I had to have my BMW towed to BMW of San Francisco unexpectedly on a recent Monday morning - not an ideal way to begin your week. The service was outstanding - the expeditiously arranged the tow, got me into to see a service provider immediately, and sent me on my way with a loaner BMW within minutes. I regularly heard updates from my service advisor, Daniel, and my vehicle was ready the next day - washed and ready to roll - noting that they found a very inexpensive fix to the cars issue! A great customer service experience - which is rarely still found.

my emissions light came on so I went in for service. Lucas took care of that and a recall on an oil filter. I had a loaner car (always fun to be able to try out a different car) so I could get around uninterrupted. my car needed an overnight stay, so doubly glad I had the loaner. my car was returned to me serviced, washed and vacuumed. all good!!

This is the second car Ive purchased from BWM SF, but the first used one. The "new" fixed price of the car we were interested in eliminated the need for haggling over the price, which was a relief. They also gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Not quite what I wanted, but pretty darn near. The sales Manager Ralph Macia made himself available to us and left us with the feeling that we could call him in the future if we had any issues. And AJ (Internet Sales Manager) was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and me and ran through a number of different scenarios without feeling like we were under pressure.

I went in for value service on my e39, got the rear brakes done for less than the cost of parts if I were to do it myself. They did a good job and washed my car, it was done before promised. Just be sure to tell them if you have a favorite plate frame since they may replace it with their own.

From the moment I walked into the snazzy BMW dealership, I sensed that a new car experience would be smooth sailing. As had I done too much research (drove and compared many cars!), I merely called the dealership and was connected with Lenny whose name I had found on a website. He had rave reviews!. He described the car that met my requirements. (FYI I had been to the dealership a couple of months before, however the sales person, did not keep in touch. I called him, once I made my decision, however, it was his day off.) Arriving the following morning, Lenny and I bonded as he showed me the car he had described, followed by the other available X1s for comparison. #1 was the winner! Lenny passed me on to the darling financial wizard, Dahl. She covered all the necessary docs in a smooth and efficient manner. It was then on to Daniel the Genius who toured me through the cars functions before my eyes glazed over! He actually came to my home to connect the car genie with my garage door! Now thats service!

I recently bought a new car here, and it was by far the best car buying experience Ive had. We negotiated the price online prior to my visit, and the trade-in amount I received was nearly identical to that which was quoted through the website. Normally when you get a trade-in quote the dealership tries to lowball once you arrive. This didnt happen here. Both the car bought and traded-in were fair market value. The whole process was quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful as well.

They are efficient, accommodating (drive me to work after dropping the leased car with them), text when the vehicle is ready, and if I have to wait at all, there are phone charging stations and coffee!

Our experience buying our i3 was terrific! AJ was knowledgeable and didnt try to push us into a particular model. Weve had BMW X5 a in the past and didnt really think we would go the electric route. However after test driving the i3 we just fell in love with this peppy little beast. So Happy with it!
