First time into SC BMW for service. Had the 1200 mile Service for the M Line. Overall, I was very pleased. They move a lot of cars thru there on a daily basis. I had a little wait to see a service advisor and upon picking my car up. That said, they got my service done in an expeditious manner and the car was ready earlier than promised. My service advisor (Derek) was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He made my experience a great one.

Excellent service for my 2014 3 series. Loaner provided as scheduled but dealer found and gave us an X1 to drive so that my wife could experience her preferred next vehicle. Repair done within one day but dealer allowed use of loaner until the next day.

My service advisor was great. My overall experience was not. First I had to call 4 times to schedule an appt before someone answered during normal business hours. Then I was told they no longer offer loaner vehicles for service. It took over an hour to drop off my vehicle, and the service was not completed until 24 hours after promised. When I did pick up the car, the exterior was covered in pollen, and I had to get it washed. The good news is that I recently moved and another BMW dealer is about the same distance. I?ll use them next time.

We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned BMW X1 from Stevens Creek BMW. We had done our research in advance, had spoken with our service advisor before coming in person, selected two cars to test drive that exactly met our criteria and left with a car we are delighted with. Kip Lewis, our service advisor, was excellent. The process was easy, no surprises and the car has been excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the time from deciding to purchase to leaving the dealer. But it was all still reasonable and we were delighted with our experience. Horrible experience! It took me almost an hour to get my car after I paid the bill. One lady told me that my car was 3rd one out. After about 10 cars, of which none of them was mine I asked my service advisor about my car and he gave me an attitude. After finally getting my car, I noticed that the BMW logo on my car key was missing. To top everything off...when I got home, I noticed that they didnt reset the mileage counter on my car. This is done normally after an oil change. Yes! All they did was an oil change and they couldnt even do it right! About your star ratings above, they deserve NO stars!

I purchased my 2008 550i from Stevens Creek BMW in 2007. I have taken it back at every service interval and had the recommended maintenance performed as well. The last service visit had to do with the electronics. Still has one minor problem with the electronics which will get addressed at the next service interval. Otherwise the car runs like new with a little over 110K miles on it. My service adviser, SB, has been very helpful especially in getting a loaner car when I need it.

I purchased a 2015 4 series coupe and have had nothing but trouble with it. It was a CPO. I have taken the car to another dealer since I purchased the car 600 miles from home THREE TIMES for issues that should have found during the CPO Inspection. The CPO Manager at SC BMW was extremely rude and condensending. I will never use or recommend this dealer!!!

Unfortunately they were not able to fix the squeak because they stated that they did not hear anything but yet they continue to squeak when I drive from time to time. Not sure why this was not taken care of?

I brought my E92, M3 in to have it?s air bags replaced due to the recall. That work was performed; however, when I picked up my M3 the front license plate was bent like a pretzel. So, what the hell, did your guys, go for a joy ride too? They did not try to fix the license plate, but rather said, make another appointment and we ?ll fix it. If it weren?t for the bent license plate I would have rated my experience at least a four star. Two stars is all they get today.
