"Disappointed"
I purchased a Mercedes Certified 2014 E Class in August 2016. I love the car. It developed smoke from the dashboard and another dealer determined someone had previously spilt a liquid behind the navigation screen. The certification process did not discover this but even worse when I wrote the sales manager of the problem he NEVER even responded to my letter. I was at the least expecting a response from Mr. Alex Ochoa, but nothing. I paid for the repair via Hoehn Mercedes in Carlsbad who has been exceptional. This year I purchased a 2015 SL 550 from Temecula Mercedes and have no complaints. I suggest avoid Downtown LA Motors due to their lack of response to customer issues.
"Test Drive With Appointment"
Had a confirmed appointment, in writing, at 9 a.m. on a Saturday to test drive a MBZ S600 with Art Magsayo. When I arrived shortly before 9 he stated the test drive could not be done because the porters do not arrive until 10 a.m. to move the car out of the showroom, but he a different model I could test drive which I refused. I asked why he did not call or send me an email about the change in time and he had no answer. He did not have the common courtesy to contact me. I drove 30 minutes from the San Fernando Valley for nothing. Inexcusable.

Since I bought my SL in downtown LA from the Mercedes-Benz dealership, I have been Lucky to have met Tino as my service advisor and he has help keep my SL500 in mint condition for over 10 years. Most important is the fact that I trust him and I know that he is honest, professional with integrity and extreme knowledge and his trade. If youre looking for someone honest and dont like to get Cheated, ask for Tino Eyvazian when you buy a Mercedes to help you maintain your Benze he is my trusted car doctor. John

I went to downtown Mercedes Dealer Service Dept. to have to purchase a remote key. Roy Halleluyan was my service advisor. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable with placing the order for my key. He had my car washed while completing forms-I was not expecting a car wash. On the day I picked up my key, again Roy demonstrated the same characteristics as stated above. My car was scheduled for safety inspection, but after waiting almost 2 hours, I was still waiting. I could no longer wait and informed Roy; with understanding , Roy went and returned with my car. I thanked him; he stated"I still owe you a car wash." Overall, the service from Roy Halleluyan was excellent; waiting for almost 2 hrs. for safety inspection I rate as fair.

My car got a flat tire out in the middle of nowhere in the mountains and Roadside Assistance was still able to find me and tow me all the way from San Bernardino to DTLA Motors. Because it was a Sunday, I had to leave my car and could not get a loaner car. However, on Monday, I was able to go in, and Jerry Dilanchiyan was my representative. He called me Monday morning as soon as they opened to let me know that my car was being looked at. I went in that afternoon to get a loaner car and he was quick to get me one. The loaner car was in good shape. I was able to reach Jerry easily by phone if I had any questions, and he took care of everything for me-my flat tire, an internal thermometer issue, and a missing tow car eyepiece in the front. Jerry was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend DTLA Motors and its service department to anyone looking for a Benz.
