So I was driving by the Vista Ca North County Ford dealership and my car failed. I put my car in neutral and ended up at the front door of the dealership. At about 7pm -ish is when I came to a stop and tried to get the car started. I turned around and found an employee asking if everything was OK and could he help. He gave me a jump and stood with me till we both came to the conclusion that the car was not going anywhere. I climbed out the car after assessing the situation to this same employee with a pen and an envelope for the night owl drop box, for service. I was taken care of by this employee and dealership so well that a practiced script couldnt have been executed better!!! I received a call from the service person James, the next morning , with the diagnosis. James was very professional and was creative with benefits that helped with my decisions and pocket book !! Im coming here for all my services and purchases from here on out !! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and speak to !! Thank you TEAM NORTH COUNTY FORD !! GREAT JOB!! Paul Daerr
"Horrible Communication And Care"
I went in to get a recall and oil change for my focus ST on Monday 5/22 at 10:45. I had an appointment with Shannon and they said it would be done at 2pm. I had to call at 4:05 to find out if my car was done or if they would get a hold of me. I get a voicemail at 4:30 saying they would need to keep the car to finish up some of the work because they had a hiccup. They would take care of it tomorrow and if I had a question to call by 5:30. 5/23 I called around noon to find out if it was going to be done. I get a call at 2:17 to give me an update and to give her a call before 4pm. Again, about an hour window to call back. I called back and left a message with her and the service manager to get an update. nothing. 5/24 I call at 4:03pm to see if I can pick it up and leave her a message. call right back and leave the service manager a message. I get a hold of the receptionist who told me she was sick and she would have the service manager call me back...nothing. 5/25 I call at 11:49 and leave her a voicemail. Left another at 11:53 for the service manager. I call back at 1:09 and demand to talk to someone. Shannon gets on the phone and I ask whats going on.. she said, "she left me a few messages"...I said, "after I called you and only on monday and tuesday... nothing yesterday or today. It was supposed to be done days ago and you havent updated me or anything." She said, "the entire computer system shut down and it wont be ready until hopefully the end of JUNE!" WHAAAT! I was told monday and then overnight a part and now its late june and you guys havent let me know or tried to offer a car in the mean time? My buddy had to drop me off multiple times and use his car since I work sales. She said good news I did the paper work to get you a rental, you can go to hertz and put a 50 deposit down and get one until its fixed...I was shocked... You dont need me to come in or get this figured out? nope. I said ill be right in. Talked to Scott the owner who was very nice and cordial, but couldnt help with compensation, but gave me the number for ford to call later...I told him I had already planned on doing a performance package and bought some oil packages. He said after I get it back he would try and help do it at cost if I was still interested. Save a couple hundred bucks if I do, but doesnt really help the next month or if I dont do it. He asked if I had a rental car and I told him what she told me...He said he would be right back and get me one. Hertz didnt have any on hand and would be an hour to get one.. They have a F-150 in the meantime. I said fine, until they have a car that will work. He walked me over and I heard the service manager say damn, it doesnt have gas. He told a guy to go ASAP and get it done in 5 minutes...In the meantime I asked parts about the Performance upgrade they had on ford website and he had no clue what it was or what it cost. I asked service and they told me to go to parts. I guess nobody knows the parts they sell and what seemed like a pretty easy question as far as to what they normally charge. While I was waiting I wanted to check on my car and get my house key. She told me where it was and I find it outside with the windows down! I asked her and she said they bring it in at night.. I said the windows are still down most of the day and is going to be for a month! I go back to talk to Scott the Owner that the windows are down and its been almost an hour with them only saying its getting gas. Its less then 3 minutes away to the station! He says ok. I walk back over to service and he comes in to figure something out with the windows. They will find a way or put it inside across the street. Ok I finally get the loaner truck and go home. I call the number and its the wrong number. I call back and hes already gone, but they found the mistake. Last number was written wrong. I get a hold of him and he says he needs to verify with ford. He sent me back to set an APPOINTMENT! Now its closed

