Every time I take my car in for service theres always some issue. It took all day to do a simple 15,00 mile service and to check an issue. The service techs or mechanics are always at lunch in the middle of my service appts. It took 1 hour to get a shuttle ride and over 3 hours to find out that my vehicle had not even had the 15,000 mile service done yet. According to the service tech, the mechanic had checked the issue I was concerned about then went to lunch and was just going to start on the 15, 00 mile service at 2pm. Keep in mind, my appointment was at 10:45am. I will no longer lease nor buy a vehicle from Hyundai and will not recommend your dealership to anyone.

I bought a Veloster from Hyundai and we decided to go there to get a second vehicle used. We talked to someone on the phone first and when we got there they were very quick and helped us find the car we picked online. They were very curious and there was no haggling because we told them what we wanted and they made it happen even though my credit is not that great. I had a great experience and plan on buying my next new vehicle with Hyundai because of their customer service. We took our suv in for some touch up paint works. The job looks like it was right from the factory. They provided a loaner car while the work was done. A very nice one.
