This is the first time I had a service advisor explain things in detail, what my costs might be ahead of time before you get the call ok this is what you owe us. She was professional, courteous, informative and followed through. I didn?t even have to go to Enterprise to get my rental but was given a pick up truck almost immediately to drive until my car was repaired!

Once again Charlie is amazing! My tire went flat and it was not repairable. He didnt even allow me to get into a panic! He knew I had purchased the warranty and went right into action to get me a new tire and make everything better. He made a crappy situation smell pretty darn good! Charlie is the super hero of Fiesta Ford!! :)

My Ford Focus had an issue with the transmission and it was causing the car to jerk a little upon acceleration. Thankfully, it was under warranty and the service techs took great efforts into making sure that everything went smoothly. The car is no longer jerking inbetween gears!

Im happy with the truck we bought, however, Im not really happy with how long it took us to reach an agreement on the price of it !! We were at the dealership for "5" hours overall. We went there to look at ONE SPECIFIC truck and had to negotiate back and forth (and back & forth several more times) just to reach a mutual agreement. I was not happy about the length of time there.

I am handicapped (I have MS) I bought my Mustang in 2016 after a 5 hour open brain surgery and turning 65) I dont drive as much as most and the car only has 2,400 miles on it. I have always been dealing with Charlie and he is great with helping me maintain the car (oil changes, etc) on a time basis rather then mileage. Also it takes me a very long time to get the steering wheel and seat back to my positions so they have been great with no moving the seat. Excellent service from a team that really does care

Buying process was very well. Manny took us around asked us what we were interested in. Manny and the manager really tried to get us into a new car. I dont have good credit.
