I went searching from dealership to dealership on rt. 20 looking for a jeep wrangler. I had one pre-owned dealership that wouldnt even consider me just because of my age even though Ive budgeted for a new car and I was ready to take on the new car payment. I finally stopped at Diamond, and they had 3 jeep wranglers, two were manuals- which Ive never learned how to drive. The one that was an automatic was a little out of budget and I was ready to give up and move on. Alex Ginsberg, my salesman, came out and offered to sit with me and figure out what numbers I was willing to work with. He didnt make me feel like I was pressured into anything, and ending up helping me get my dream Jeep. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience there!

Was in last week. Started in Chevy although I wanted a GMC. Only reason I didnt go into the GMC parking lot was because it didnt look accessible. cones everywhere and it was being paved. A young manager named Ryan or Brian insisted over and over that we tried the Chevy product claims that its the identical truck. To appease him we did it only after being asked eight times to "just drive it "kept saying he can save us so much more money and it was practically the same truck. When we returned from a test drive we wanted to drive the GMC. He acted like they didnt sell them there. All he wanted to do was phot call over numbers "let me show you what I feel like if you on the Chevy bolt out of frustration we asked for a few minutes to discuss things outside. Lets just say we Took that opportunity to get out of there. Im sitting in my brand-new GMC as I write this review that we bought from patriot. I still dont understand why youre so pushy Ajit Jack truck that I wanted sitting on their lot but yet they just kept demanding and trying to shove down our throat this stupid Chevy They mustve been short on the quarter or something. But whatever the reason was it was a complete turnoff we paid more to do business somewhere else in the long run.
"One Of The Best Experiences I Had At A Dealership"
I havent bought a new car in years so I was more than just a little hesitant to go to a dealership for all the hype Ive heard about high pressure salesmen. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing particular. I wend to Diamond Chevy/Buick in Auburn and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received there. I explained what I wanted and Joe S. took me outside and brought 2 new cars up for me to compare. He went through the options for each then told me to test drive them. I fell in love with the Buick and told him that was the car for me. We went into his office and spent an hour going over numbers that would work for me. Once I found one that would fit into the budget the deal was on. Right after a gentlemen named Fran came over and walked my through the process. At the end of the day I drove out with a new Buick and a big smile. I would highly recommend Diamond to anyone looking for a new or used car. The management was great and the staff fantastic. I now know I have found a home when I its time to get another. Dapper.

However, circumstances demanded that I bring my GMC work truck to a dealer for repairs. I went to Diamond Chevrolet. Customer service, many might reminisce, reflecting upon this as a long lost art. Not at Diamond Chevrolet. Mickey Haddad took charge of my repair needs immediately. He and his team provided me with an extremely accommodating waiting area experience, combined with speedy service, and surprisingly fair repair costs. I will not hesitate to return here.

I also appreciate the fact that he took the time to follow up with me several times while I was considering the purchase of the vehicle. I arrived for a 9am appointment this past Saturday 5/17/14 around 10 minutes early drove into the service doors a gentlemen came right up too me and signed me in for my oil change tire rotation and inspection sticker on my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. Took about an hour and another gentlemen called me into his office saying my car was ready. Processed all my paper work and took me to the cashier and off I went by 10am.
