Tim Kent was fabulous!!! The entire team was excellent. Tim took the time on one of the coldest nights to show me my truck and make sure I new what I was doing for a fun and safe ride home. I love my 4Runner !!! The looks and comments I get are top top banana ¿¿. I have told everyone that I got it from Lea of Wil!! I hope this truck last me a long long time ,,,,,I love it !!!

"Do Not Recommend"
We found a car from cars.com that we were very interested in. The initial presentation of the car was very nice and the at the beginning the sales team was very intentive, from there it went down hill. The next day we returned to purchase the car where we waited mutiple times for a long period of time. We were told to wait a couple minutes and it took close to thirty minutes. After processing the paperwork the sales person told us that our car would be ready in two days and we could pick up the car any time after 12pm on that day. Then we go to pickup the car on the said day at a time(1:15pm) that we had confirmed with our sales person. The car was not ready until TWO HOURS after the confirmed time. Overall the experience was unenjoyable and I would definitely not recommend this dealer.
"Gotta Laugh"
UNBELIEVABLE, bought 2 cars on Monday, went to pick them up today. Car #1 paid cash,still took over an hour to complete the paperwork. The "less than prudent" pencil pusher took 4, yes 4 attempts at printing the sales agreement, finally called in back up who took 10 seconds to figure it out. I guess my time isnt valuable enough to ask for help performing this simple function of your job. This should have been done before my arrival. Car #2, now get this TOYOTA CANNOT FIND THE TITLE!!!. GET THE TITLE BEFORE PUTTING THE CAR ON YOUR LOT!!! they took deposits on both cars 5 days earlier THERE IS NO EXCUSE... NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. They tried to blame the previous owner even though it was leased from Toyota.

We have been having our 2015 Prius maintenance performed at Lia Toyota in Wilbraham since the 5000 mile checkup, and it has been a positive experience for us. We are always greeted warmly and made to feel welcome and in good hands. Cynthia Patrick has expertly managed our prompt and efficient service, and has been there to thank us when we are checking out. Nice job, Lia Wilbraham.

"Disappointing"
Needless to say this dealership is a major disappointment as well as its turn around on employees! After avoiding this place on servicing my Camry, my husband encouraged me a year ago to get an oil change since he received an email with a special going on for the summer. I gave it a shot and was impressed with my service rep. Jennie was friendly, bubbly and professional! She made my experience a fun one and made sure I wasnt charged more than I should! I kept in touch with her (considering I needed some other minor repairs) and she made it a pleasant experience. I went back in a week ago and was disappointed to hear they let her go! Why? Good employees are hard to find people! Dont let them go! They seemed short staffed and one of the men working there seemed agitated and wasnt afraid to show it! Very unprofessional! I waited too long be greeted and when my car was finished there were grease stains on my door handle and seat! Looks like Im not going there again!

My initial inquiry regarding the reason that a light was on my panel was handled immediately and explained. When I suggested I make an appointment for my 15000 service, the young women, I believe Chris, suggested that if I had time they could do it right then. This was great because I had the time and I would not have to return to have the service. She was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The service was promptly rendered. Thank you.

This morning I was greeted with smiling hellos, and how can I help you from Jeannie and Dan? I explained the issues with my car. The tech took it out for a spin and experienced my issues for himself. Dan explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate. He told me it would take a few hours, then offered the courtesy van to take me to work and back. When I picked up the car, Dans estimate was even lower than promised and the issues with my car , " solved " ! I purchased my car here and I recommend this dealership to everyone! I think a dealership is only as good as its sales and technician employees. This experience was very good for us. Our sales person, Leo, was very knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy or brash. He answered our questions, knew the vehicles, and the "offers" on our vehicle. He seemed to want to work with us, and in the end we did lease a car with his help from this dealership. We would definitely recommend him to friends looking to purchase or lease. We hope the service department will be as helpful and quality minded when we bring our vehicle in, because this dealership is located in our town, and we would love to have the positive relationship continue.
