"Crown Ruined My Gift"
I was so excited to buy my husband his own truck after many years of him driving only company trucks . I picked out a used CERTIFIED 4x4 2016 big horn Ram he loved it. HOWEVER 3 months later he discovered overspray on both doors and the clearcoat and paint is peeling off the hood ....its still under warranty . BUT THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PAINT JOB SAID ITS THE OWERS FAULT...........WHAT!!!!?????

I received a flyer requesting a buy back. I was walking your lot and not one salesperson asked me if they could assist me. It was not a busy day and at least five salesmen were hanging around a table outside. The customer service is horrible. The maintenance dept is awesome and I will continue to return to them for repairs as long as I am continued to be treated with respect. Very disappointed!

I tend to baby my vehicles, but the vehicle had a plugged radiator at less than 2 years old (factory bad). They replaced, but did not check whole engine. The heads had warped & engine developed major problems that their mechanics completely missed. They lied about the radiator replacement as having corrected the original issues (redesign & corrected metals). I discovered about the radiator when the radiator had to be replaced a second time for the exact same problems. When they should have represented me to the manufacturer, they left me twisting in the wind.

Terrible service. No regards to customer, very unorganized and impolite. Terrible time management, and not even an apology for inconvenience. Theyve lost my car, now Ive spent 5 days calling every couple of hours to get my vehicle in for maintenance. Terrible. Cant wait to move and deal with a dealership.

First when I bought my car I got a descent deal. I was debating on purchasing the car when the salesman told me he could do no payments for 2 months. I thought that would be very helpful so I decided to go ahead with the deal. Fast forward to 1 month later I get a bill in the mail saying that its due. Well that is not what the salesman said. I called the dealership and I got passed around almost the entire day and never received any calls back. I finally got in touch with the salesman and he then tells me that its 45 days no payment with a 10 day grace period. Well thats not 2 months. At this point still no call from the finance manager. The next morning after getting little sleep from working all night I go in first thing. I seen the same financial person that did my deal and he tells me by California law he couldnt do 2 month no payment. Well then why did the salesman promise that? I chat with him and he tells me first thing tomorrow he will call me. Guess what no call. I then went into the dealership again Monday after I got off work. The head finance manager and I chatted with him and he tells me that it might be to late to change the payment date. He tells me he will call first thing in the morning when he hears back from the bank. He calls in the afternoon and says that I have to call the bank to see if they will change it. If not then the payment is due. I will never buy a car from them again.

I have an 04 Ram 1500 from new that came from the factory with the wrong coolant (in accordance with the crown dodge service department). This was my dream vehicle. I drive my vehicles soft and put few miles on. After 48K miles the radiator plugged and caused engine problems. As a "car guy" I knew that the "plug" had to be metal from the cooling jackets and heads that were now excessively corroding. Corrosion and break down now becomes inevitable even with the correct coolant installed. The dealership replaced the radiator without checking the lifter noises I was now hearing (in the mechanics words "I dont hear nutin.") After 22K more miles the radiator "plugged" again. This time I had to pay for the work (they only warranty a device designed to last 100K miles for 12K miles). The third time proved to be the undoing of both the engine and transmission (the vehicle has approximately 122K miles). The dealership should have advocated for me with the manufacturer to replace the engine and cooling system. Instead they shrugged and tried to sell me a new vehicle. If you expect "American Made" to mean something then I strongly recommend to not go to this dealership.

