I had an outstanding experience at this Honda dealership! When I called others close by, they werent even interested when I asked if I could come in to test drive the 2017 Civic SI Coupe. But Khoshal Sherzad at Larry Hopkins Honda set up an immediate appointment and after the test drive, did not put a lot of pressure on me to buy that day and followed up but not in a pushy way. They did not have the color I wanted- the Aegean Blue - and explained they are almost always pre-sold so therefore somewhat hard to find. Of course his manager encouraged him to try to sell me the silver one they had- I understand a business need to get rid of inventory and did not hold that against them- but when I made it clear I was going to hold out for the blue, Khoshal and his manager Adam came through for me. They were able to locate one within 2 days at a dealership out of the area and I was able to get the car I really wanted and quick. The whole sales process was smooth, they gave me a very fair price on my old Civic that needed a LOT of work, did not try to jerk me around on the price, gave me a free loaner for the night, and had my car delivered within 24 hrs of finalizing the paperwork. I cant tell you how pleased I am with how the process went. And my new Aegean Blue Civic SI is a blast to drive! My sincere thanks to Khoshal, Adam and everyone at Larry Hopkins Honda.

Purchase a CR-V EX-L on Thursday 7-20-17, thru the Costco Auto Purchase program. This was the best experience I have had purchasing a car in my entire life (I am 64). The sales rep was Khoshal Sherzad and he was fantastic. No high pressure sales tactics. After purchasing the vehicle Khoshal was very knowledgeable about the entire function of the SUV. He showed and explained what every button and know did. The finance dept was very low keyed, no pressure here either. In fact everyone at the dealership made this buying experience enjoyable. My only issue is they need to remodel the bathrooms. If you are going to be purchasing a Honda definitely check out Larry Hopkins.

My husband and I recently became grandparents and need a larger car so we would be able put baby car seats in the back and be able to go on adventures. We decided on a Honda CRV. We went to Stevens Creek Honda (near our house) and were not able to get a salesman to help us out (they were too busy) ~ so we decided to drive to Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. He got a response from Stevens Creek Honda with the lowest price for the color of car we wanted. We went in the same day we received the quote and when we arrived there they didnt even have the car he gave us a quote on!! Horrible!! So, back to Sammy Noorulhuda we went!! This was my first brand new car after college and while I had done my research online, I was unsure of what to expect while visiting the actual dealership. Turned out to be a great experience and easy process! I worked with Jay Jazayeri who offered just the right amount of assistance - he knew Id done my research so he spent more time asking me what I specifically wanted and why rather then trying to upsell me etc. He additionally offered advice on how to get the best value for my trade-in and was helpful throughout the entire process. It was important to me that he was not pushy - Ive heard some horror stories but this was not a concern here, instead he spent more time filling me in on all the technologies and features that I could expect in my new Honda Civic. The finance process and document signing took a bit longer than I would have expected, but I believe this was due to a new software update and not something that would always be a concern (and of course, I just wanted to get everything done to go play in my shiny new toy). Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend to my friends and family.

The people in this place deserve 10 stars, the customer service is amazing at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. I wanted to buy/lease a car for my wife after being with Nissan and Subaru for many years, then one friend of mine gave me the business card of sales representative Mohamed Iqbal. so I said I would give him a call and see what they have to offer. My mind was set on asking only about the Honda cars since I never had a Honda before, but after calling Mohamed on the phone, it all changed. Mohamed was very friendly and very patient, I had more questions that he answered very quickly and easily. He suggested to visit him that he can show me all the options they have within my budget. He made an appointment for me at the end of the week but I was too busy so I rescheduled my appointment for the next weekday. I went to the place and Mohamed were very firendly and helpful. He showed me everything about multiple cars and I was sold on the spot. My wife was really interested in the new 2016 Honda CRV EXL since it was highly recommended. We needed a specific color (Metallic silver) with a specific features. What i liked the most was that Mohamed followed up with more options for me that could work which I would have never even thought about. The car my wife selected they dont have on that location, then Mohamed did his best to find one in another Honda dealer in Santa Cruz. After negotiating the price and the packages available afterwards he brought me to the business managers office to get everything settled where I was introduced to Rick. He was very personable and wanted to get to know a little about me before even talking about the car, which made me like this location even more. Rick the general manager has great character and hes a really nice and sincere guy. They were very patient with me to answer all my questions about the pricing the finance..etc. The manager wanted to make sure this transaction went smooth. I couldnt believe what Mohamed did, to make sure I receive my car the same day, he drove the same day to San Cruz almost 3 hours to bring the car to Sunnyvale. We had the car ready the next morning cleaned and prepared for me to test-drive it. My wife loved it and now she is enjoying it. At the end of everything, I didnt feel like I bought a car from a typical sales person, I felt like I got a new car from friends. It was very good experience for me and my wife. Mohamed and the computer Technician Tahir was very hospitable, offered me coffee and also came back with water when I didnt even ask. The computer Technician Taher gave me his phone charge when my phone battery went off, He also gave me a ride to my home when my wife left and I was waiting for the car. He was very good guy too. Im so glad I went with my friend recommendation for this place because I felt that trust and respect from every person that had a part in helping me with my wifes new car. I would definitely recommend other people to go to them and will definitely go back to them in the future.

I bought a new Accord V6 Touring at Larry Hopkins Honda. Sales Manager, Nasir Karim was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the general features of the car and was patient during the negotiation process. Although I bought the car in cash, the new finance guy (the only one there that evening), was not available right away, then had computer problems, so I had to go have dinner and come back and wait. As a result, it took a very long time to conclude the deal, almost 6 hours end to end. In the end, there was very little time left before closing to go over various functions and how to operate them. Nasir, however, was good throughout. He even delivered the car next day to my house.
