We told our salesperson, Eric, what car we were looking for and he promptly came back with the keys and allowed us to test drive 2 of the vehicles that matched what we were interested in. He explained the features of the car and let us take our time in deciding and becoming familiar with each car. He was very knowledgable about the BMW vehicles and very professional and was very patient with us. Went to Fremont BMW to look at a CPO BMW 335i. Walked in and not greeted but had to approach a sales associate to look at the car and another same model. The car was a bit dirty but was in excellent condition in and out. The sales person was kind enough for me to take out the first car for a test drive while he got the keys to the this one. Car drove perfect and proceeded to make the purchase. Now the bad, I had already test drove and spent a good time over at a different dealer and want to just get the paper work done and head home. Unfortunately, this is where the experience went downwards for me. The Finance Manager explained the additional warranty and stuff to me. I clearly stated I wanted none of it. He proceeded to ask me another 5 or 6 times again in different way with my same absolute NO. At this point I was very agitated and the sales associate pop in and ask if everything was okay. The Finance Manager, in my view, was very disrespectful to the sale associate. When I thought everything was almost complete, he proceeded to tell me that he gave the "Appearance" insurance essentially free to me with lower my rate .5%. The math total was not net zero so there is nothing free about it. I told him for the the last time that the answer is NO and I want to get out of there. I was on the verge of walking out if the Finance Manager kept on pushing the warranty issue. I have purchased well over 10 cars (new and used) in my lifetime and understand the buying process very well and know what I want. The only reason Im giving this dealer two stars is that the car was priced good and car was in excellent condition. Also, the nice sales associate helped me take my rental car to drop off at the airport. Will inform the GM of this dealer to work with this particular Finance Manager to avoid such issue in the future.

The facilities just got face lift after months of remodeling. Uber service was used for shuttle which is really great. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The issue is a 1/2 hour wait after the service personnel dispatch for the vehicle.

Unhappy with this visit.I had a 7am appointment. 10 mins after I checked where my service guy is and was told to wait coz hes running late. At 7:30, I went to one of the desks and was entertained by another advisor. I shouldnt have waited that long. No one voluntarily helped me until I asked. Someone should have informed me that my advisor hasnt come in. I was reminded 3 times of my 7am appointment and yet I was not attended to until 7:30. Second, I spent 2500 and I expected at least for my car to be washed. It was dusty when I got it back.
