He is an excellent listener. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. He was even kind enough to take us for a drive to demonstrate all of the features. He was not overbearing at all. He was sensitive to our 6 yo who was tagging along as well. Even on a busy day such as Labor Day he didnt make us feel rushed and gave us numerous opportunities to ask questions. We unexpectedly bought the car that day because they had what we wanted and Leon effectively pointed out the features so the car could sell itself. 4 stars bc of the long wait to actually purchase the car, however it was Labor Day weekend. I had an exceptional experience with this dealership. I was probably a salespersons worst nightmare. I wasnt sure I wanted to buy a car at the time. I wasnt sure what car I wanted. I had two cars to trade in, both of which had special plates. I hadnt purchased a car in over a decade. My salesperson, Linda, was fantastic through the whole process. I actually test drove one SUV, thought it was too intimidating, and picked a mini-van instead. I had second thoughts about my decision within a day, even though they had already found the car at another dealer and were bringing it in. Linda wasnt even working that day, but she encouraged me to come back in and test drive the first SUV again and do a side-by-side comparison with the mini-van. She told me to ask for Leo, one of her colleagues. He was as patient with me as though he was my salesperson and not just helping Linda out. I ended up going back to the original SUV I wanted. The whole process took a tremendous amount of their time, but no one ever acted like I was inconveniencing or frustrating them. The customer focus was flawless, and Im truly grateful for that because I dont think I would have ended up with the car I got and love.

"Great Trd Pro Buying Experience"

My father and I came into Westboro Toyota one Saturday as he was thinking of buying a new truck. We show up on one Saturday morning and am greeted by product specialist Dave Jason right as we walk in the door. There was a Tacoma TRD Pro that caught our eye as we were walking in and asked if we could take a look at that. He got us set up to do a test drive and in the truck within minutes of getting to the dealership(Unlike a nearby GMC dealership), all without putting any pressure on us to do so. The test drive itself was laid back and Dave was flexible with the route we wanted to take. After asking countless questions and concluding the test drive, we had fallen for the truck. When deliberating what to do with my father, Dave gave us a respectful amount of space, which was much appreciated. The lack of high pressure sales tactics made the purchasing process an enjoyable experience. We discussed price and accessories with Dave as well as the manager and were able to come to an amicable agreement and pulled the trigger on the truck. Before purchasing, we noticed that the shifter boot was decoupled from the shifter handle and informed Dave that we would like it fixed before taking possession. He said he would handle it personally and have it done by the time we come to pick up the truck. 2 days later we come to pick up the truck and Dave had kept his word by personally seeing that the shifter boot was fixed. He even explained what most likely happened and what the technicians did to fix it. Overall I would rate this car buying experience a 10/10 and if you are in the market for a new car or truck, I would go to Westboro Toyota and ask for Dave Jason.

"Lucky They Had The Exact Vehicle I Wanted..."

I test drove a car I really liked. I was ready to buy it right then and there. They said they could not sell it to me because they did not have the paperwork ready, so I put down a deposit. After 1.5 months of waiting and having frustrating conversations with them, they finally got the paperwork done. I asked them if they could give me a rental or help me out somehow because I put a big deposit down and I was afraid my car was going to die. They said they didnt have any available, I dont really believe that. The sales team and financial department were professional and got me a good % on my APR. It was the waiting for WHOEVER to get their paperwork done correctly. They did compensate by giving me some money off. I think it wasnt enough... With that said, I love my vehicle and wouldnt trade it. When I took it in to get maintenance done, the suppose of "new" tires they put on it were very warn. I found out by looking at the tires that they were 3 years old, not "new". It seems the "new" Goodyear Eagle tires they put on were complete junk. About 4 months later one ended up popping and they didnt help me out with ANYTHING to do with the tires. Really frustrating... Its nice that they have a cool and efficient waiting room with wifi and they clean your car for free but, I would never go back to them for any service! Just an OK experience with them. Lucky for them they had the exact vehicle I wanted and was willing to put up with them....

I recently bought my very first new car, a 2017 Toyota Camry LE. I showed up on a Sunday night at 5pm (right when they close) and really had no intention of buying one that night- I intended to shop around at multiple dealerships in the area. Bryan Carney was my sales person. He sat with my father and I and stayed well past closing time to help us. He was so great. And I was a somewhat difficult customer. I had a trade in, but had never negotiated. Bryan worked with us and got us a great deal. He was funny and handsome and made me feel really comfortable. I signed a purchase and sale maybe two hours later! I couldnt believe it! All the shopping we had intended to do, and there we were buying my car at the very first place we stopped at. It was great. Then we went and met with the Business Manager, Pedro. I mean, I cannot say enough about this guy. Hilarious, very smart, so genuine. I was really impressed. He made me laugh my way right through that meeting- and I had heard deals can blow up in the business office. Not so with Pedro. I really felt like he was working alongside me and had my back, even as he went to bat for me with the banks. The next day we returned, this time with my mother in tow, and she can be a "challenging" woman, but both Bryan and Pedro were great with her, and with all three of us, which is quite the dynamic (as my parents are divorced!) and by the end of the day, the two of them had completely won me over (and oh yeah, I liked the car as well) and I owned my first new car! Honestly, if it hadnt been for these two guys, I wouldve likely shopped around, and there is so much competition out there, who knows if I wouldve come back. They made it hard to say no, and I mean that in a really good way. Actually, because they were so awesome, my father came back just three days later AND BOUGHT THE SAME CAR from them!! We both got a GREAT deal, and the cars are amazing, but we both know we can go back there anytime and ask for these gentlemen and get great, quality service from them. I was searching for a 2017 Sienna for lease. While I was sitting at the signing table, I was asked a question of why I was leasing versus buying because of my history of always buying my vehicles. That question ultimately made me stop and think and decided to walk away. A month later, my husband and I returned and bought the Sienna after doing more research. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and had a pleasant experience. The only thing we would have liked better was to have the buying process go a little bit quicker. Bryan, the salesman that helped us both times was professional and understanding and had much patience. And Joe, his manager was also pleasant to work with. I would recommend Westboro Toyota.

I see why people review companies poor. These guys are the best best service best repairs... How can someone be dishonest when they are taking you to the car and showing you what the vehicles needs. I overheard them sending a picture to another customer about the tires. They took a veteran home and help them with a $3800 repair and had the warranty dept. cover the battery it was out by 6 months. They advertised the "right price" which was more competitive than some of the other local dealers and meant that I didnt have to haggle. I am a woman, who in the past, has had unpleasant experiences with other dealerships, so I was prepared for the same. Paul D. , the Financial Manager, was also extremely helpful and very nice, and Leo O. went out of his way, at Edwins suggestion, to follow me home to save me an extra trip as I had forgotten to bring in a necessary document. While there, Leo put on my license plates and spent close to a half hour patiently going over the features of my new car. All of these people, and a couple more whose names I dont know, were very considerate, pleasant and helpful in every way. The wait time during the financial process of buying the car is what prevents the review from getting 5 stars all around. Though the financial rep, Pedro was super nice and very friendly.