Hes the best helper! He always makes me feel safe driving and is very kind. Ive never got as much attention from anyone , he remembers my name and has a smile on his face everytime. A very educated man thank you Ryan for your help!
"Disappointing"
Looking to purchase a used car arrived and there were three sales associates standing outside plus one on the lot I walk the entire lot twice not a single person came to welcome me or ask if I needed help! Now I was the only customer on the lot and the sales associates outside could careless one even walk by me and didnt say "hello" so I finally left and felt frustrated to say the least. I thought about this situation and wanted to talk to the sales manager so I called around 8:20 pm and a sales person answered he said he would get the sales manager then proceeded to leave me on hold for almost fifteen minutes before I hung up. Needless to say I didnt buy a vehicle today from Ford in Vista!!

I traded in 2 vehicle for one to eliminate 2 car paymento before getting out of the military and with negative equity on both vehicles I thought I was screwed but they pulled through with a great deal and low interest I couldnt pass up. It has been a couple months since Ive got the car and absolutely no complaints about it and Ive waited to do the survey just to see if I couldont find anything to critique the dealership on but Ive have absolutEly no complaints on the car, dealership, or salesman

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. The service was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I specially appreciate the help from a staff whose first name is Black (sorry I forgot his last name). He ran so far explaining the cars functions, demonstrated many features on the car, spent a few hours with me, even picked me up from where I returned my rental car. I also appreciate the person who was handling the paper work, loan application, etc. He was also very helpful in explaining all finance options and warranty options. Also Im very happy with this new car. It has wonderful electrics, much more than I expected!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my cars first maintenance was free so it didnt cost me anything. Our salesman Alex was non-pressure and easy to deal with. We respect that...Also the finance guy who handled our paper signing was very personable and came across as honest. Our only complaint would be that we had to wait along time in the main office and its difficult to manage two young babies for that long. We are happy with the Explorer thus far and our only complaint so far would be that we were not aware their wasnt dual seat memory as my wife and I have totally different driving settings.

When I checked in and asked if it would really be that long, the SA checked and said he thought I could be out in about 2 hours. It was nearly 2 hours to the minute! Check-out was easy. I am unhappy with the fact that the CMAX charger melts when plugged in and that Ford does not offer an upgraded charger, but was very happy with the service I received from the service manager. Jim Goovine was able to get me a replacement charger in under 30 minutes and I was out the door. He is excellent. It was all thru his efforts that it all went so easily and smoothly.

Everything was good, Shannon is great, the driver for the shuttle was great. Of the two issues with my car, the sinc system still gives me trouble and doesnt connect to the phone about every 4th or 5th time I start the car, but I had problems with my last Ford also. I dont think Service could have done anything differently. The reason I am neutral about recommending you is just that I dont recommend cars to people I know or work with. Its just not something I discuss. Oh, you guys could have some better creamer for the coffee.. But otherwise facility is nice and clean, pleasant place to wait.

Helpful staff and friendly. Best deal a found on a used Prius. Only thing that needs improvement is the waiting I did to finalize and sign all the documents. I waited several hours before it was done and my kids havent eaten dinner and it was a school night. By the time I was done the dealership was already closed and it was way past the the kids bedtime. Otherwise I wouldve given it a more stars.

Aaron was great. I just came in because I had a check engine light on my vehicle. He took the time to find the vehicle that I needed. He explained all the features to me and showed how it would improve my life, even though Im 92 and my life is almost over. Aaron made me feel like I was family, he is a great asset to Ford and I bet he will be running a store years to come

2015 Explorer had a driver side view mirror lens replaced. I had an appointment and service was done in about an hour, I was planning on longer. Service advisor Anthony was great, one of the best ones I have worked with in a while.

The only reason rate this higher. would be that I stood inside the door for over 10 minutes, prior to being acknowledged. I was then acknowledged and told that someone would be with me in a minute. So, when the first gentleman did come to help me, asked my name, looked me up and handed me off to someone else, I felt that he was just trying to make an SLA and not help me. I had an appointment and should have been expected, with someone ready to help. I also have a plug in, it would have been nice to have it charging when I came to pick it up.
