I purchased my vehicle last week. I did not feel any pressure from the salespeople. I had a very good experience. Yesterday I took in the car for service work---acually it is a coating inside and outside and its free with purchase. All the service people including the shuttle driver are super.

I went through two independent dealers before coming here but either the car looked like garbage (even though it looked clean in pictures), or I was dealing with an unprofessional, unfriendly salesman. I had a fourth stop planned as well, but when I landed here, I knew I didnt have to look any further. Im very big on customer service, and Patrick in sales and Brandon from Finance exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly and very easy to work with.

We bought our 2013 CTS about three weeks prior to returning to the dealership for a roaring sound coming from the front end, along with a popping noise when turning corners. When I showed up early for my appointment they took all my information about the issues gave me a loaner car and sent me on my way. When I came back the next day my car was washed up and all fixed. The whole process was easy and hassle free. I dont think I have ever had such a great customer experience when coming to having something fixed. The service personal are always friendly and helpful. They honor warranties. I had a brake light replaced and during the course of the year it somehow cracked. I took it in thinking I would have to pay for it to be replaced again, but no! They replaced it with no charge and said it had a year warranty so free of charge. They are awesome!

Took our Cadalic CTS into the dealer because the check engine light came on and also because we were experiencing a skipping feeling from our tires when driving. Tim was our service advisor and he listened to my complaint and when they didnt experience they same thing as I was discribing he called me and I told him to drive the car and make a u-turn orturn to the left. Tim drove the car and did what I had requested and than he experienced what I was talking about and they than proceeded to work on the problem, which turned out to be pretty serious problem. This was the second dealer we had taken are car to and the only one who listened to what I was saying. Thank you very much for that Tim.
