I had gone in on a Thursday, interested in a Mini Cooper that they advertised on their website. I inquired, to find out that the Mini had been sold. At first, I was fairly irritated that the car hadnt been removed from the website, but then, I noticed a beautiful Volvo C30 on the lot. Having researched them before, I figured I would take it for a test drive. That did it... within 30 minutes, I had filled out a loan application and had it not been for Good Friday and Easter, I would probably have been in the car by Sunday. Literally, the easiest, most friendly, lowest intimidation, lowest pressure car buying experience I have ever had. I was at the dealership maybe a combined total of 90 minutes over 3 days time, and yet I never felt rushed. They dont haggle with you or highball you on price, or push ridiculously expensive extended warranties or service plans on you. They provide a CarFax on request without charge, and basically treat you like youre buying a car from your brother-in-law. The car was spotless when I test drove it, but in the 4 days before I picked it up, they made it look even better. Complete interior and exterior detailing, handled all the hassle of insurance, registration and inspection, changed the brakes and rotors on the whole car and had the plates on and ready to go when I arrived to take delivery. It could not have been a more simple, pain-free process. Not only did I get a great car at a fair price, but they got me a fantastic loan as well at a great rate, with terms that I was more than comfortable with. Pierre and his Wife were excellent to work with. They made it so simple and efficient and I left there a friend, not a customer. I WILL remember the service I received there and will likely be back for future purchases. Anyone I know who is looking to buy a clean, quality pre-owned car, will definitely be sent to see my friends at Milford Auto Mall.

All of our correspondence was done via email and telephone, and I must say that the interpersonal experiences I had with both Andreia and Adam were superb. Queries were easily and knowledgeably answered, the important things to know were very simply presented, and the asking price was very fair. Transportation costs home ended up being the reason that no transaction was executed, and nothing more. It would have been my pleasure to have done business with them, as their service and online presentations were more than worthy of my time and attention. Transactions involving large sums of money require trust, and I would certainly say that my experiences acquired that trust. I was looking for a reasonably priced hot hatch and Pierre had a low-mileage 2004 VW GTI. However, Pierre had me drive anything I wanted just so I could compare. He gave me a very fair price for a really hard to find car in the great condition it was in. If youve ever felt like you could just trust someone, that is exactly the way I felt. Its a small dealership with a very family atmosphere. My 8 year old hung out in the office while I was looking around, and Pierres wife and baby girl are often around to make the place even seem more like a place you would hang out than a car dealership. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice used car from an extremely knowledgeable and fair person to go to Milford Auto Mall.
