"This Dealership Is A A Bunch Of Bull"
They are a bunch of liars there I was promised 4 free scheduled maintenance and when I went to get serviced they had no record of ever promising the services.. if they offer you free services make sure you get it in writing because they tend to forget what was promised at the first initial signing
"Just Looking...for Now."
I currently own a Honda Element with over 300k miles on it. Thinking its time to replace it while it still has some value to it. (BTW, no major issues with this Honda). Because of its MPG, versatility, and its a Honda, I like the HR-V. Unfortunately my 4-legged tail-waggin pal had to visit the doggie hospital, a large and unplanned expense. So my car buying plans, for the time being, are on hold. With this in mind, the Robertson folks were still gracious enough to show me AND my 4-legged tail-waggin pal a few HR-Vs. No pressure to buy. I very much appreciated that. So when a few bills are paid off, I will be back. Hopefully soon.
"Nice But Pushy As Hell"
I was looking looking for a CR-V and was called by one of their sales reps (do not remember her name). I live about 50 miles away and was trying to get them to give me an idea of how much below MSRP they were willing to go. They didnt have the vehicle I wanted and wouldnt give me an idea of their prices. All they would say was "you need to come I. Today to get the best price". I had given them a price point and what another dealer was offering. That is all they had to say. I dont get it...
"Horrible Customer Service!!!!"
I live in Palmdale ca and went to this dealership to buy a used car for my daughter that needed it right away. We were also there too but two new cars for myself and my wife as well. I saw that the Honda cars were being advertised with a $3500 discount and I inquired about it and the sales manager said no that it was for students and VA. I told him that where does it say that and he said that if I wanted the car I can pay the full price and that he was not in a hurry to sell them. I responded back by saying that I was not in a hurry to buy it from them either. We drove to Honda of Cerritos and bought all of our cars there. I live in Palmdale but refuse to buy there.
"Terrible Customer Services, Finance Is Rude"
terrible customer services, finance department are rude, they left me sitting there by myself for a long period of time and were very pretensious.
"Didnt Add Up"
The numbers game is one that these guys are great at. After I agreed that I wanted a car then the fun began. They showed me a total of 7 different sets of numbers and didnt seem to listen to what I was saying. Each time they came back with a new set of numbers something was taken away from the car. So, they werent really dealing at all, they continued to strip the car of every option which made the car cheaper yes, but, a lot less appealing. Then once I had enough I left. Two days later I was called and told "Good news, we can make it work." Right. Got there and the person who was supposed to help and I had called to confirm that even though I was running late I was on my way wasnt even there when I arrived. I live less than 20 mins. away from dealership so to me that was just poor customer service especially since he didnt even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know he had to leave. Then, the icing on the cake is when they showed me their "way to make it work" the price of the car was higer than the set of numbers they had showed me the last time when I had walked out!!!!!! Do they actually think that they can fool people into believeing that because they rearrange the number that the price is different? Even the cheapest phone has a calculator on it, and not only sales people can use them to add. Honda has a great product, this just isnt the greatest dealership and I have no problem telling my friends, family and co-workers about my experience and directing them elsewhere.
"Good Service"
The customer service was friendly and helpful. They had a good service overall with good deals.
