"Purchase Of A Acura Mdx That Never Happened"
I am not based in New York but after a back and forth e-mail exchange with several folks at Paragon Acura, I negotiated a purchase price with Peter Pazmino and was ready to proceed with the sale. Peter called me at 9:00 pm when the dealership is closing and had me fill out all the paperwork for financing with my drivers license and e-mail back to him. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a follow-up e-mail or call from him. I even arranged transportation to have the vehicle shipped to me. Supposedly this dealerships motto is "we treat our customers like family" - I would hate to see how they treat their friends. I have owned both the 1st and 2nd generation Acura MDX and this would have been my third. The vehicle is still listed on their website and since then has dropped in price as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone both in-state or out-of-state.

Service agent was very helpful. Material needed for my repair was out of stock. Was not told about that at time of setting up appointment. Wait time was not long. Inspection/ car wash service not requested yet performed which extended wait time.

I have to commend Patrick on his outstanding customer service skills and knowledge on the product(s). He was courteous, professional, personable, and honest. When negotiating, Patrick demonstrated complete knowledge of the product, understood the needs of his client and was committed to satisfy those needs. Sidney was also incredibly helpful in explaining the financial components of our deal. He took the time to explain how the credit report impacted the final numbers and what could be done in the future to make this an even better outcome. He definitely focused on the human experience allowing for us to describe our personal situation as opposed to just reading numbers and judging who we are with that information alone.

Customer service are good, service are excellent as well but just one small things that needs to be attention make sure everything in the car should take with you otherwise it will gone. When you leave make sure check everything wheather still in the car. Overall it is great customer service

Friendly enviroment, great staff. Only down side, phone charging ports were not working at the queen paragon acura dealer. 3 hrs servicing my car and couldnt charge my phone while i waited.