I had been shopping around for a couple of weeks and had tried out several used HD pickups but was turned off by high prices. I kept my eye on Crown Dodge website and finally spotted the exact truck I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. Richard Schwartz responded to my email request for info and the next day I went in and purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 HD with the 6.4L engine. Richard listened to the deal I offered on this truck and met every single one of my requirements. Less than two hours later I was happily cruising the freeway home, TOTALLY satisfied! I went to the dealership on Saturday (September 20, 2014) and I was immediately approached by a salesman by the name of Steve. He asked me for the reason that I came to the dealership because I could have gone to any of the other dealerships in the ficinaty. I said that I did my research and that I needed a truck and dodge was the best by comparison. Also, I read some the reviews on this dealership compared to some others and the hospitality, moral, and the way that they take care of their costumers was the best. Steve asked me what kind of truck I wanted and I didnt know what I wanted and asked him what he recommended and he told me the RAM 1500s are good trucks to start with. He then asked me what color I wanted and such. We then took a couple of trucks out on test drives and we conversated and joked around and stuff, which was awesome. As many dealerships I have went to, I dont think any of the salesman joked around while having a conversation and stuff like this salesman did, awesome guy. After I picked out what truck I wanted we then went inside did the paperwork and such. My credit was horrid, but the salesman Steve fought for me to get the truck that I wanted and he did an awesome job in doing so. I got the truck that I wanted and I was a happy man. Plus, I walked into that dealership at about 1230pm and was out of there at about 4pm. Three in a half hours is a damn good turn around time to trade in 2 cars and look for a car or truck that you want. I have been to a dealership were I was there for about 8 hours and it sucked. Alls I have to say is that Steve is the guy to go to if you are in need of a vehicle, end of story.

First stop, Noee helped me just to look but treated great. Second be-back I was treated so good, total professionalism. Kind, courteous, friendly. First salesman, Noee from first stop turned me to Luis who had fantastic product knowledge and talked me out of what I thought I wanted and showed me what I needed and really wanted. He had me test drive all along explaining all the features and benefits the Chrysler 300 C had to offer. They didnt have the color I wanted but what they did have was Mr. Crowns demo which he had just turned in after 11 months and 5300 miles. The car had every extra offered plus. The package of pewter grey pearl exterior paint with beige leather interior and chrome all around was so stunning I forgot about wanting blue. I made a ridiculous offer and was turned to David who had to do his absolute best to get me a great deal! (I spent over eight years in the R. V. business, sales,management and finance so I pretty much knew what a fantastic price would be.) It really didn,t take that long before I got what I know was a REAL FANTASTIC PRICE! Next was Joe in finance who gave me just what I wanted and even more, a Lifetime Warranty! (I usually keep my cars 12 to 20 years! Maybe Ill keep this one until the end!) Each salesperson treated me with respect and courtesy above and beyond most expectations. I was given a two year free service policy and much more! I rate the Dealership, all the staff and the way I was treated as excellent 5 GOLD STARS! I honestly cannot say enough because the way I was treated. I hope to meet Mr. Crown himself so I can thank him for taking such good care of my car!

From the time I arrived it was nothing but first class service. My Salesman Steve O. made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I truly felt he wanted what was best for me regardless if we came to a deal or not. Everyone else was also very nice that I talked to or dealt with as well. I guess the only thing that bothered a little was when I was signing my papers with the finical manager, I noticed my pay off amount was off a couple hundred bucks, he brought me in a paper that should me I was wrong. So I signed, but here we are a month later a receive a $281 dollar bill in the mail. Was not exactly what I wanted especially after telling him. With that said he was a pleasure to work with and a very professional individual. All in All Steve thank you again my family and I are very pleased with our new vehicle and the deal we received. Also thank you to all at Crown for making my buying experience a good one and even more important an easy one!!

I was in the market for a new car and my husband and I decided to visit Crown Dodge before going to Simi Valley Dodge. We were going to see David Sidiqi, once there he introduced us to Salvando Gámez. Mr. Gámez is an excellent sales man. He spoke to us with complete knowledge of each car he demonstrated to us. His knowledge encompassed the exterior, interior, and under the hood. He demonstrated a true interest in helping us make the best purchase for our money. I am very happy with our new Dodge Dart SXT I did have an issue with an alert that came on the same day I drove it home. It showed the air pressure in the tires was low. I took it back the next day and sure enough, Stacy took care of the problem immediately. The alert is off now and the tire pressure is stabilized. I have received follow up calls asking and informing me that Customer service is always available for its customers.
