manager asked me to take care of their customer rating which they expect to get 5 and in lieu of that they can throw some free service and coupons.
"I Want To Return My Car"
Purchased a used accord less than 72 hours ago and wish I could return it. Very un happy with the car and extremely unhappy with their management. I already had to pay a deductible for services that should have been completed in their pre inspection. I picked the car up on Tuesday and on the way home, noticed no washer fluid, brought it to a garage on Wednesday for an inspection and multiple red flags (Transmission fluid dark black, radiator seepage, radiator cap found in the air filter box, the air and cabin filter needed to be replaced, the tires needed to balanced (now bears to the left) and there is an upshift when changing gears (auto trans). After talking with management they would only do some of the repairs if I paid a deductible. I only drove the car from the dealership to my house. Tonight was the first time driving the car at night and there is an oil type film on the windshield, that wont was off, that when any light hits it you can barely see. I wish I could return this car!
"Not So Good - Not So Bad"
I contacted the dealer over the internet and received a very good price. I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle - I knew exactly what i wanted and knew exactly what i wanted to pay (the price agreed over internet). When they realized that I was a serious buyer, they tried to increase the price but i had the email with the price - so it was easy. No negotiations - i bought the car in 25 mins flat. The next day when i went to pick up the car - the car was all ready and waiting to be picked up - no issues there. The only thing was - I asked someone to show me the controls before I drive off and the person who came to show the controls was not interested in showing me any thing in detail - he said "tell me what you dont understand and I will show you". If I knew what I didnt know - I could have learnt it myself. Anyway - in summary - it was an OK experience - the price was great, buying & financing process was smooth, service was fast. They try to up sell and cross sell you. So, I would recommend going there once you have COMPLETED the research and you know EXACTLY what you are buying and for HOW MUCH. I hope this helps.
"Most Pleasurable Experience"
Shopping at the Honda Bernadi was the absolute best choice I made. First, I was searching for dealerships with quality Certified Pre-owned vehicles in my area. Multiple friends told me to go to Bernadi, so I listened and visited the website. I went to the dealership knowing what car I wanted and I thought the price would be higher , but they honored the price they gave online (this never happens). Luckily, I ended up in the right place. Granted , my first impression there was not the best, but quickly, Rafael Miranda, made everything much better. He introduced us to the ideal sales man, Danny Rodrigues, who talked to my mother and I and answered many questions for hours. During our time being spent there, everyone kept checking on my mother and I making sure we were okay, not thirsty and comfortable. We spoke to Gustavo, Rafael, Danny, Manny (unsure of his name) and many other lovely people. Overall, things were great. I reccomend this dealership as well as the staff named above because my mother and I left the place with no more questions and absolutely no doubt that we made a wonderful decision buying a perfect car for me !

I spoke with a very nice young woman initially to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. I was a great distance away from the dealership and needed to begin the process over the phone prior to driving two+ hours to the lot. I was immediately asked for the price I was willing to pay over the phone??? Following this discussion I received no return phone call. In my attempt to contact for a follow-up the next day, I received a very rude response to my offer, and an unwillingness to collaborate on a reasonable price for the vehicle. Subsequently, I purchased a vehicle form another dealership. I received a follow up call from Bernardi the next day to inquire about my status. After communicating that I purchased the same vehicle somewhere else, within hours, the target vehicle price was dropped $3,000+ dollars on cars.com. In my observation of these business practices, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I will start by saying that we bought a great car at a good price. The process, however, was dreadful. it is shocking that such a large Honda dealer runs such a poor operation. Slow service, no one knows who is doing what, it is hard to find someone to help you -- mostly they just "process" you. We were treated as if we were invisible. The business discussion part of the purchase takes place in the large showroom, with no privacy and no desk. We waited 4 hours to meet with the "finance guy" and then he never talked or listened, just processed papers. Even when the deal was done, no one shook our hands! They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by finding the car we would want. There are plenty of Honda dealers out there, so I would suggest you go buy your car from someone else!

they literally forced me to buy a car from there after they refused to retun what they said was refundable deposit. Dont believe them, once the take your deposit you are not getting it back. when they dilivered the car I had to wait at least 5 hours in the showroom for them to prepare it. looking for another honda for my wife now, but will not be from bernardI for sure. Dont make the same mistake I did.
"Worst Car Experience Ever"
I came here to look at a Honda accord 2010 with 12k miles on it. I liked it and it was a good deal, but through the managers selling techniques I was lied to many times. In the end I purchased the car and was promised that the few scratches on it would be repaired. They werent. when I went to pick up the car, I notified them one hour before arrival that I would be there to pick it up. It has now been 4 hours and I am still sitting at the dealership on their free WiFi writing this review.

I have researched for a new car for over a month and finally decide to buy a Honda Accord Coupe. I went to almost all the dealership in MA and finally bought the car from Richard Wu. He gave me a decent quoted price. Sales in there are very honest with the prices (Westborough Herb Champers Honda has full with deceitful and rude salesman in there.) Richard Wu is one of the kindest salesman I ever met. He took care the car for me after I pay the check. Checking every single corner and search for flaws. He replaced a scratched rim before I even noticed.

This review is specifically about our experience with our salesperson, Marjorie Nicolas. My wife and I showed up last weekend to look at Bernardis collection of pre-owned Civics. We had been a single car family for a number of years, and we were contemplating a second car for local errands and to pick up our kid from school. We had also brought a printout for a Civic that had the mileage and specifics we were looking for (3yrs old or less, under 40k mi, single owner, etc). Marjorie took us directly to the car, gave us as much time as we wanted to look, and didnt rush us. When it was clear that we didnt have our hearts set on that one, she suggested another car and then let us wander the lot at our own pace. It was a stress-free experience, and as a result we spent more time there and looked at four other models. Marjorie answered our various questions, and she did not mind when we repeatedly went back and forth between cars we liked. When we asked for the carfax for another model, she went back to the office and printed it out immediately. We ended up test driving and buying a car that day, and are very happy with it. The only caveat I have is if you plan to pay cash instead of financing your purchase through the dealer, be prepared for pressure from Bernardis finance department. That was separate from our experience with Marjorie, however, and because she created such a positive experience for us, I highly recommend her.
