Bought 2011 ford f150 king ranch For the most part it was a good experience. But put dry rotted tires on it and in the two weeks I have owned the truck have had to patch two tires. Have called to see if they are going to do something about it but they deny they sold a truck with tires like that and wont return phone calls.. so in very unhappy about that. Hopefully they will do something to remedy the problem!

I took my 2014 Focus in due to several problems. I purchased the car from a used car lot and had some regrets. I was a bit reluctant to take it to a dealer because in the past I have had some unpleasant experiences. This model is known to have problems, so I hoped that at least they would know what to expect. The whole process, from scheduling the appointment to picking up the car was super easy and pleasant. They ended up replacing the clutch, and I have to admit I expected them to avoid that repair, knowing it would cost them money since the car is still under warranty. Now I have a smooth-driving car, and I will not hesitate to use Nazareth Ford again should the car need service.

I had an actual appointment time (9 AM). There was only one line going into the garage and after I got in it I decided that it was the Quick Lane and that wasnt the lane I wanted to be in, but thought it would get sorted out when they got the paperwork from the Service Rep. When I made the appt. I was told it would take about one hour. I was there over two hours and think it was because I had to wait for some Quick Lane people to get taken care of. That is why I made an appointment. I wanted to have a specific time. This has never happened to me before. To me, Quick Lane means oil change or tire rotation, not a 20,000 mile checkup which is what I was there for. I was not happy about that experience.
