All of our interactions with Jimmy, Jamen and Andrew were as good as anyone could expect I believe. They were always courteous and as helpful as could be. When I asked for maintenance documentation it was provided without hesitation which left me much more comfortable with my purchase. We both left with a VERY positive feeling that we were neither deceived or taken advantage of which is the way it should be. Thank you guys we are happy.

When I arrived with my vehicle they were very nice and polite. They helped me immediately and at the same time we were having a vey food conversation with the person helping me. Our experiences with this dealer have always been extremely good. Our regular maintenance appointments go smoothly. We have gotten our car back cleaner than it was when we brought it in. We have also had the use of a free loaner car. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, with free refreshments while waiting. The staff has been professional and polite. Recently, I bought a new Elantra through the internet buying service. The sale manager Marlowe Avelino is very professional and knowledgeable person. He explained and walked through the function of the vehicle to me since I have never owned the Hyundai vehicle before. He then took me for test drive. The final price negotiation went through smoothly. Based on the enthusiasm and dedication of the sales person, I was convinced to purchase the vehicle. Overall the process is quite smooth. Very friendly, patient, and helpful staff! Even though I was having problem with the first car I picked out, my sales agent was more than willing to let me go back and choose another car without giving me a single look! She even said that its my car, I should be totally happy driving it away...That was so sweet of her! Overall, there was no pushing or haggle during the decision-making process, unlike my experience with Hyundai Serramonte... BTW, I really liked the way that the manager came out and shock hand with me. Not a lot of people who work in the finance office like to sit up and come down to meet with real folks and be polite haha...Keep up the good work :)

I BOUGHT & TRADE IN MANY CARS OVER THE PASS 17 YEARS. THIS TIME WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT FROM THIS DEALER SHIP. I SALE PERSON (JESSICA) WAS THE BEST SALE PERSON I HAVE EVER I BOUGHT A CAR FROM. SHES ON TIME TO CALL ME BACK WITH GOOD OR BAD ANSWER. SOME SALE PERSON THEY DONT BOTHER TO CALL YOU BACK IF THEY KNOW YOUR SHOPPING AROUND OR YOUR CREDIT NOT GOOD OR NO MONEY DOWN. I WASNT GOOD LEASE A CAR WITH DOWN PAYMENT BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO GOOD I ENDING UP PUT $3000 DOWN ANY WAY TO GET THIS VERY GOOD LEASE I GOT $ 136 PER MONTH ON A 13" HYUNDAI ACCENT JUST FOR WORK USE. I WASNT ABLE TO GO DO THE PAPER WORK & P/UP THE NEW CAR SHE ARRANGE A DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE & ESPLAIN ALL THE PAPER WORK VERY CLEARLY & SHOW THE FEATURE ON THE VEHICLE. Yeah, this is a good place, and not cause its near where I work. Nothings perfect, but overall I like everyone in the dealership and the service center. Just remember when you buy a car, you do it about once every decade, and they do it everyday, so dont be a soft touch. This is a great time to buy a 2013. At the end of this month of August the 2014s are going to need spaces to be parked, and the 13s are covering their lot w/o any miles on them, so you can get a new car for a great price. Hyundai is making great cars these days, and the 14s have those girly little light around the tail lights, so get a 13 unless youre a girl:) Chris was my salesman, and I liked him a lot! Go see him, but dont rush the test drive and tell him to show you everything! Frank C

Overall smooth process. Started off with a few misunderstandings on discounts offered but these were soon ironed out and explained, and the rest was straightforward. Didnt feel pressured to buy at any point and there were some great deals on offer - ended up purchasing a new Sonata.

I had called to make an appointment to repair a recalled part on my vehicle. The female who answered the phone wasnt very friendly and seemed to rush me through the phone call. But when I went in for service they were very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. The downside is that I had to wait 2 hours longer for the repair to be done and no one gave me an update of why it was taking longer than originally quoted (as far as a time frame). Overall I enjoyed my experience and definitely would return because the work was fantastic and the guy at the front counter was easy to deal with and quite approachable, but I wish they would address the customer service over the phone since it was not the first time Ive had to deal with female or females on the other side of the line.

I bought my 2013 Santa Fe here in Oct. 2012 and they made the whole transaction very easy. I was paying cash (check) for it but, didnt have all the money in the bank yet. They let me take the car that evening and I returned the next morning with the check. Fantastic customer service in both sales and servicing. Highly recommend them.
