We have been taking our cars to DCH Toyota of Oxnard for as long as they have been there. I bought my husband a little red Toyota truck from Lundsford Toyota back in 1986 maybe. Shortly after that. It moved to north Oxnard as Toyota of Oxnard. Since then we have purchased two Avalons and two Rave 4s and then another Toyota Tacoma. All along having them serviced by Bob Cobos. If you want good prices for a great product go there. If you want 5 star service go there and see Bob Cobos. He will make you feel like family. The Tacoma was serviced just today. On March 11, 2016 I visited DCH Toyota of Oxnard after receiving a very competitive online quote from Christian Ayala on a Toyota Highlander Limited Edition. I was met in the outside area by salesman Anthony Tello who agreed to show me the vehicle Mr. Ayala had mentioned. When entering the showroom I noticed a Highlander on the floor which was a very rare red color that other dealerships did not have. Though this vehicle was not the exact one I was looking for, I decided that it was the vehicle for me. Mr. Tello did an excellent job of representing my offer on the vehicle and expedited the buying process by answering all of my questions about the model that caught my eye. Mr Tello also answered all questions that I had about this vehicle. My experience with Deborah in the Finance Department was also very expertly and pleasantly completed in a reasonable amount of time. As in the previous two visits to this dealership where I purchased two Avalons (2000 and 2008), my purchase experience at DCH was not drawn out and resulted in my complete satisfaction with the process. I highly recommend this dealership to prospective buyers.

All work is excellent and the customer is exceptionally taken care of. My recent experience required me to have my vehicle towed to another Toyota dealership due to location of the breakdown. When informed of the work needed,i was worried. I called Bob Cobos who said anyway you can get the vehicle here - WE will take care of you. She came o me to let me know that it was time for the brake fluid to be changed and how the rest was going. She has a very good personality for doing the service department honorable. Shes waited on me in the past and I hope Ill have her caring for me in the future. DCH does a very good job of keeping my car in great condition. She recognizes my car and takes very good care of me and sees that my car is well taken care of. Thanks to DCH, the best service Ive had from a dealer in about 60 years. We have been searching for a replacement vehicle for the last 6 months. We have found a few possibilities, but in at least 2 instances we were treated extremely poorly by overly zealous sales staff who refused to answer questions directly and assumed we were as stupid as they were. Then we saw a vehicle on the DCH Toyota of Oxnard website together with a video of the vehicle. We called and went over. The salesman, Tim Lee, was like a ray of sunshine compared to what we had previously encountered. He and the financial department are to be commended for their customer service and excellent demeanor.

I have a Toyota Camary 2014. got it yesterday 06/04/15 I will be honest and tell you why Im giving you only 3 stars * the first star is to Edgar Cordova salesman . when I spoke to him over the phone, I told him the I was tired and did not want to spend hours and hours waiting for a lame offer. he then said to me. Elisa I would have number for you in 45 minutes..... well he did. then when I negotiate w/ them they did give me the payments I was looking for. *the second. star is because after I shop around and was tired they did give me the best APR. me and my son have bad credit so it was nice to see a low apr.. *3rd star is because you took my car and give me $4000.00 that make me happy. to me it was fair and nice of you. now the reason you did not get 5 stars is. 1. I did not like the way Edgar took the paper work when I told him I was going to think about it over night. feel rude, and did not like the aggressive way. you talk to me when I told you to do a discount. I did not like it at all. * i did not like the car was on empty on the gas when I stay there till 9pm. most dealers have there car w/ gas or give the costumer a voucher.. 2. I did not like the way your financial Manager talk to me, Mr. Santander when I ask you what the $399.00 was for? you keep telling me the it was in the price the Edgar give me.. when I talk to Edgar he toll me all was going to be explain by you. you never toll me it was for and extra warranty the is optional to buy... you avoid my question. I did not like that. you need to be honest and answer your costumers questions and concerns. also did not like the way you make it sound the my car service was going to be free when in reality Im paying $760.00 for it. I did notice it, but I took it because at the end, is a good deal. now I have post on Yelp, and other websites like you guys ask me. but I will also talk to my co-workers when they ask me where did I buy my car ( really nice car by the way) I will let them know what my experience was . ( is only 1500 employees) and I will also post it on my FB to my 3000 +friends.

Took me in right away! Bob was friendly and took care of everything I listed that I needed looked at. Also let me know I was due for my 20k check up andy was so sweet to my two little girls gave them teddy bear and a monkey stuff animals! My girls also loved the free yummy cookies! As always they went above and beyond service taking care of everything! When done he had all the paperwork organized for me to look thru and so later I could read everything so I know what I need to do to take car of my Van. I drive from Agoura out here to Oxnard passing two other Toyota dealers just to come here because I love the customer service. They have a clean comfortable sitting area a big screen tv or couches in another quite area to just relax and get caught up. I dont "feel" the pain of waiting at a car lot for my car to be worked on here. I recommend this place by far! After all I have bought two cars here and been coming for all servicing for the last 15 years!

I recently visited DCH Toyota of Oxnard to have my vehicle serviced, and had a great experience. In fact since I purchased my vehicle in 2013 I had had nothing but good experiences there. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I would say the service dept ranks high in customer service. I had a gentleman named Charles help with service on my vehicle, and had another gentleman named Alex take me to check out some vehicles I was interested in. Both were very nice and very helpful. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because a simple service appt takes about 1-1/2 hours or more which can be a drag. But waiting area is comfy just make sure you bring things to keep you occupied. Overall DCH Toyota is great! Keep Up the Great Work Guys!

I cannot say enough good things about my awesome buying experience with Dean Goldfarb at DCH Toyota of Oxnard. I had my 2 yr. old daughter with me, who has been battling with teething pain this week as her 2 yr. molars are coming in, and throughout the experience, Dean helped to keep my daughter distracted and happy while I filled out paperwork, read and signed documents, and then transferred belongings from my trade-in to my brand new Prius V. At one point, while I tried to make an important phone call to my husband to discuss the purchase, Dean took my daughter on a walk around the showroom so that I could talk to my husband. He fought to get me the lowest monthly payment possible, and maintained a very welcoming, relaxed and affable demeanor the entire time.
