"Great Experience"

The sales staff and sales manager were extremely helpful I called from out of town they held the truck we ended up buying it purchasing from Toyota of Santa Barbara was an absolute hasslefree experience would totally recommend them to anyone. My wife and I tried purchasing a vehicle at two other Toyota dealerships and it was very unprofessional and robotic feeling Toyota of Santa Barbara absolutely gets it theres more than one car out there for everybody you have to satisfy the customer not the salesman

"Unfriendly People"

The salesman Benny was extremely unfriendly and rude. He suggested that we were looking at cars that were out of our budget even though it was him who showed us that particular model and trim. Infact, we went there inquiring about the lower models however he wanted to push out the higher models with managers specials so much that he convinced us to consider them and then went on to be condescending and patronizing .
